Material & labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick burried directly in ground. ( earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr depth below ground level at any type of strata ) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5mtr below normal ground level surrounded with adequate quantity of charcoal dust mixed with salt to a packed thickness of 15cm all around the plate. connected by 25 x4 bles check nuts, washers including concrete chamber of PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate with fair finish, internal surface of concrete chamber shall be given internal dia 300mm x300mm, 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 funnel with wire mesh, RCC pit cover of 320x320x80mm size (1:2:4) Type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate rainforced with XPM all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-1(2009) and specified including and provision of GI strip upto 7.5 mtrs long with 40 mm dia light grade GI pipe protection and watering pipe of GI 20 mm bore, medium grade, including all exavation and earth work and connecting the earthing strip to panel, including testing on completion incl taking down of old unsv earthing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- (i) RCC pit cover shall be precast of RCC(1:2:4) type B1, 80mm thick rainforced with XPM weighing not less than 4kg/sqm in lieu of CI cover. (ii) Cost of additional GI strip more than 7.5 mtrs will be measured and paid seperately under relevant items.

Dismantling and taking out old unserviceable Tubular poles and struts of any size including clamps insulators, cross arms etc of any type complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of steel tubular swaged poles complete as per IS-2713 MS base plate of size 300mmx300mmx6mm , final taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws as specified type 410 SP-31 (9 mtr long) including necessary earth work and excavation, PCC in foundation 1:4:8 type D-2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate and PCC 1:3:6 type C-2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth block, disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m, painting two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer including 3 Nos band/straps with yellow and black colour in alternatete way (200mm wide each) aluminium paint two coat at a distance 300mm from plinth block and marking pole nos with black paint including tarring one coat on steel surface embedded in concrete complete all as specified and directed. Note : Required earth work, PCC foundation will be paid separetly under relevant items of Sch A.
