Labour only for checking the serviceability of the different spares / components / parts of security light fittings/post top lantern light fittings (LED,HPSV, Metal Halide, flood light fittings etc, any wattage/capacity) of any description and fixed in any position, replacement of un-serviceable/damaged/ broken part(s) either in single or in combination, re-assembling the fittings and making the light fittings serviceable, fixing the fittings in position, connecting to electric supply and its testing on installation complete all as specified and directed here in after in notes. NOTES (i) Replacement of parts i.e Drivers,SPD, LED board,lamps, choke, Igniter, Condenser, Holder, covers etc for Street/Flood light fittings any wattage & capacity, if any required at site, shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Schedule `A' as ‘supply only. (ii) Necessary T&P i.e. ladder, tools etc required for checking and making the light fittings in serviceable conditions, its fixing in position and testing shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost for checking and fixing of street light fittings/security light fittings of any description on poles / on walls / on pillars etc i.e. in any position at site. (iii) Required screws, insulating tapes, internal wiring wire and other minor items excluding the required spares parts for repairing and making the street light fittings/security light fittings in serviceable condition, will be arranged & supplied by the contractor and cost of which is deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the contractor in above respective item. (iv) Contractor shall be paid only one time the labour charges quoted above in Schedule `A' items for a particular fitting repaired irrespective of the number of times labour and resources arranged by him to check the serviceability of the fittings and replacement of unserviceable / defective parts in order to maintain the fittings in serviceable/working condition. (v) Contractor’s quoted rates for Schedule `A' item No 9 is deemed to include for inspection/checking the serviceability of the fittings in position or by taking down as per site requirement, removing the damaged unserviceable / broken parts, fixing the new parts as required, fixing the fittings in same position or the other, connecting the fittings with electric source and testing of fittings as directed.

Supply only the following parts for LED fittings complete all as specified and directed. NOTES: (i) Fixing element of these items is deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the contractor. Supply and fixing in replacement of UNSV 40W LED Post top lantern complete accessories to be fixed on pole/wall including connecting the fitting to control switch at the bottom of the pole with using 2.5 Sqmm two single core PVC insulated and unsheathed copper conductor cable complete,all as directed and directed. Taking down old unserviceable MS junction boxes from the pole with disconnectiong all connections, Supplying and fixing in position new Pole box made of thermoplastic Polycarbonate having IP65/IP66 degree of protection (shock proof, dust proof, jet water proof and acid resistive). The gasket should be internally embedded, and made of Polyeutherene. The boxes shall be tested as per IEC 60670-2/ 60670-22. The boxes shall have self threaded holes & provision for mounting din rail. The lid should be hinged type with sealing screw. The screw should be of stainless steel so that there is no corrosion. The boxes should withstand temperature of -40c to +120c. The glow wire test should be conducted at 960 c or 750 c and material should be flame retardant & self extinguishing. UL subject 94, V-0. The boxes should be free from toxic substances like hal ogen and silicon. The boxes should have suitable pre-moulded knock out /or plan wall depending on requirement. Box dimension shall not be less than 200 X 160 X98 MM (LXBXH). Box shall be suitable for 16/25Sqmm cables including one no. MCB SP 230 volts 6 amps of make Havells/Legrand/ABB and connecting the bus bars to cables with using suitable GI nut, bolts and washers and aluminum lugs etc fixed on pole using 30x5mm FI clamps,nuts,bolts & washers complete all as specified and directed. Material & labour of PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in mass concrete and filling complete for foundation/hard standing complete all as specified and directed

M & L for cutting chases in hard standing road/path/drain etc for passing cables/pipes etc. size of cutting 100mm wide and 200mm deep and removing the excavated materials and disposal at 50 metre distance and making good the cutting after the pipe and cables are laid with PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying,erecting and fixing in replacement of UNSV steel tubular swaged pole (410 SP – 31), 9 mtr long,in true vertical position complete conforming to IS : 2713 (Part-I & III) 1980 with cast iron base plate, pole cap / finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and washers, welded reduced section and longitudinal weld throughout entire length of pole with and including 2 coats of black bituminous paint externally upto planting depth and remaining exterior portion of pole finished with one coat of red oxide primercomplete all as specified and directed. Dismantling and opening of spare parts for servicing of water cooled DG set of following capacity coupled with alternator, Maintenance and servicing mechanically and electrically, including cleaning, oiling /greasing, removing & replacement of defective / unserviceable parts with new parts,i.e diesel filter /oil filter /Air filter /fan belt /fuel pipe/ engine oil pipe /Engine Oil/distilled water etc as required at site and as per manufacturer's instructions and checking of valves & nozzles etc, reassembling the parts of DG set at position ensuring proper alignment connecting to existing system and making DG set perfectly operational and testing at site connected load to the entire satisfaction complete all as specified and directed. Dismantling of Old unserviceable batteries 12 Volt, 150 AH, from DG set and supply & fixing maintenance free batteries of 12 Volt, 150 AH capacity with electrolyte fully charged battery including interconnection, commissioning and testing complete all as specified & directed.

Disconnecting and taking out the exhaust system of DG set of any capacity between 75 KVA to 100 KVA and carrying out cleaning of choked, carbonized exhaust pipe including exhaust silencer , including soldering / welding of leakage of pipe.and assembling the complete exhaust assembly including replacement of exhaust manifold gasket side pieces, metallic flexible pipe, nut bolts, and testing for making it leak proof and fixing the same in position and testing the system complete all as specified and directed complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Cleaning of MS fuel tank of DG sets of 100 to 300 ltr capacity by collecting the fuel in cleaned barrels and removing sludge deposited/accumulated inside the tank of and disposal of sludge at a distance not exceeding 100 metre and cleaning the tank with kerosene oil , replacement of fuel tank strainer and unserviceable fuel gauge with new PVC fuel level indicator fixed with clips to the tank and marking levels for every 10 litre by marking and numbering on the side of fuel tank with synthetic enameled paint and refilling the collected fuel after filtration complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and taking out old unserviceable belts of the DG set and supply and fixing new belt suitable for following capacity of DG set engine match the existing complete all as specified and directed.

V Belt for Fan drive ,Charging alternator and water pum complete set suitable for DG Set 75 to 100 KVA

Disconnecting and taking out engine fitted in 75 KVA to 100 KVA 3 phase 50 Hz of DG set ( Make: Cummins/Caterpillar/Kirloskar/ Greaves) , dismantling and strip opening of complete engine of water cooled DG set of suitable capacity 3 phase 50 Hz for carrying out repair and complete over hauling , mechanically and electrically, cleaning,oiling/greasing , and fixing of serviceable parts in position, and removing & replacement of unserviceable/ defective parts /spares with new parts,as per manufacturer's instructions cleaning , oiling /greasing,descaling of water jackets,decarbonizing cylinder heads including refacing and lapping of valves, valve-seats, grinding of crank shaft or any other machining work required at site, allingment of connecting rods including matching with crank shaft. and reassembling the engine of DG set at position ensuring proper alignment and coupling the engine with alternator, complete all as specified and directed. (including mentioned Note in here in below)

Notes for Sch A item No. 101 here in above : (i) Repairs/Overhauling / reassembling and testing of engine of DG set shall be carried out through a authorised service center . (ii) The quoted rates of the contractor includes for fixing the serviceable parts in position and replacement of unserviceable parts with new parts. The new replaced parts shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Sch `A’ as `supply only ‘ here in after under item No.29 but quoted rates are inclusive of replacement of small/minor parts such as nuts, bolts, washers, locking nuts, small springs, `O’ rings, screws/gaskets/ packing /studs etc. (iii) The quoted rates of contractor are deemed to be included cost of loading, unloading & transportation to and fro authorized service centre and machining job etc.as required (iv) The element for connecting to existing system and making DG set perfectly operational and testing at site connected load to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge shall be included/covered under the rates quoted in Sch A item No.101 here in above consider for Maintenance and servicing.

M&L in replacement of eathing continuity conductor to wall on batten or buried in ground or drawn in conduit or fixed to pole or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc, as required 20x3 mm dia copper strip, complete all as specified and directed.
