M & L for dismantling of Old UNSV ACSR or AAC conductor or jumpers from pole/ LT over head line of 9 mtr long pole from ground level complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for dismantling of old UNSV/broken house service bracket of any type and size from CGI sheet roof of maximum 5 mtr from ground level all as specified and making good the distrubed surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling & Removing carefully Old unserviceble LT cables/ Service cable of size 16 sqmm to 35 sqmm ( 2/3/3.5/4 core ) from LT Pole to MCB DB complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of steel poles/struts any size complete and transporting to store yard complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, laying, jointing testing and connecting in replacenent of XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) with multistranded aluminum conductors, IS 7098 marked, suitable for LT 1100 Volt system, laid in trenches fixed to pole, including jointing & testing complete all as specified and directed of following sizes complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Excavation, earth work ,cable protection , sand fillings , cable joint shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of schedule.

M & L for plastic emulsion painting with two coat on concrete/ plaster sufraces (Pole coping) of any description over 10 Cm girth or width complete all as specified and as directed.

M/L for HDPE pipe suitable for 5/6 kgf/cm square working pressurewith all fitting , laid in trenches for protection of cable in road /drain crossing complete all as specified and as directed of following sizes :-

M & L for supply, erection and commissioning of steel tubular swaged poles with top mounted bracket complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screwes as specified type LT type 410 SP-22, (8.5m long) including placing at new location complete with excavation, earth work, PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation and coping of poles with PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and as directed. (Note :- Excavation, earth work and concrete work complete not included in unit item of the rate quoted by the Contractor nd the same will be paid seperately).

Dismantling and taking down carefully old bracket from the existing 9 mtr long LT swaged pole, M & L for necessary aluminium paint of two coat and fixing the same on new pole pole at another location complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling and taking down old serviceable LED street light fitting of any wattage, necessary cleaning/servicing and M & L for fixing the same on new LT swaged pole 9 mtr long complete making necessary connection complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 60 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600mmX 600mmX 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically ( earth pit not less than 2.25 meters deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 metres below ground level, connected to and including GI Strip of size 25x4 mm and light grade protection pipe of 40 mm dia from earth electrode up to test point or up to 7.5mtr whichever is less by means of GI bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers all as per electrical plate No 3 of SSR Pt-I and GI watering pipe of 20 mm dia medium grade, GI funnel with wire mesh including charcoal, salt packed all around the earth electrode plate in layers, PCC earth pit chamber (1:3:6) type C1, of size 45X 45X 45 CM, RCC cover (1:2:4) type B1 of size 45X45X6 CM, excavation/earth work in any strata and returning filling, removal of surplus soil and testing/test point for required value complete including testing on completion all as specified and directed. (GI strip upto 7.5m including testing consider in this item).

M&L for Demolition of road, path, drain and concrete in ground floors, RCC/Brick wall (below or above ground level) or any description and any position complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation filling for poles complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) for coping of poles including necessary form work and finished the surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for MS cross arm, angle, clamps, nuts, bolts and washers and supply and fixing new MS Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamp and back plates fabricated from structural steel section including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any type, shape or as indicated and directed inclusive of one coat of red oxide and one coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning LT Outdoor floor mounted Panel board, powder coated, factory made and tested , platform mounted, suitable for 415 Volts 3 Phase and neutral, 4 wire, 50Hz AC supply system of size 1200X1200X500 MM (HXWXD) having bus bar chamber with insulated electrolytic Aluminium bus bars installed on DMC insulators . The panel shall be dust and vermin proof, protection class (IP-54) in accordance with IS-2147. b) and made of 3.00 mm thick CRCA mild steel sheet and mild steel angle iron frame work (made out of 50 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm thick and 900 mm long), front & rear opening type with aprons for cable entry, with proper ferrule & cable gland, internal wiring with PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor FRLS cable of adequate size but not less than 1.5 sqmm complete. All steel metal works including frame shall be with anticorrosive coating with seven tank process and finally epoxy polyester powder coating of flint grey shade having instrumen chamber with digital Voltmeter and Ammeter of suitable rating as per the Incoming MCCB/load rating with selector switch and RYB indicator LED lamps. The scope of work also comprising of the following:- (A) Aluminium Bus bar chamber rating : 300 Amps, TPN, 415V (B) Incoming MCCB rating : 250 Amps, 4P, 36 KA - 01 (C) Outgoing MCCBs rating : 100 Amps, 4P, 25 KA - 02 (D) Outgoing MCCBs rating : 63 Amps, 4P, 25KA - 02 (E) Outgoing MCB SPN 32 Amps, 10 KA : 01 NOTE : (i) All the MCCB with Rotary Mechanism Handle and provision of 300x300x2mm thick danger notice board on front side of the panel doors. (ii) Panel wiring for control circuit with copper flexible 1.5 Sq mm & power wiring minimum 4 Sqmm flexible or as per load rating of the feeder pillar box. (iii) Complete installation with civil work and making necessary incoming and outging connection with proper cable lugs and cable glands is deemed to be included in unit rate quoted by the Contractor. (iv) The final height of the LT panel from the normal ground level shall be 450 mm and necessary civil work included in quoted rate.

The panel shall be dust and vermin proof, protection class (IP-54) in accordance with IS-2147. b) and made of 3.15 mm thick CRCA mild steel sheet and mild steel angle iron frame work (made out of 50 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm thick and 900 mm long), front & rear opening type with aprons for cable entry, with proper ferrule & cable gland, internal wiring with PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor FRLS cable of adequate size but not less than 1.5 sqmm complete. All steel metal works including frame shall be with anticorrosive coating with seven tank process and finally epoxy polyester powder coating of flint grey shade having instrumen chamber with RYB indicator LED lamps. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof, protection class (IP-54) in accordance with IS-2147. b) and made of 3.15 mm thick CRCA mild steel sheet and mild steel angle iron frame work (made out of 40 mm x 40 mm x 5mm thick and 450 mm long), front & rear opening type with aprons for cable entry, with proper ferrule & cable gland, internal wiring with PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor FRLS cable of adequate size but not less than 1.5 sqmm complete. All steel metal works including frame shall be with anticorrosive coating with seven tank process and finally epoxy polyester powder coating of flint grey shade having instrumen chamber with RYB indicator LED lamps. (iii) The final height of the LT panel from the normal ground level shall be 450 mm and necessary civil work included in quoted rate.

Supply and fixing Polycabonate fabricated, outdoor type, cubical, sloping canopy top roof, pole mounted, hinged single door with locking arrangement, front side openable box suitable for three pahse, 415 volts, AC supply with 04 Nos Aluminium bus bar rating 32 amps (R.N) with one No MCB 06 Amps, SP having size 250x200x120 mm complete including making fixing arrangement with LT pole swaged type with flat iron clamp complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and fixing 1100 Volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated copper conductor FR round flexible in street light connection from pole junction box at bottom to street light fixed on LT pole swaged type by making two holes with welding machine for inserting cable of 8.5/9 mtr long swaged pole cable of size 1.0 Sqmm 3 core multistranded including making all necessary connection complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, fabricated and and fixing of street light bracket made out of GI pipe 1.2 Mtr long, 32 mm dia medium grade bent to shape as directed including clamps made out of 40 mm x 6 mm flat for fixing bracket suitable for steel tubular poles including nuts and bolts, washers and other connected items of required size including painting with one coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide/primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Boaring holes horizontally under Road/Path/Pavement/drain or any other situation by mannual means without damaging the surface of road (minimum 1.0 Mtr bellow the road surface) suitable for passing of HDPE pipe 63 to 90 mm bore and making good both ends complete all as specified and as directed. (HDPE pipe of 63 to 90 mm bore laid in boring section shall be measured and paid seperately)

Supply and fix cable jointing kit on existing underground laid cable for 1.1 KV grade cable for straight through joint Tubular sleeve version, complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for XLPE, armoured, Aluminium conductor cable following sizes complete. (Note- Rate quoted is deemed to be included for Cable jointing with existing serviceable UG cable laid under trench and providing new UG cable of approprite size upto LT feeder pillar box and necessary testing. (ii) New cable of any size from straight throught joint to feeder pillar box will be measured and paid seperately under relevant items of schedule)

M & L for taking down old serviceable street light bracket fixed on pole of 9 mtr long at any height, removing all MS work/GI pipes of any dia and preparation of old painted surface of steel tubuler pole of 9 mtr long swaged pole by removing all dirt, dust, corrosion etc and apply two coats of aluminium paint on steel surface of complete pole, cross arms, brackets, MS flats, nuts, bolts and all accessories fixed on pole including black and yellow strips with two coats of synthetic enamel painting upto 1.5 metre height and writing of identification Nos, etc and re-fixing the street light bracket with street light fitting of any wattage and testing complete all as specified and as directed. Note- (i) Taking out all old MS work & making good to steel tubular pole if any required at site is deemed to be included in quoted rate. (ii) Taking down old serviceable street light with bracket and refixing the same at a height 7.0 meter from the ground level is also deemed to be included in quoted rate).
