Supply, Installation, testing, and commissioning of 11KV Compact Outdoor duty (IP 64 enclosure) SF6 gas insulated 2-way manual operated Ring Main Unit comprising of 1nos. 630 Amps Load Break Switches and 1No, 630 Amps Vacuum Circuit Breaker, cable termination from the front, breaking capacity 21KA/3sec (Internal Arc Classification ALF-R 21kA-1sec both for tank and cable box as per IEC 62271-200), enclosed in stainless steel tank having IP67 Degree of Protection, leak rate of SF6 gas less than 0.1% and tested as per IEC 60056/60694/60298. Protection CTs shall be ring core type, complete all as specified and directed. Foundation design should be as per OEM and Foundation making cost included in quoted rate. (B) Applicable Standards for this RMU scope of work. (i) The design, manufacture and performance of the Ring Main Units shall comply with all currently applicable statutes, regulations and safety codes.Nothing in this specification shall be construed to relieve the bidder off his responsibilities. (ii) Unless otherwise specified, the Ring Main Units shall conform to the latest applicable, IEC 62271-100, IEC 62271-200. (iii) All live parts, bus bars, shall preferably be enclosed in tank & sealed for life in stainless steel tank of minimum 2 mm thickness (+/-0.5).The RMU shall be type tested for internal arc test of 21KA/1 sec AFLR as per IEC62271-200. The outer enclosure shall be IP65 protection . The protection relay shall be for 3 O/C + 1E/F (IDMT Type) Self powered numerical protection relay with low and high set of over current and earth fault , MODBUS communication along with RS 485 Port. RMUs should be manufactured, inspected and invoiced from the OEM factory only; no licensee partner manufactered RMU is acceptable. (v) The SF6 gas filled 11 kV, 630 Amps, non extensible type, Outdoor, Ring Main Unit with Vacuum Circuit Breaker to be supplied against this specification shall be suitable for satisfactory continuous operation under the following tropical conditions, design ambient temperature (Degree C) 40 as per IEC.
