M&L vitrified coloured tiles 10 mm thick light shade (square/rectangular) as in skirting etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match,over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4), rough finish to receive the tiles with including dismantling floor , hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing debris and rubbish off the premises .complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rubber moulded glosy finished chequered cement concrete tiles coloured (in two different colour) 30x30cmx25mm thick, with grey cement and pigment set and jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors incl and over 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of concrete /brick surface in cement mortar 1:4 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing cement or cement lime plaster/Grit wash of any description and in any position on brick or concrete surfaces etc including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick on other than fair faces of concrete /brick surface in cement mortar 1:6 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing new plastered surface of walls and applying two coat of Oil Bound Distemper over and including a coat of alkali resistant primer over 3mm thick damproof wall care putty in two layer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing old surfaces of walls plastered by brooming down with steel or wire brush and scraping down smoke soot, moulds moss & efflorescent salt and trading oil and greasy spots , washing rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surface & removing all vegetation growth, nails and making good holes,cracks etc complete by necessary putty and make the surface smooth by rubbing with sand papers etc and applying one coat of distemper oil emulsion on old prepared surfaces of walls complete all as specified and directed.

M & L preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth & applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed..

M&L for point wiring with 1100 volts grade PVC insulated FRLS multistranded copper conductor cable 2.5 sqmm (Phase - Red, Neutral - Black) and earth continuity conductor 2.5 sqmm (Green) drawn into and including concealed rigid non metallic PVC conduit medium grade not less than 25 mm dia ISI marked ivory colour with all conduit fittings / fixing accessories and sunken galvanized pressed steel terminal box of thickness not less than 1.12 mm covered with 3 mm thick phenolic laminated white sheet cover complete for one 16 amp socket outlet controlled by one switch on independent board. Taking down carefully LED Light fittings of any type and size from any height on wall/ roof/ ceiling and deposite to MES store yard complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully and Rehanging and refixing ceiling fan and connecting up including provision of PVC insulated and overall sheathed flexible copper conductor cable 3 core of size 0.50Sqmm from ceiling rose or connector block of fan including fan rod of suitable size and minor repairs such as replacement of locking pin, reel insulators, bolts, nuts etc and spraying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of color approved by GE/ Engr in charge all as required and directed.

Material & labour for sand filling with clean dry fine sand unwashed including gently punning around cables in trenches/ducts for cable protection complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE : Thickness after punning shall be measured for payment)

M&L for Un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover class LV type I, flat, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm as proteciton to under ground cable laid dry flat adjoining each other complete all as specified and directed

Supplying, laying & jointing GI water tubing, 50 mm bore, light grade as in sleeving etc laid in trenches / pole post etc, cutting and making necessaries arangement by means of wedling and jointing suitable for post of larntent/ street light fitting including PCC work complete all as specified and directed .
