S & F PVC (SWR) pipes 110mm dia single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to wall/floor complete all as specified and directed.

S & F PVC (SWR) bends any radius of 110mm dia (ISI Marked) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only polymer compound for water proofing liquid (ISI Marked) complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of existing roof treatment i.e APP membrane, brick tiling incl mud mortar and open up RCC roof slab including picking, sweeping cleaning with wire brush and washing down with water to remove dust, dirt to get surface free of laitance , scales, oil or any other loose material complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) The work is required to be carried out at non-accessible roof for multy storey structure. (ii) The contractor shall make arrangement of scoffolding,safety & security of workers and arrangement for approach to roof . (iii) The rates quoted shall deemed to be included for these items.

M & L for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in padding over RCC roof and finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L of water proofing treatment to non-accessible roof slab with APP based modified polymeric membrane as per manufacturer’s instructions with following course of description below :- (a) Applying a priming coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.2 kg per sq.m, till the surface is properly impregnated. (b) Providing APP based 5 layer polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3.0Kg/ Sqm and minimum 3 mm thick reinforced with polyester non-woven fabric (weight not less than 150 gms/sqm) centre core, laid on primed surface by forced applications as per the manufacturer's instructions with side over lap of 75 mm and end overlap of 100 mm. All overlap joints shall be sealed thoroughly by thermo fusing both the membrane layer (torching overlap by propane or butane gas torch ) and sealing it with the help of hot trowel. The overlap joints shall be made as a monolithic layer (c) Apply two coat of bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.20 Kg/Sqm over APP membrance Note : 1. The work of water proofing treatment shall be got executed through authorised applicator of the manufacturer only and 10 year company back warranty to be submitted by contractor 2. The work is required to be carried out at non-accessible roof slab for multy storeyed. The contractor shall make arrangement of scaffolding, safety and security of workers and arrangement for approach to roof . The rates quoted shall deemed to be included for these items.)

M & L for two coat of aluminium paint at Surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth,not otherwise described complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing 500 ltr tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position including date of cleaning mention in tank in white/ black paint complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster, any desription on brick or stone walls including raking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for Rendering 10 mm thick CM 1:6 using water proofing liquid compound as per manufacturer's instructions on brick or concrete surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on other than fair faces brick or concrete surfaces and finishing surfaces even & smooth without using extra cement and water proffing compund complete all as specified and directed. Note: WPC will be paid separately.

Material & labour for Rendering 5 mm thick CM 1:3 using water proofing liquid compound as per manufacturer's instructions on brick or concrete surfaces of ceiling /chajja's finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces and preparation of new plaster surface complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coat of acrylic washable distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed

Supply & fix GI tubing 15 mm bore medium grade with all fittings and fixed to wall/ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only 15 mm bore tubes, any grade, to walls and ceilings or laying in floors complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing 15mm dia bore and connections including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix GI tubing 20 mm bore medium grade with all fittings and fixed to wall/ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only 20mm bore tubes, any grade, to walls and ceilings or laying in floors complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing 20 mm dia bore and connections including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of all vegetation growth as directed from the building on joint inspection with the consultant, impregnating in the trunks and roots by part cutting and spraying over the leaves, glyphosate or gramoxine to be used as per manufacturer's specification; repeat the process until all plant and vegetation is dead. Remove the roots carefully or chase it out from the wall completely. After complete removal, the entire area is again to be sprayed with weedicide or biocides. The contractor must remove the vegetation growth as many times as new growth appears during the progress of work till all removal is complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The contractor shall make arrangement of scaffolding, safety and security of workers and arrangement for approach to roof . The rates quoted shall deemed to be included for these items.)

Cleaning /desilting of existing bed of the drains constructed in any masonry, average thickness not exc 30cm including removal of vegetation growth or bushes, roots and getting out including disposing off excavated silt, soil, vegetation, shrubs etc., to a distance not exc 100m where directed and deposited at a level not exc 1.50m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of plants/trees of girth n exe 30 cm from roof/sides, external walls of bldg, chajjas, wall junctions, junctions of rain water/ CI soil/waste pipe junction including taking out the roots entered in wall/slab surfaces and making good the disturbed surface using PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 or cement mortar (1:2) including the GI/CI/PVs pipe joints which were damaged during cutting/taking out process to match with the existing and finishing the distrurbed surface to match with existing including necessary scaffolding/staging upto a height of 15.00 m from the ground level complete all as specified as directed. Note:- (i) Any CI/AC/PVC pipes or pipe fitting damage during the process of work shall be replaced by new one without any extra cost of the department. the decision of the AGE(I) on this regard shall be final and binding. (ii) The debris including vegetation plant/trees shall be disposed off to a distance exc 0.5 Km and n.exc 1.00 K M all as directed by engineer-in- charge. (iii) For deciding the girth of the plant/tree the height shall be taken at 30 cm above the slab/wall. (iv) The labour employed by the contractor for carrying out the work shall be provided with safety equipment and quoted shall be deemed to include the same.
