Overhauling and repairing to Monoblock centrifugal pumping set of capacity 10 HP 440 V 50 Hz 3 Phase with connected accessories to put the plants in perfect working condition and testing as test sheet given by Engr-in-Charge, alligning CF pumps and motor incl balancing of motor, varnishing of stator winding and painting of entire pump set with two coats of synthetic enamel paint incl preparation of surfaces as reqd, renewal of nuts, bolts and washers, renewal of gland and seats, greasing and oiling and renewal of unserviceable parts incl follwing spare parts :- (a) Supply and fixing gland packing of req size (b) Supply and fixing of Gun metal bushes of reqd size (c) Supply and fixing bearing of suitable sizes for pumps

M&L for overhauling and repair of air compressor rotary key blower type with motor complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement suction sweeper assembly 24" long complete with Nylone brush, PVC wheels, 50/40 mm NRV suitable for Suction Sweeper .

Supply and fix in replacement of unserviceable sluice valve cast iron with Stainless steel PN-1.6 and fly nut flanged both ends and drilled for jointing wheel head type conforming to IS 14846 including two flanged joints with nuts bolts and washers rubber insertion packing etc for 150mm bore pipe as in repairs and ISI marked complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for burning out lead in position and jointing to cast iron pipe of size 200 mm bore spigot and socket by run lead joints including spun yarn and caulking of lead joints complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Excavation in trenches in hard /dense soil n.exe 1.5 mtr wide and n.exe 1.5 mtr in depth for foundation laying of pipe etc n.exe 10 sqmm on plan and n.exe 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not.exe 25cm each layers complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Removal of excavated material & surplus spoil to a distance n.exe 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exe 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Supply and fixing sub main wiring four single core 4 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable (FRLSH) 1100 volts graded drawn in for three phase and one for netural & including rigid PVC conduit 25 mm dia or more medium grade concealed in wall as per existing along with 4. Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor cable (FRLSH) as earth wire connected with main earth dolly including cutting chassing and making good disturbed portion all as specified and directd. Note: Four runs of phase, netural wire and one run of earth wire and PVC conduit will be measured as one RM or one length.

Dismantling and taking down u/s sub-main wiring/service wire of any size including wooden batten / PVC Conduit etc and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall/floor to match with the existing wall/floor etc all as specified & as directed. Note :- If the contractor fail to make good the disturbed surface of wall/floor etc and do not match with the existing surface of wall/floor to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge a recovery @ of Rs. 50/- per RM will be made from payment due to the Contractor. In case of any dispute the decision of accepting officer will be final and binding.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electorde of size 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick, burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.2 m below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level connected to earth strip of size 25 x 4 mm earth lead by means of nuts, bolts and washers of galvanised iron and earth lead protected by galvanised iron pipe 40 mm bore(medium grade) and connected to earth test point and including cement concrete pit in PCC (1:3;6) type C-!(using 20 mm graded aggregate) and pre-cast RCC cover slab of size 300 x 300 x 50 mm thick with rain forced with 8 mm dia deformed bars both ways and one handle for lifing made with 10 mm dia mild steel bar,funrel, wire mesh 20 mm bore galvanised (medium grade) for watering, charcoal and salt in alternate layers including necessary execuation and eath works in any types of soil complete all as shown on Electrical plate no 5 of MES Schedule Part I including taking out materials from existing on complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repair of suction sweeper trolley mounted centrifugal pumpset upto 5 HP 3 Phase, transportation to wksp for repair, replacing of impeller, bearing, gland packing,rewinding motor,PVC wheels, GI nipple etc for running of pump at satisfactory level including and greasing and re-installation complete with one coat of synthetic enamaled paint complete all as specified and directed.and painting all as specified and directed.

S&F of PVC insulated PVC Sheathed electric copper conductor cable of size 4 sqmm 4 core cable of working voltage 1100 volts fixed on wall from LT panel to motor starter including fixing material all as specified and directed.

Supply only muriatic acid for cleaning of swimming pool all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and fix flexible PVC Hose pipe of internal dia 40 mm all as specified and directed

Material and labour for Design, supply, Fabrication, Installation, testing and Commissioning factory made, LT panel board, Indoor type, wall mounted, totally enclosed, dust and vermin proof suitably ventilated, floor mounted, 415 volts, 3 phase and neutral, 50 hz, AC supply system, fully compartmentalised, made out of 2.00mm thick CRCA sheet steel, protection of enclosure IP-54 as per IS : 2147 of 1962 with process pre-treatment and powder coated of approved colour including suitable frame work / support made out of suitable size of angle iron / flat iron, front opening type with provision for cable entry, with proper ferrule and cable glands, internal wiring with PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor FRLSH cable of adequate size (minimum 1.5 sqmm), including required civil works/anchoring bolts for fixing on wall, etc with and including following all as specified and directed : - (a) Two compartment each comparment consist of the following : (i ) MCCB 40 amps, 415Volts, 4 pole 50 Hz, 16 KA - 01 Nos .(II ) 3 Pole Contactor 25 Amps - 03 Nos (iii) Motor protection relay -01 No (iv) Phase failure relay with under and over voltage settings - 01 No , (v) Star delta timer - 01 Nos , (vi) Green push button with NO -01 No , (vii )Red Push button with NC - 01 No (viii ) ON Red indicaiton lamp - 01 No, (ix)OFF Green Indication Lamp - 01 No s , (x )Terminals 25 Amps -06 Nos , (xi )MCB DP 6 amps 10 KA - 01 No (xii) Ammeter 0 to 50 Amps digital type with built in selector switch, CTs of ratio 50/5A class 1.0 (set of three ) = 01 set. Panel manufacturers should have in house powder coating plant with minimum 8 tank pretreatment of MS sheet facilities, dust free spray paint booth.(8 tanks pretreatment process includes: degreasing/water rinsing/de-dusting/water rinsing/activation/phosphating water rinsing/passivation). 2. Thickness of powder coating shall not be less than 80 microns and test certificate for powder coating shall be furnished along with LT panel 3. All the electricals switch gear like MCCBs, MCB should be of same make 4. Drawing of panel board should be got approved from AGE(I) before fabrication. 5. Panel board should be fully compartmentalized in accordance to IEC 60947-4-1

Supply and fix in replacement of cast iron pipe/ fittings flang and socketed / all socketed / all flanged type such as bend upto 150mm bore (any type radious and angle) tapers any type (straight, bend, increasing, descreasing or double socket etc), Tee piece single branch, 'Y' junction, double branch cross (all sockets or socket and spigot) collors, caps and plugs, D joint, mechanical joint as in repairs, excavation earth work and run lead joints shall be measured and paid seperately.

Supply and fixing in replacement MCB TPN/ FP 16-32 Amp, 415 V AC 'C' series 10 KA repturing capacity complete all as specified.

S & F in replacement of unsv cheminject dozing pump Diaphragm Type having flow rate 50 Ltr/Hr at back pressure - 08 Kg/cm2 fitted with1/2 HP 440 V AC 1500 RPM Motor and with all accessorries like foot valve ,Y strainer ,antisiphon valve,suction/discharge tubing etc and where directed including making connections with existing dozing line and testing upto the satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge. Make : RMCO Cat Part No-RM-12 or equivalent in Declibac and M/S Sathya Sai Aqua Pura services.

S & F in replacement of old unsv solution cum setteling tank 100 ltr cap with sludge deposition facility fitted with 900 rpm agitator motor , float valve and required connection pipe required as per the site requirement all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge Make : RMCO MODEL No. CDMS 100 or equivalent in Declibac and M/S Sathya Sai Aqua Pura services.
