Dismantling timber scantling 40 sqcm and over in section,in any position, any description complete all as directed.

M&L for 2nd class hardwood in timber scantling for wall panelling, ceiling, roof truss,post, purlins, rafters and similar work (Clean sawn Timber framed and fixed type) including necessary coating framed joints with glue, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling boarding, any description, fixed in any position with nails complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 2nd class hard wood boarding 20 mm thick planed one side, rebeted or fixed with screw, fixed to timber frame work with nails complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removing unserviceable material outside cantt area distance not exceeding 1.5Km complete all as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick plastering on fair faces of brick wall in two layers, Ist layer 10mm thick CM (1:6), and IInd layer 5mm thick CM (1:4), surface finished even and fair mixed with @ 200ml per bag WPC (liquid type) complete all as specified and directed. Note :- WPC (Liquid type) shall be measured and paid separately as supply only.

M&L for 15mm thick plastering on other than fair faces of brick wall in CM (1:6) surface finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound.ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of external wall all as prescribed by manufacture of paint and applying two coats of exterior anti fungal acrylic emulsion paint (walmista of Berger paint or equitant in Asian paint, Nerolac etc having three years of performance warranty) over a coat of exterior water based primer of same make all as specified and prescribed by manufacture of paint/ distemper by using roller/ spray machine with and including application of wall care putty to remove the dent and to make the surface even and smooth by grinding or rubbing with sand paper complete all as specied and directed at site.

Note:- (i) The newly plastered surface must be prepared in a manner so that there should not be any impression of dent and it should be made even all as per manufacture instruction before application of emulsion paint. The cost of all materials, T&P and labour required for preparation of surface are deemed to be included in the rates quoted. (ii) The work must be got executed through authorised applicator of manufacture after concluding an MoU with manufacture for company back guarantee by the contractor. The authorised applicator of manufacturer shall be got approved from GE/ AGE (I) before commencement of work. (iii) All the material to be incorporated in the work shall be brought by contractor to MES store yard which will be subsequently issued by deportment for incorporation in the work to ensure the quantity to be consumed all as per recommendation of manufacture. (iv) After carrying out preparation of surface the same shall be got approved from GE /AGE (I) before application of distemper for each building. (v) Before commencing the work, contractor will got the written approval from GE/ AGE (I) for the make and colour / shade (tint). (vi) The cost of Scaffolding wherever required are deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the contractor.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of interior wall by application of wall care putty to remove the dent and to make the surface even and smooth by grinding or rubbing with sand paper and applying two coats of acrylic distemper over a coat of primer of same make all as specified and prescribed by manufacture of paint/ distemper, by using roller/ spray machine complete all as specied and directed at site by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surface of interior wall by complete removal of existing treatment with mechanical sander (rpm 1500-2700) along with internal dust extraction system for clean environment certified by reputed paint manufacturers and application of wall care putty to remove the dent and to make the surface even and smooth by grinding or rubbing with sand paper and applying two coats of acrylic distemper over a coat of primer of same make all as specified and prescribed by manufacture of paint/ distemper, by using roller/ spray machine complete all as specied and directed at site.

M&L for preparation of new steel surafces of any description over 10 cm width or girth & applying two caots of synthetic enamel paint Ist quality over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 350x 250x 7 mm/ 450X 350X 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match the shade of tiles over and including rendering 10mm thick in C:M (1:4) as backing coat complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non-skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match shades of tiles including screed bed in Cm 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar and removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick laid over cement screed base and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing over and including screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:4), 20 mm thick complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets all as directed.

S&F in repairs Gl frame work for seamless ceiling, size of grid 605 x 605mm, comprising of Gl perimeter channnel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/ intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre and hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long, with and including 4mm thick E-boards fixed or laid/ inserted to GI framework with screwsas per manufacturere instruction complete all as specified and directed. Note : Cost of making frame work and board (cut out) for fixing light fitting grill diffuser etc shall be deemed included in the quoted rate.

Taking down Chowkats with shutter exceeding 1.5 Sqm but n.ex 4 Sqm each (without taking off shutters from the frames) all as directed.

S&F factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ ceosetory windows and other frames/ chowkhat of following size comprising of virgin PVC polymer having K-value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/ cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) and 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete all as specified and direction. Note: (i) For WPC solid door/window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e. depth and width of profile shall be acceptable and variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made. (ii) M.S. hold fast/ lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be measured and paid for separately.

Galvanised as per IS 277 with Zinc of 90 Gsm/SqMt w. Glass of 4mm thick plain float glass fitted with Ethylene Propylene Diamine Monomer in glazed shutter and wiremesh of Stainless steel of 36 guage to fix mesh in mesh shutter using VC Black Gypsum Drywall screws and Spoon profile of 0.58mm GI Sheet. Corners of the windows should be joined with corner brackets made of polyvinylchloride with crca of zinc phosphate coat.Each glazed shutter and fly mesh shutter shall be provided with SS Pivot Hinges 2 in each, PolyVinylChloride handle 1 in each and Powder coated Peg stay in Glass shutter.Window shall be provided with Powder coated MS Grill/Guard Bars made of 10mm MS Sq Bar welded to 6 x 12mm MS Flat with countersunk holes at both vertical ends . Gap between the bars should not be more than 150mm. Window frames shall be fixed to brick / concrete masonry by using nylon self expension caps & 75/100 mm MS screws after drilling in walls. VC Black Gypsum Drywall screws should be used while fixng corner brackets,stay,hinges,mullion caps of windows complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing with connections for cleaning for refixing or removing to store yard complete of 15mm dia bore complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for GI tubing 15mm dia bore, medium grade ISI marked with all fittings(such as bends, elbows, Tee, short pieces, connectors, back nuts, diminishing pieces, caps and plugs, unions, including short lengths etc.) ( heavy grade ISI Marked) , fixed to walls, or laid in floor complete complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair bib tap cast copper alloy with crutch or butter fly handle, screwed down for iron pipe 15 mm dia bore of tubing fancy type chromium plated (ISI Marked) complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work with sub-class `B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete reinforced in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) and removing unserviceable material,outside cantt area distance not exceeding 1.5Km complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast RCC (1:2:4) type B1, (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in cover slab (for manholes) and set in CM (1:6) including necessary fair finish formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 18-20mm thick granite stone slab (of any type) work (table rubbed and mirror finish polished) with and including necessay notching, chamfering the edges in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like bedded over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) and pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rubbing and mirror polishing to old kota stone flooring to give high gloss finish complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars as in reinforcement, 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

E/M PORTION Taking down carefully copper/aluminum point wiring (light/fan/socket power) complete , including fixture and fitting such as switches, ceilling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fittings etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per condition seperately) and making good disturbed surfases of walls, floors, etc. all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick burried directly in ground. ( earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr depth below ground level at any type of strata ) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5mtr below normal ground level surrounded with adequate quantity of charcoal dust mixed with salt to a packed thickness of 15cm all around the plate. connected by 4mm GI Wire check nuts, washers including concrete chamber of PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate with fair finish, internal surface of concrete chamber shall be given internal dia 300mm x300mm, 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 funnel with wire mesh, RCC pit cover of 320x320x80mm size (1:2:4) Type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate rainforced with XPM all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-1(2009) and specified including and provision of GI strip upto 7.5 mtrs long with 15 mm dia medium grade GI pipe protection and watering pipe of GI 20 mm bore, medium grade, including all exavation and earth work and connecting the earthing strip to panel, including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- (i) RCC pit cover shall be precast of RCC(1:2:4) type B1, 80mm thick rainforced with XPM weighing not less than 4kg/sqm in lieu of CI cover. (ii) Cost of additional GI strip more than 7.5 mtrs will be measured and paid seperately under relevant items.

Taking up/down of old U/S LT armoured cable and Supplying, laying, commisioning and testing of 1.1 KV grade XLPE insulated PVC sheathed steel armoured aluminum stranded conductor LT UG cable ( Conforming to IS 7098) ISI marked in trenches / ducts / through GI pipes under roads of size 16 sqmm 4 core complete all as specifed and directed. Note :- The earth work, GI pipe shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of cable etc and getting out in Soft /loose soil all as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thickness complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for sand cushioning for under ground cable with layer of fine river dry sand 80 mm thick before laying of cable and 150 mm thick after laying of cable in trenches complete all as specified and directed by Engg-in-Charge. Note:- Punned (consolidated ) thickness of sand will be measured and paid.

M&L for cable protection bricks common burnt clay sub class 'B' designation 75 for protection of UG cable laid in trenches all as specified and directed at site.
