Dismantling of old unserviceable geyser of any size and deposited in MES store yard as complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of old unserviceable Wall/exhaust fan of any size and deposited in MES store yard as complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Laying and compacting 200 mm thick (compacted thickness) Granular Sub Base Course (GSB) grading as per Grade II as specified Table 400-1 of MaRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works, 2013, in a single layer over compacted subgrade with natural sand, crushed gravel, crushed stone, crushed slag or combination thereof as per the grading required The materials are mechanically mixed, spread and leveling on the subgrade by using motor grader of adequate capacity, and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100 KN static weight for achieving required compaction density of atleast 98% of the Maximum Dry Density. Consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed with finished surface tolerances as per Table 900-1 of MORTH specifications for Road and Bridge works, 2013. complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for painting lines dashes, arrows letter etc on road with retroeflective thermoplastic road marking paint 3mm uniform thickness with glass brands (MORTH Grade) white/yellow colour n exc 100mm wide with help of road marking machine incl cleaning the surface throughly and removing all dirt dust etc complete all as spc and dir.

Construction of Septic tank 100 users with brick masonry wall PCC in foundation floor ,cover slab including sludge chamber ,CI vent pipe ,CI cowl,inlet and outlet pipe ,RCC baffle and all necessary earth work complete all as specified and shown in drgs. Drg No TD 217 Sheet 1/1 & 2/2 complete all as specified and directed.

Soakage wells excavation, in any type of soil, foundation in PCC 1:3:6, walls of honey combed masonry with top ring of M25 concrete including intercepting chamber and screen chamber made of Brick masonary in CM, RCC cover slab in M25/ SFRC cover, interconnecting pipes of RCC/DWC complete filled with brick bats of size 3.6 m x 3.0 m effective depth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick buried directly in ground (top edge of the plate Each should not be less than 1.50Mtrs below ground level) connected to galvanised iron strip 32x6mm by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel connected to earthing test point all as specified incl 40 mm Gl tubing medium grade and necessary fitting for protection of Gl strip incl laying of charcoal dust and common salt in alternate layers of 150mm thick, PCC chamber using PCC(1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, RCC cover 40mm thick (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 6mm dia round bar @ 75mm C/C both ways with MS handle 8mm dia, plastering 15mm thick CM (1:6) externally up to 150mm below ground level, Gl funnel with 20mm dia medium grade Gl pipe for watering and wire mesh including excavation and earth work and disposal of surplus soil complete all as specified and shown on Electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I (2009) and connected to earth test point including testing and marking Building Nos and writing Test Results (in white) on a black painted M.S. Plate (size 300x300x3mm thick ) duly welded with angle iron of size 40X40x5mm, 60cm long, fixed with the earth pit chamber by grouting complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) GI strip and GI pipe medium grade, up to 7.5mtr shall be deemed to be included in the rates quoted for earthing. Supply & fixing bldg/poles light bracket made out 32 mm dia bore G.I pipe, light grade of length not less than 1.5 Mtr, bend to required shape for holding the fitting including clamps 50x6 mm flat iron, nuts & bolts for supporting the brackets including aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying burnt clay fly ash bricks designation 75(Kg/cm2) Old size bricks in cable trenches as cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable any type of size 80mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for valve pit chamber of size internal dimensions 600x600x600 mm Including Necessary earthwork in any type of soil, PCC foundation (1:3:6) type C-2 40mm graded stone aggregate as in base concrete, brick work in CM 1:6 with 15mm thick plaster internally and 15mm thick externally in (upto 15 cm below NGL) CM 1:4, 4mm thick MS cover with hinges and looking arrangement fixed to angle iron frame made out of 40x40x5 mm MS angle complete with 2 coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer on all metal works and three coats of white wash on all plastered surface of valve chamber complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for telephone point wiring with twin core telephone wire complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing 4 Module Gang box including Modular socket outlet 16 Amps for AC, 240 Volts flush type white finish with MCB 16 Amps type 'C' flush mounted and LED indicator (RED) incl concealed point wiring on wall and surface wiring on ceiling/roof with necessary arrangements with 4.0 Sqmm single core 1100 Volts grade FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor with and including PVC concealed conduit of medium grade with all fittings and Modular white cover plate with frame 4 module to accommodate all the accessories complete with internal connections, fixed with chromium plated screws and washers for switches and sockets, including 4.0 Sqmm single core 1100 Volts grade FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor as earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly and including cutting chases in walls / floors for concealed conduit and making good disturbed surfaces by cement mortar (1:3) and to match with the existing surface/colour by using existing oil bound distemper/white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, testing & commissioning of indoor type, wall mounted (with anchor bolts & nuts) compartmentalized type Meter Cabinet for provision and fixing arrangements of 4/6 Nos energy meters of overall dimension 1200mm (W) x 750mm (H) x 200mm (D) made out of 2.0 mm thick CRCA Sheet with front door having cut out duly covered with transparent polycarbonate / glass panel for viewing KWh meter / Timer and other door shall be opaque. All doors should have gasket and locking arrangement to meet ingress protection level IP-43. The cabinet shall be painted both internally and externally with powder coated paint (RAL 7032 SIEMENS GREY) after necessary surface treatment. M&L for concealed sub main wiring using three single core PVC insulated, unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable of size 4.0 including PVC concealed conduit Sqmm of voltage rating up to and including 1100 volts drawn in and of dia not less than 25mm with all fittings and accessories, along with one run of PVC (green colour) insulated, unsheathed, stranded copper conductor of size 4.0 Sqmm (green colour) as earth continuity conductor all as specified and directed. (Note: Three runs of single core PVC cable with one run of earth conductor and conduit shall be measured as one unit)

M&L earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6 mm thick, buried directly in to ground (earth pit) not less than 2.25 metres deep below GL with top edge of earth plate opt less attn. 1.50 m below ground level surrounded with adequate quantity of charcoal dust mixed with salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm all around the plate, connected to GI lead wire of 4 mm dia (7.50 m Long) by means of nuts, bolts and washers, check nuts of GI and protected by the GI pipe light grade 15 mm nominal bore(7.5 m long) for earth lead wire and watering pipe light grade of 20 mm nominal bore, 0.63mm thick GI sheet funnel, wire mesh, earthing test point etc complete including necessary earth work and excavation in any type of soil, PCC 1:2:4 type B1 earth pit and Precast RCC cover 65 mm thick duly reinforced with 6 mm dia.
