M & L for machine cut kota stone slab in flooring of floor/steps 18-20 mm thick laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 & cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing & and polishing incl demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 18-20 mm thick Granite slab work(table rubbed and polish) of approved quality of required size in Floor,Wall, Platform ,steps/riser and like bedded and jointed in grey cement slurry and pointed with coloured cement(1:2) usig marble dust with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone laid over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) including granite polish to be done by mechanical grinder incl demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 60mm thick machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block (glossy finish) of M-35 Gde of approved shape, size and colour conferming to IS 15658-2006 and including joints filled with sand and stone dust as in levelling course of interlocking incl demolition of old Stone slabs complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Shape, size and colour of interlocking paver block is selected by Engr-in - charge.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles with grey cement and pigment of size 30cmX30cmX30mm thick ,set and jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floor etc over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 incl demolition of old Stone slabs complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0, using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate, including finishing surface of concrete topping even and rough complete all as specified.

M& L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate, including finishing surface of concrete topping even and rough concrete complete all as specified.

M&L 75mm cement concrete Type C2 1:3:6 (40 mm graded aggregate) in plinth protection and even and finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement incl joints filled with glass beading icl demolition of existing concrete complete all as specified.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone agg) as in roof padding to receive roof treatment including demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in roof/terrace complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on roof surface including mixed with WPC as per manufacturer's instruction's and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking down/dismantling of existing roof treatment of any description and laying water proofing treatment to non-accessible roof slab with APP based modified polymeric membrane as per manufacturer’s instructions including with following course of description below :- (a) Applying a priming coat of bituminious primer @ 0.30 Kg /Sqm, till the surface is properly impregnated. (b) Providing APP based 3 layer polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3 .0Kg/ Sqm and minimum 3 mm thick reinforced with polyester non-woven fabric (weight not less than 150 gms/sqm) centre core, laid on primed surface by forced applications as per the manufacturer's instructions with side over lap of 75 mm and end overlap of 100 mm. All overlap joints shall be sealed thoroughly by thermo fusing both the membrane layer (torching overlap by propane or butane gas torch ) and sealing it with the help of hot trowel. The overlap joints shall be made as a monolithic layer (c) Apply two coat of bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.20 Kg/Sqm over APP membranceNote : 1. The work of water proofing treatment shall be got executed through authorised applicator of the manufacturer only and 10 year company back warranty to be submitted by contractor 2. The work is required to be carried out at non-accessible roof slab for double storeyed. The contractor shall make arrangement of scaffolding, safety and security of workers and arrangement for approach to roof . The rates quoted shall deemed to be included for these items.)

M & L for repair to sunken floor by provide water proofing treatment to sunken floor surfaces of RCC slab by the following specifications as specified and directed :- (a) Provide PCC 1 : 1.5 : 3 type A with using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate in slope of average thickness 50mm on sunken floor slab mixed with and including integral water proofing compound manufactured by Dr FIXIT or equivalent as approved, finish the surface even & smooth without using extra cement. (b) Rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:3 mixed with & including integral water proofing compound on sunken floor and sides of (Vertical surface) sunken portion. (c) Applying surfaces of bituminous primer (conforming to IS-3384-1965) @ 0.40 Kg/Sqm complete. on complete sunken surfaces of floor & wall and provide necessary connections to soil/waste pipe from WC/ nahani trap etc including demolition of old sunken complete all as specified and as directed. (d) applying a tack coat of Industrial bitumen grade of 85/25 at the rate of 1.2 Kg per Sqm including cleaning surfaces (1st coat for bonding material below membrane and 2nd coat on top of membrane. Each coat would be paid separately.)

Material & labour for Rendering 10 mm thick CM 1:6 on brick or concrete surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement incl taking down cement plaster of any description including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Rendering 15 mm thick in two coats i.e. 10mm thick in CM 1:6 and 5mm thick in CM 1:4 using water proofing liquid compound as per manufacturer's instructions on other than fair faces brick or concrete surfaces and finishing surfaces even & smooth without using extra cement incl taking down cement plaster of any description including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed. .

M&L preparation of newly plastered surface of External wall by application of 1mm thick wall care putty to remove the dent and to make the surface even and smooth by grinding or rubbing with sand paper and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of internal wall by application of 1mm thick wall care putty to remove the dent and to make the surface even and smooth by grinding or rubbing with sand paper and applying two coats of acrylic distemper using roller all as specified and prescribed by manufacture of paint and as directed at site by Engineer-in-Charge. Note- Putty shall be measured and paid seperately.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of wall/ceiling including brooming , scraping down Smoke spot, moss, efflorescent salts, trading oil, grasy spots and stopping nails marks and applying two coat of 1st quality oil emulsion distemper white/coloured of Ist quality over 1 coat of Acrylic/WaterProofing Wall Putty (where it is required in Patches) all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Putty shall be measured and paid seperately under relevan item.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of wall/ceiling including brooming , scraping down Smoke spot, moss, efflorescent salts, trading oil, grasy spots and stopping nails marks and applying one coat of 1st quality oil emulsion distemper white/coloured of Ist quality over 1 coat of Acrylic/WaterProofing Wall Putty (where it is required in Patches) all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Putty shall be measured and paid seperately under relevan item.

Preparation of old decorated surfaces of wall including brooming , scraping down. Smoke spot, moss, efflorescent salts, trading oil, grasy spots and stopping nails marks and applying one coat of exterior weather proof water base emulsion paint white/coloured over primer of same make over white cement based putty (where it is required in patches all as specified and directed. Note:- Putty shall be measured and paid seperately under relevant item).

M&L for 1mm thick Acrylic/Water Proofing Wall Putty and surface finished even and smooth with sand paper complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 1000ltr capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks triple layered white (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position and including 20 mm dia ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plasttic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed (Minimum weight 15mm-142gms/2.0mm-455gms/40-690gms) including dismantling of water tanks complete all as specified and directed

All as per above but 500Ltr complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair vitreous china squatting pan 'orissa pattern 580 mm X 440 mm white with integral foot rests (excluding flushing cistern and flushing pipe but incl fixing with 110mm S trap complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repair vitreous china wash down water closet pedestal pattern white excluding flushing cistern and flush pipes but incl fixing with 110mm trap & PVC Seat Covercomplete all as specified and directed

S&F in repair vitreous china wash hand basin white flat back, size 550x400 mm including bracket but excluding taps ,waste pipes , chain and plug etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs PVC valveless, syphonic action type flushing cistern (Dual action ISI Marked), low level , white, with inlet ball valve, float and handle including brackets and 32 mm flush pipe suitable for IWC/EWC of polyethylene of low or high density complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 15 mm Steel water tubing medium grade galvanised with all fittings including short lengths, fixed to walls, concealed in wall and ceiling or laid in floor complete with all fittings(such as bends, elbows, Tee short pieces, connectors, back nuts, diminishing pieces, caps and plugs, unions etc.) of nominal bore 15mm including taking down steel tubing all as specified.

S&F in repairs Pillar tap 15 mm dia fancy type, cast copper alloy, with capstan heads, chromium plated screwed down high pressure with or without lettered Hot or Cold with scrwed shanks and fly nuts, screwed for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 15mm Bib tap fancy type cast copper chromium plated alloy with capstan handle screwed down screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair fancy type chromium plated 15mm bore two way Bib cock cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair CP health faucet with 1m flexible tube and wall hook complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 15mm dia brass CP wall mixer with provision for over head shower for mixing hot and cold water screwed down for iron pipe and fixed including taking down existing bib tap complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 15mm dia chromium plated central hole wash hand basin mixer without PWS with 450mm BRAIDED HOUSE hose screwed down high pressure screwed for iron pipe including taking down existing bib tap completed all as specified and directed .

S&F in repair CP 15 mm Kitchen Sink mixutre(Swan Neck)mixing hot & cold water, fancy type, cast copper alloy, chromimum plated with capstan head, chromium plated, screwed down high pressure, screwed for iron pipe etc complete all as specfied and directed by engr in charge.

S&F 600mmx450mm bevelled edge mirror of selected quality glass, mounted on 6mm thick AC building board or commercial plywood and fixed to wooden plugs with chromium plated brass screws and cup washers complete all as specfied and directed by engr in charge.

S&F in repair kitchen sink with drainage board made of stainless steel 1.0 mm thick in kitchen with plug , washer and waste including bedding layer in CM (1:6) in wall or including fixing cantilever bracket and connecting union to pipes over all size 915x460 mm bowl size 410x330x160 mm including taking out unserviceable kitchen sink complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair stain less steel plate rack for kitchen 1 mm thick of best quality with suitable hanging arrangement and fixed to wall complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Size and weight of rack will be decided by Engr in Charge.
