Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of Automatic power factor improvement capacitor ( APFC ) having aggregate capacity : 125 KVAR Outdoor type in 12 stages with micro processor based, platform mounted, suitable for 415 Volts 3 Phase and neutral, 4 wire, 50Hz AC supply system. Shall be dust and vermin proof, protection class (IP-54) and made of 3.15 mm thick CRCA Sheet having bus bar of aluminium 300 Amps capacity , three phase and one neutral fixed on insulator and bus bar insulated by coloured heat shrinkable sleeve with suitable frame work/ support made out of 50 x 50 x 6 mm, front opening type with space for cable entry from back side of the panel, with proper ferrule & cable gland, internal wiring with PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor FR cable of adequate size but not less than 1.5 sqmm complete (at IInd Stage P/H and IInd Lift Pump House Installation, Location of IInd Stage pump house is located at hilly terrain and not approachable by road, new LT Panel transport by manually is required which is approx 1.8 Km). All steel metal works including frame shall be with anticorrosive coating with seven tank process and finally epoxy polyester powder coating of Siemens grey RAL- 7035 shade.
