M&L for repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 sq m each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for premix bituminous, macadam with binder content of 4% by weight of total mix using paving bitumen VG-10 grade, laid/ rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Design Mix for bituminous macadam shall be carried out through an authorised testing lab and the cost of testing shall be included in quoted rate. (ii) Aggregates for Bituminous works shall confirm to clause No 20.B.2.5 of SSR 2009 Part- I (Specifications). (iii) Based on job mix formula, in case the binder content (i.e. Bitumen) is less than the content specified under these items then a minus adjustment @ Rs 65/- per kg of bitumen (less consumed) shall be applied on the quoted rate of contractor against these items, hence the quoted rate of contractor shall be reduced based on less content of bitumen required as per job mix formula. However, no price adjustment on plus side shall be made for increase of quantity of bitumen in case of required as per job mix formula. (iv) Premixed bituminous macadam shall be mixed in Mechanical Mixol at work site and laid/ spread manually to uniform and smooth surface.

M&L for preparing black top surfaces of road by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer paving bitumen with viscosity grade (VG-10) at 5 kg per 10 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for bituminous premixed carpet, 30 mm consolidated thickness, with 0.41 cum of stone chippings mixed with 21.90 kg of binder VG-30, laid and rolled with 8 to 12 tonne power roller and compacted to required camber and gradient and sealed with premixed sand seal coat with 0.06 cum of sand (As per 4.4.7.2 grading Zone-I, tabler 2 of SSR Part-I 2009) mixed with 6.8 kg of bitumen, VG-30 applied and rolled to a uniform smooth surface complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Bituminous premixed carpet shall be mixed in Mechanical Mixol at work site and laid/ spread manually to uniform and smooth surface.

M&L for laying hot applied termoplastic compound (paint) 2.5mm thick including reflecting glass beads incl cost of all materials, labour, machinery, T&P etc required for proper completion of work incl all other charges. The finished surfaces to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes as per MORTH specification No 803 as per IRC. Painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc on roads, pavements and the like exc 10 Cm wide with road marking paint, white or golden yellow complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair speed bumps made of heavy duty tough rubber of size 245mm x 730mm x 70mm, black and yellow in colour with reflectors on both sides complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Ends of speed bumps assembly to be protected with end piece)

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, laid in cement mortor including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing percast cment concrete bonders (for stone walling) 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggrigate) set in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for walling (Except stone) of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Rakign out joints/ pointing built in cement mortar to random rubble or polygonal rubble uncoursed or brought upto courses, washing the joints and removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for raised pointing to random or polygonal rubble, un coursed or brought upto courses CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 75 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed for weep holes, in any length complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggrigate) as in block masonry with solid blocks exc 10 cm in width and set in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick/ surfaces built in cement mortar including raking out joints, bading for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15 mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface on wall in CM 1:4 mixed, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels and drain complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggrigate) as in coping including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement incl forms, moulds, mitred stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coat of white wash on walls includingcornices etc complete all as specified and direceted.
