COMPUTER CHAIR Seat/back assembly: the seat and back should be made from seasoned wood and plywood. The same should be upholstered with black synthetic leather and polyurethane foam. Back size: 46.0cm. (w) x 27.0cm. (h) seat size: 46.0cm. (w) x 40.0cm. (d)armrest tube: the armrest tube should be made of 0 2.54 ±0.03cm. x 02 ±0.016cm.thk. m.s. e.r.w. tube and powder coated (dft 40-60 microns). Understructure assembly: the understructure assembly should be a Cantilever type frame made of 0 2.54 ±0.03cm. x 0.2 ±0.016cm.thk. m.s. e.r.w. tube and powder coated (dft 40-60 microns). Overall Dimensions of Chair-Seat Height-48.0 cm. Height-87.5cm. Width & Depth of Chair as measured from base- Width-58.0 cm and Depth-56.5 cm. Rest all as shown on drg or approved by GE. COMPUTER TABLE Overall size of top shall be 900mm long,561.20 mm wide and 750mm high. All prelaminated exterior grade MDF board used in manufacturing of top, shelves, drawers, tray shall be of 18mm thick prelaminated exterior grade MDF board.The frame of table shall be of 25MM square pipe of wall thickness not less than 1.6mm. The top of table shall be provided with 4mm thick teak wood beading. The legs shall be made out of 25mmx50mm MS rectangular CR pipe of 18 guage. Each leg shall be provided with rectangular PVC cover made to shape on front sides only. The drawers shall be provided with 300mm long best quality telescopic channel . The legs shall also be provided with nylon buffers . Finish:- All wood surfaces shall be French polished with high gloss finish. Rest all as shown on drg or approved by GE.

TABLE WRITING Overall Unit Size shall be 1000mm(W) X 635mm(D) X 1600mm (H), 750mm(Height of Table Top) Study Unit designed to suite hostel and Study room requirement. The complete set consist of Study table, Tackable /white-board tile, Overhead storage Unit, and free standing pedestal. Desk Panel and Modesty Panel-Panel are made of 25mm thick PLB as per IS:12823 with 2mm thick PVC beading on all sides.Tackable tile shall be made of 0.6mm thick CRCA sheet as per IS-513 with covered fabric on it and PE foam inside. Whiteboard tile shall be made from 0.6mm thick sheet with painted surface. Pedestal Unit Size shall be 400mm(W) X 460mm(D) X 685mm(H) Pedestal – Pedestal is made of 18mm thick pre-lam board. Freestanding pedestal Box Box File(BBF) construction. The shell shall be 0.6 mm thick CRCA MS Plus Drawer tray shall be 0.5 mm thick CRCA MS and Drawer Front shall be 06 mm thick CRCA MS. There shall also be Cam Lock and Handles built in Plastic. Understructure – Vertical tubes are made of 50.8 X 25.4 X 1.6mm thick and base table support tubes are made of 50.8 X 25.4 X 1.2mm thick tube. Cross support tubes are 40 X 20 X 1.2 mm thick. All tubes are MS ERW tubes as per (IS:7138). The open end of tubes are closed with plastic caps. Complete structure is epoxy powder coated DFT 50 microns (+-10) Sheet metal side cover is made of 1.2mm thick CRCA. Level adjustors are provided to take care of unevenness in floor. Overhead storage – 25mm thick PLB as per IS: 12823 with 2mm thick PVC beading on all sides. Overhead storage is fixed with main frame from back side. Rest all as shown on drg or approved by GE.
