(ii) Alternator. Brushless self executed self regulated AC alternator, 3 phase, 415 Volts, 4 wire, capable to deliver 20 KVA, 1500RPM, IP 23 protection class enclosure, insulation Class ‘H”, salient pole, revolving field, single bearing automatic regulator voltage coupled through flexible coupling with adn to match the above engine. (iii) BASE PLATE. Made out of structural steel as per manufacturers recommendation design/specification. (iv) AMF CONTROL PANEL. Factory made cubical type floor mounted LT panel board, indoor type made out of MS angle not less than 40x40x5mm, and 1.6mm thick MS CRCA sheet, front opening type, protection class IP-54, duly powder coated with electrolytic garde type copper bus bar of 100 Amps capacity for three phases & neutral with all standard switchgear and protection, internal wiring of adequate size PVC insulated multistanded copper conductor cable etc and also consisting of followings :- (a) MCCB415 Volts, 40 Amp, rating 4 Pole 16 KA rupturing capacity, adjustable type 70%-100% 2 No with suitable rating HRC back up fuses. (b) Digital Ammeter 0-30 Amps, 96mmx96mm square dial flush type ISI marked with in built selector switch 3 way- 01 set.

(c) Digital voltmeter 0-500 volts 96mmx96mm square dial flush type ISI marked with in built selector switch 3 way-01 set (d) Phase indicating lamps (R-Y-B) – 01 set. (e) Frequency meter digital type 45 to 55 HZ-01 No(f) KWH meter 3 phase unbalanced load 40 Amps capacity incl CT Coil-01 set. (g) All standard relays, circuits and protection required for automatic operation of Gen set. (h) Bypass arrangement of suitable capacity. (j) Indicatory lamp for laod ‘ON’ & ‘RUNNING’ power coated. (v) ACOUSTIC ENCLOSURE : Sheet metal fabricated cope type silent enclosure manufactured on CNC machines with silence & SS exhaust bellow suitably optimesed to meat CPCB IV sound & exhaust norms. The enclosure shall be designed for reducing the sound level to 75 DB (A) at a distance of 1M as per CPCB IV norms alongwith testing conformance, lebeling etc . (vi) Foundation/plinth/Base : Shall be provided as per manufacturers recommendations, however, minimum 0.5 m space should be available all around the standard height for plinth shall not be less tan 0.5m (vii) Diesel storage tank of adequate capacity for storage of diesel for 12 hours operation of Gen set. (viii) Fuel strainer and fuel tank with air vent. (ix) Copper cable connection from alternator to DG Set AMF panel as directed.

(i) DHPP for testing purpose shall be supplied by the contractor without ahy extra cost to Govt. (ii) The contractor shall arrange for artificial load (water load) for testing for final testing of DG set at site and the cost is deemed to be included in quoted rate . (iii) Testing of sound level should carried out at the site in presence of officer authorized by Accepting officer.

Design, supply, erection, testing and commissioning of outdoor type LT panel board outdoor type of suitable size, made of mild steel angle section 50x50x6 mm frame (mounted on floor/pedestal of height 450 mm above ground level), suitable for 3 phase 4 wire, 415 volts AC supply and having 4 Nos Aluminium bus bars of rating 600 Amps insulated , feeder pillar shall be duly fabricated in a approved fabrication house who posseses type test certificate from CPRI for similar type of Feeder Pillar and having modern fabrication and testing facility which includes atleast seven (07) tanks pre-treatment facility comprising of de-greasing, rinsing, de-rusting, rinsing, phosphating, rinsing and passivation followed by powder coated painting (thickness not less than 80 Micron) with approved shade of RAL 7032 (SIEMENS GRAY). The panel board shall be provided with suitable rubber gasket to make it completely dust and vermin proof and degree of protection not less than IP-54 and general construction conforming to IS : 13947. The feeder pillar shall be made out of 3.15mm thick CRCA mild steel sheet and 3.15mm thick gland plate and having compartmentalized construction for individual switchgears and Bus Bars and having front opening facility (with double layer shutter) and rear opening facility with single layer shutter with locking facility and 2 side slanting canopy type roof on top and mild steel channel (MC-75) base frame at bottom, suitable for mounting on the brick pedestal through grouting bolt, The panel board shall be provided with ventilation facility in the form of louvers for better heat dissipation. The feeder pillar shall be comprising of the following:-

PROVISION FOR CABLE ENTRY :- The provision for cable entry / exit shall be provided from the bottom for both incoming and outgoing cables through and including cable gland made of brass. CONTROL WIRING :- All control wiring shall be carried out with 1100 volts rated FRLS grade PVC insulated (Grey Colour) multi-flexible type copper wire of cross sectional area 1.5 Sq mm and shall be properly bunched, tied and dressed, ferrule marked for proper identification and crimped with suitable size & type of tinned copper lugs and shall be wrapped with PVC spring type flexible pipes near the door hinges.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode, 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick, buried directly in the ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal (ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.50m below ground level connected to galvanized iron strip 32 x 6 mm as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts and washers of GI up to test point, GI tubing 40 mm bore medium grade protection pipe, GI watering pipe 20mm bore medium grade with funnel and wire mesh, charcoal and salt, 40mm thick pre-cast RCC M-25 cover reinforced with suitable steel handle, and angle iron 40X40X3mm frame and chamber of PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (including earth work in any type of soil, removal of surplus soil to a distance n.exc.50m) and connecting, testing on completion, all as shown on electric plate No.3 of SSR-2009 Part-I, complete all as directed. Notes: 1. Earth lead & protection pipes length upto & including 7.50 metre shall be deemed to be inclusive in the quoted rate. 2. On testing,after completion of job ,if desired earth resistence is not found, the earthing shall be redone at no extra cost to govt.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 m in depth and not exc 1.5 mtr wide including getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in including leveling spreading watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed .

Removing of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Sand cushioning to cable with a layer of sand 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cms deep after laying the cable (punned down to 18 cms depth after laying and stretching of cable ) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for laying kiln burnt sub-class`B' bricks (old size), laid flat in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying/fixing, GI tubing light grade, 80mm dia bore, complete including fittings for cable protection in floors/under roads/along poles etc. complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Clamps, nuts, bolts & washers etc. if required at site deemed to be included in the unit rate)

Supply, laying and testing XLPE insulated LT cable of size 50 Sqmm, 3.5 core, 1100 volts grade heavy duty, armoured with multi stranded aluminium conductor laid in trenches/ ducts, in pipes etc. complete all as specified and directed
