M&L for bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete 30mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content of bitumen with viscosity grade VG-30 by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete with 8 to 10 tonnes power roller to required complete all as specified and directed. Note :(i) Design Mix for SDAC shall be carried out through an authorised testing lab and the cost of testing shall be included in quoted rate. (ii) Aggregates for Bituminous works shall confirm to clause No 20 B 2.5 of SSR 2009 Part- I (Specifications). (iii) Based on job mix formula, in case the binder content (i.e. Bitumen) is less than the content specified under these items then a minus adjustment @ Rs 70/- per kg of bitumen (less consumed) shall be applied on the quoted rate of contractor against these items, hence the quoted rate of contractor shall be reduced based on less content of bitumen required as per job mix formula. However, no price adjustment on plus side shall be made for increase of quantity of bitumen in case of required as per job mix formula.

Material and labour for marking lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc. not exceeding 15 cm wide on bituminous surfaces with retro reflective thermoplastic road marking paint with reflector sing glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area confirming to MOST & BIS specification, not less than 2.00 mm thick of white / golden / yellow as approved colour / shade and applied with machine, as per manufacturer's instructions including preparation of surface i.e. cleaning of surface by removing all dust, dirt, oil grease etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair spring posts made of special PU (Poly Urethane) material, which can quickly restore to its original state without damaging the vehicle and itself in case of a high speed collision. Highly reflective heat transfer sheet is pasted on specially designed grooves, make it highly visible from distance at night or in bad weather. The tensile strength and UV stabilizers enables it withstand the harshest of weather conditions. It is easy to install with an anchor fasters complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufacturers instructions etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 500mm to 1000 mm dia Convex mirror for visibility and fixed with 50 dia SS pipe medium grade ISI mark( height of pipe not less than 1.20 m from ground level ) & embeded in post holes size (200mm x 200 mm x 400 mm ) in PCC 1:3:6 type C-2( using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) & including earth work & excavation, RFR complete all as specified and directed.

S&F retro reflective sign board of size 1200mm X 900 mm with writing letters (as required) on board and made by 4 mm thick aluminium composite panel sheet finished of size as required with high intensity prismatic reflecting tape on both side duly framed on 60 mm dia and 25 mm dia stainless stell frame of 304 grade, post of height 2.60 m from GL with 16 gauge steel duly fitted with round globe on top of 2.60 m height and fixed with PCC 1:2:4 in ground upto 60 cm depth and necessary earth work complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair Cat Eye as (Road Stud) of 120 mm X 90 mm size made of poly-carbonate moulded body with electronically welded prismatic retro range on both sides for maximum retro reflection in wet and dry condition to be fixed with bituminous adhesive BT-69 any description complete complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork PCC block built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins arches pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks exc 10 cm in width in PCC 1:3:6 Type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) and set in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred /stopped ends complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping/benching surface channels and drains including weathering throating and necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block polished rubber moulded any shape, size & colour confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thickness, M-40 Grade with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Sand cushioning for laying interlocking tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 75 mm thick, 1:4:8 type D-2 40mm stone aggregate as in sub base of flooring complete all as specified and directed.
