M & L for repairing of RCC column by necessary preparation, i.e., scrapping, cutting, chiseling, derusting, and cleaning exposed reinforcement surfaces of damaged, loose RCC surfaces and applying one coat of rust remover by brushing to the reinforcement to remove loose rust particles and allowing it for 2 to 3 hours. Insert the new reinforcement to the damaged portion by drilling holes at required distance, fill the epoxy into the hole by 2/3 of the hole and insert the reinforcement in the hole, and bind the reinforcement at the rusted portion of reinforcement. Apply cement slurry on the entire damaged area, and plaster the surfaces with cement, sand, and polymer liquid (in 1:3, 15% of cement by weight) and water as required, mixing properly, and plaster the surface to match with the existing surface by providing same and evenly finish complete all as specified and directed. Note:1.Height of work to be considered upto 12m from FFL of Ground Floor. 2.Cost of formwork shall be deemed to be included. 3.Reinforcement required to be provided will be paid separately under relevant item.

TMT bar 10 mm and over cut to length, bend to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hoopings for cols, hooking ends and binding with ad including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

TMT bars 6 to 8 mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking end and binding with and incl mild steel wiere (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repairing of walls/Chhajja upto 12m with and including comprising of the following steps:- (1) Cleaning & drying thoroughly existing surface of walls/Chhajja for all foreign matters such as fungus, moss, dust, etc by wire brushing and removing the existing plaster surface (2) Apply 1st coat of Dr Fixit Raincoat Neo/Equivalent directly from the container (stir content well before use) with brush/roller on the vertical surface in SSD condition diluting 1 Ltr coating with 100mm clean portable water at the rate of 3-4Sqmt/ltr (3). Apply second coats of Dr Fixit raincoat Neo/Equivalent without dilution as waterproof top coat either by railer or brush with force at the rate of 3-4Sqmt/ltr complete all as specified and directed Note: 1.Work shall be carried out through authorised applicator of the product. 2.Qty of different Dr Fixit/Equivalent Compound must be use as the specifications by the company 3.Cost of formwork/scaffolding shall be deemed to be included

Material & labour for Rendering 10 mm thick CM 1:6 on brick or concrete surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement incl taking down cement plaster of any description including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Rendering 15 mm thick in two coats i.e. 10mm thick in CM 1:6 and 5mm thick in CM 1:4 using water proofing liquid compound as per manufacturer's instructions on other than fair faces brick or concrete surfaces and finishing surfaces even & smooth without using extra cement incl taking down cement plaster of any description including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed. .

M&L preparation of newly plastered surface of External wall by application of 1mm thick wall care putty to remove the dent and to make the surface even and smooth by grinding or rubbing with sand paper and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of internal wall by application of 1mm thick wall care putty to remove the dent and to make the surface even and smooth by grinding or rubbing with sand paper and applying two coats of acrylic distemper using roller all as specified and prescribed by manufacture of paint and as directed at site by Engineer-in-Charge. Note- Putty shall be measured and paid seperately.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of wall/ceiling including brooming , scraping down Smoke spot, moss, efflorescent salts, trading oil, grasy spots and stopping nails marks and applying two coat of 1st quality oil emulsion distemper white/coloured of Ist quality over 1 coat of Acrylic/WaterProofing Wall Putty (where it is required in Patches) all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Putty shall be measured and paid seperately under relevan item.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of wall/ceiling including brooming , scraping down Smoke spot, moss, efflorescent salts, trading oil, grasy spots and stopping nails marks and applying one coat of 1st quality oil emulsion distemper white/coloured of Ist quality over 1 coat of Acrylic/WaterProofing Wall Putty (where it is required in Patches) all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Putty shall be measured and paid seperately under relevan item.

M&L for 1mm thick Acrylic/WaterProofing Wall Putty and surface finished even and smooth with sand paper complete all as specified and directed

M & L for preparation of old surfaces of wall and applying two coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old treated surfaces of ceiling and applying two coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered or un plastered surfaces of walls including brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and including filling the nail holes and small patches of peeled off plaster of size not exc 0.01 Sqm by using filling compound of Altek/Birla white putty to obtain even & smooth finish by using sand paper and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surface of CGI/PGI sheets, steel material of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of plants/trees of girth n exe 30 cm from roof/sides, external walls of bldg, chajjas, wall junctions, junctions of rain water/ CI soil/waste pipe junction including taking out the roots entered in wall/slab surfaces and making good the disturbed surface using PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 or cement mortar (1:2) including the GI/CI/PVs pipe joints which were damaged during cutting/taking out process to match with the existing and finishing the distrurbed surface to match with existing including necessary scaffolding/staging upto a height of 15.00 m from the ground level complete all as specified as directed. Note (i) Any CI/AC/PVC pipes or pipe fitting damage during the process of work shall be replaced by new one without any extra cost of the department. the decision of the GE on this regard shall be final and binding. (ii) The debris including vegetation plant/trees shall be disposed off to a distance exc 0.5 Km and n.exc 1.00 K M all as directed by engineer-in- charge. (iii)For deciding the girth of the plant/tree the height shall be taken at 30 cm above the slab/wall. (iv) The labour employed by the contractor for carrying out the work shall be provided with safety equipment and quoted shall be deemed to include the same.

M&L for preparation of old concreate/PCC tile surfaces by brooming with coir/wire brushes and wahsing down with water to remove the fine dust and applying two coats of Lacquer polish (1001) chemical with pigment as approved by Engr in Charge complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for writing Bldg NO (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) with white synthetic enamel paint not exc 15 cm height over 30cm dia black synthetic enamel paint base on wall surface all as specified and as directed.
