(b) Material and labour for two coat of acrylic cementitious water proofing coating (Dr. FIXIT pidifin 2K manufactured by M/S Piditite Industries Ltd or equivalant) and followed by a overlay protective screed 15mm thick CM(1:3) alongwith liquid water proofing compound approved make on top surfaces of sunken slab after preparation as mentioned above method of application for acrylic cementitious water proofing coating is followed as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour PCC 1:5:10 type E-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in filling, mass concrete, sub base or leveling course of floor etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate as in leveling course to floors complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for demolition of existing treatment Mud phuska ,PCC, treating of joints, filling of honey combs with using crack fill chemical of Dr Fixit or STP and providing 25 mm thick PCC (1:3) with 4 to 7 mm size stone chipping (1 Cement : 3 Stone Aggregate) over roof surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with WPC (If ordered by Engineer-in-Charge), complete all as specified and directed. Note - WPC will be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for taking down existing treatment (membrane) including picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust & providing APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) laid on primed surface by forced application, shall be laid over hot blown bitumen grade 85/25 conforming to IS 702 @ 1.2 kg per Sqm over a coat of bituminous primer and applying aluminium reflective paint over it complete all as specified and directed and as per manufacturer's instructions. Note : - The water proofing treatment shall be got carried out by the manufacturer or their authorised applicators duly approved by GE in writing. (ii) 2.5% amount of the total amount of water proofing treatment shall be retained as a guarantee and shall be released after 10 years. However contractor may deposit the FDR of same amount in favour of GE. If contractor fail to rectify the defect pointed out during this period in writing, the defect shall be got rectified at contractor risk and cost and the payment shall be made from the amount kept reserved or by encashing the FDR deposited by the contractor as guarantee. Contractor's quoted rate for this item shall deemed to be inclusive of this aspect.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair 15 mm dia bore chromium plated concealed stop cock, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair 20 mm dia bore gun metal gate valve complete all as specified and directed.
