Disconnecting and taking out of unserviceable indicator lamp from LT panel and supply and fixing new indicator lamp assemble LED type RYB including making connections with 2.5sqmm copper conductor single core PVC insualeted cable and necessary thimbles nut bolts etc incl cutting the slot if required in existing LT Panel complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick burried directly in ground. ( earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr depth below ground level at any type of strata ) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5mtr below normal ground level surrounded with adequate quantity of charcoal dust mixed with salt to a packed thickness of 15cm all around the plate. connected by 25 x 4mm GI stip check nuts, washers including concrete chamber of PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate with fair finish, internal surface of concrete chamber shall be given internal dia 300mm x300mm, 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 funnel with wire mesh, RCC pit cover of 320x320x80mm size (1:2:4) Type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate rainforced with XPM all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-1(2009) and specified including and provision of GI strip upto 7.5 mtrs long with 40 mm dia medium grade GI pipe protection and watering pipe of GI 20 mm bore, medium grade, including all exavation and earth work and connecting the earthing strip to panel, including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- (i) RCC pit cover shall be precast of RCC(1:2:4) type B1, 80mm thick rainforced with XPM weighing not less than 4kg/sqm in lieu of CI cover. (ii) Cost of additional GI strip more than 7.5 mtrs will be measured and paid seperately under relevant items.

S&F in replacement of MCCB 4 pole, 415 volt , adjustable thermal and magnetic release type 250 Amp breaking capacity 36 KA complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of MCCB 4 pole, 415 volt , adjustable thermal and magnetic release type 160 Amp breaking capacity 36 KA complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of MCCB 4 pole, 415 volt , adjustable thermal and magnetic release type 100 Amp breaking capacity 25 KA complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and straing in replacement of over head ACSR conductor any size i.e weasel, Ferret and Dog and any type including binding/jointing the conductor to insulator with binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement for galvanized steel wire 3.15mm or 4mm dia continous eath wire on pole or guard wire for protecting fallen overhead conductor including binding wire of suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling insulators any type, any size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing pin type composite polymer insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle , two galvanised iron washer and one galvanised iron nut, suitable for 1100V grade complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking out old unserviceable Tubular pole and struts of any size including clamps insulators, cross arms etc of any type complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, transporting, erection and fixing steel tubular swaged pole, 09 metres long, type 410 SP-31, complete with MS base plate 6 mm thick, pole cap, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts, washers etc including necessary earth work and excavation, PCC in foundation 1:4:8 type D-2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate and PCC 1:3:6 type C-2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth block, disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m, painting two coats of aluminium paint including 5 Nos band/straps with yellow and black colour in alternatete way (200mm wide each) paint two coat at a distance 300mm from plinth block and marking pole nos with black paint including tarring one coat on steel surface embedded in concrete complete all as specified and directed. Note : Required earth work, PCC foundation will be paid separetly under relevant items of Sch A.

M&L for prepration of old treated surface of existing steel tubular poles 8/9 mtr long( upto 1.20 mtr from coping/ground level (whichever is on upper side) incl brackets, clamp cross arms etc with two coat of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer incl writing MES No complete as specified and directed.

M&L for refixing of poles in same location or other place as directed after taking out pole from earth, incl transportation if required incl necessary earth work, coping and fixing of existing over head conductor and insulator complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling stay assembly complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing of stay assembly complete with all accessories, such as stay plate 300x300x6mm, stay rod 215cm long and 16mm dia with nuts including GI Bow turn buckle etc, all as per Electrical Plate No 1 SSR-2009 Part-I complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L in replacement for loop type insulators vitreous porcelain white, brown or green large size with overall dimensions 90x140 mm clearance of hole 25.5mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismanlting and taking down bend/damaged mild steel work such as cross arms, bracing, supported, clamps & back plates etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cross arms,bracings,supports,clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts,bolts,washers welding,bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed including of one coat of primer and two coat of aluminium paint.complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up/down of old U/S LT armoured cable and Supplying, laying, commisioning and testing of 1.1 KV grade XLPE insulated PVC sheathed steel armoured aluminum stranded conductor LT UG cable ( Conforming to IS 7098) ISI marked in trenches / ducts / through GI pipes under roads of size 16 sqmm 4 core complete all as specifed and directed. Note;- The earth work, GI pipe shall be measured and paid sepretely under appropriate item of Sch A

All as per Item No 23 here in before but Cable of size 25 Sqmm 3.5 Core complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/disintegrated soil not exc 1.5mtr wide and not exc. 1.5mtr depth for laying of UG Cable/foundation etc complete all as specified and directed

Returning filling in soft/disintegrated soil including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25cm each layer complte all as pecified and directed.

Removal of excavated surplus soft/disintegrated soil to a distance not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning for under ground cable with layer of fine river dry sand 80 mm thick before laying of cable and 150 mm thick after laying of cable in trenches complete all as specified and directed by Engg-in-Charge. Note:- Punned (consolidated ) thicness of sand will be measured and paid.

M&L for cable protection bricks common burnt clay sub class B designation 75 for protectioon of UG Cable laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (Using 40mm graded stone aggregte) as in mass concrete/foundation complete all as specified and directed.

M&l PCC 1:2:4, type B2, (using 40mm stone aggregate) in pole foundation bed complete all as specified as direccted

M&l PCC 1:4:8, type D2, (using 40mm stone aggregate) in pole foundation bed complete all as specified as direccted

M&L for 80 mm bore GI tube light grade laid under road/culvert/drain fixed to pole wall with help of flat iron clamps etcfor cable protection and making good surface of road with PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 40 mm bore GI tube light grade laid under road/culvert/drain fixed to pole wall with help of flat iron clamps etcfor cable protection and making good surface of road with PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified & directed

Supply and Fixing in repairs LED flood light fitting 70/75 W, including connecting with 1.5 sq mm, 3 core, PVC insulated Copper conductor cable 1100 Volts grade from pole box to light fitting or from overhead conductor to light fitting complete all as specified and directed.
