S&F in replacement Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 to 185 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement Cable route markers made of GI with embossing of HT Cable of 11KV, supporting MS angle of 75 cm long for HT Cable cable route marking duly embedded in and incl PCC ( 1;3;6) foundation up to 30cm incl excavation and earth work complete all as specified and directed.

M &L in replacement Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6 mm thick buried directly in ground (Earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below normal ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below normal ground level connecting with GI earthstrip 32x6 mm by means of bolt nut check nuts and washers of galvanized iron and provision of GI tubing medium grade (ISI marked) of 40 mm bore for protection of earthstrip of 32x6 mm including PCC with 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate CI frame and cover of angle iron 40x40x6mm and handle 6mm dia MS bar made to shape GI light grade20mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom 1.75 metre long placed on top edge of earth plate, charcoal and common salt filling, test point made out of Bronze/Gun metal with fixing arrangment , funnel, wire mesh and earth work in soft/loose soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 Metres , all as per electrical plate No 3 of SSR 2009 Pt -I to earth test point indicated including testing on completion compelte all as specified and directed.( NOTE :- The quoted rate of earthing shall be deemed to included cost of 7.5 m long galvanised strip 32x6 mm and protection pipe of 40 mm bore medium grade(ISI marked).

M&Lin replacement Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminum paint compelte all as specified and directed.

M&L for GI continuous earth wire of size 3.15 mm or 4.00 dia for cradles, gurading and earth continuity on HT OH pole including suitable, binding wires etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement HT stay assembly set comprising of stay bow, galvanised 20mm dia 400mm long stay rod 20mm dia GI stay bow, 1800 mm long with nuts, bolts, washers, MS stay plate, 02 Nos thimble and clamp etc required with all accessories complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Loop type insulators, excavation, earth work, concrete for foundation shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of Sch 'A'. )

S&F in replacement loop type insulator large size with over all dimension 90x140 mm clearance of hole 25.5 compelte all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement galvanised steel standard stay wire of size 2.24 mm grade for stay of poles including necesssary clamps of 50x6mm of flat iron complete all as specified including 300x300x6 mm MS stay plate including thimbles, GI stay wire 7/2.24 mm SWG of required with all accessories compelte all as specified & directed.

M &L Replacement of Aluminium conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) of any size for HT over head conductor on poles including stringing, tightening binding to insulators with aluminium wire making and connecting commissioning and testing of ACSR Conductors of any type and any size complete al as specified and directed.

M&L for HT pin type composite insulation/silicon rubber material including one galvanishing MS spingle, nuts & washers of 150mm height, 150 mm dia for 11000 volt grade and fixing to the pole/structure and binding of conductor including taking down complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for disc type composite long rod insulator HT 11 KV out door type with composite insulating/silicon rubber materials type along with necessary acessories for connection of cables/ACSR conductors including taking down and making of cycle point complete, all as specified and directed.

M & L in replacement HT 11 KV grade tripple pole gang operated Air break switch from 4 pole/2 pole structure and S & F New gang operated Air break switch (GOD) HT 11 KV of 200 A capacity out door type suitable for vertical mounting fixed type complete with 3 no. silicon rubber polymeric insulator per phase and proper connection PVC rubber insulated sleves RYBACSR Jumper 1.5m to 2.0m long -3 Nos and brass commetors with proper copper lugs etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for opening the binding wire from insulator of any type from steel pole of any height for re-stretching the ACSR conductor, after re-stretching without kinks & bends, binding the pin/shackle insulator with appropriate size of aluminium binding wire, etc complete all as specified and directed (NOTE :- (i) The above work includes clearing/ prooning of tree branches faling around the conductors. (ii) Cost of binding wire deemed to be included in the quoted rate, No extra amount will be paid.)

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of HT steel tubular/swaged/rail poles of 11m long including brackets, clamps, channels and cross arms by cleaning of oils, lubricants, grease etc. complete above PCC coping and applying two coats of aluminium paint on surfaces above PCC coping, applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint in zebra pattern with Aluminium and red colour combination up to 1m height above PCC coping; writing MES No. of poles (Number size shall be 25mm and lettering shall be 40mm) complete including applying two coats of white wash on exposed concrete surfaces of coping to poles duly preparing the surfaces complete all as specified and directed

Trimming of tree branches along the HT overhead line up to 1.5 mtr from OH line to tree around the parameter, unit area complete all as specified and directed. (Note:-Span shall be considered the distance between pole to pole.)

M&L for filtration/ dehydration of transformer and servo voltage stabilizer oil including checking di-electric strength of oil before and after filtration for various transformers and servo voltage stabilizer located at RTS & Depot area with suitable machine having filtration, heating and pumping facility to improve the dielectric strength/ insulation value of oil complete all as specified and directed. Notes :- (i ) Dehyderation Mchine and other required equipments shall be arranged by the contractor & no extra cost shall be paid to the contractor on this effect. (ii) Di-electric strength of oil after filtration/ dehydration shall not be less than 60 KV/min. (iii) The contactor shall take shut down orders in writing from Engineer-in-charge before commencement of the work. (iv) The contractor shall ensure no wastage of transformer oil. (iv) The di-electric strength of oil shall be tested before & after filtration and test results shall be submitted to Engineer in charge.

Supply and filling new transformer oil for topping up the transformers duly filtered with filtration plant having dielectric strength not less than 60 KV complete all as specified and directed Note :- (a) The transformer oil shall be type EHV confirming to IS - 335/1983. (b) Mineral oil grade shall be used. (c) The IR value of transformer oil shall not be less than 60KV/min. (d) The unit rate shall be deemed to include the cost of filtration to achieve desired di-electric strength.

M&L for spray painting with Silicon acrylic heat resistant paint of approved quality & colour to indoor/outdoor type, step up/step down transformer of up to 400 KVA capacity, installed at different locations at RTS & Depot Hempur area after thoroughly scraping the existing corroded paint/rust, filling of cavities complete without disturbing/damaging the electrical net work system including writing the details such as SM/MES No., capacity/ rating/ incoming & outgoing details compelte all as specified and directed.

M& L for opening up the top cover of transformer and taking out the transformer oil in a separate container after disconnecting the HT/LT side electric connections from both the primary & secondary side of the transformer of any type/description (indoor/out door type) upto 200KVA capacity installed on pole/floor, for carrying out necessary repair/rewinding to HT/LT side after shifting the transformer to contractors work shop including taking out complete core assembly, megger testing the defective winding portion/taking out , cleaning the laminated core and rewinding with appropriate gauge/winding wire/strip winding of existing description for transformer of following capacity including assembling & testing on completion & installation the same at the site complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- (a) Winding of coil shall be measured and paid seperately under respective item. (b) Transportation charges are deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (c) The cost for the dehyderation of transformer oil if required shall be measured and paid seperately. (d) The cost of insulation material such as paper, cotton tape, latheriod sheet, cork sheet etc are included in the quoted rate. (f) Proper shut down shall be taken by the contractor before execution of the work. )

All as above Srl item No 24 here in before but of capacity exceeding 200 KVA and upto 400 KVA compelte all as specified and directed .

M&L for replacement of copper winding wire of any size/description suitable for step down transformer of any capacity, including winding of coil of HT side as per manufacturers design and specification to obtain rated KVA complete all as specified and directed.

All as above Srl item No 26 here in before but for strip winding of LT side compelte all as specified and directed

M&L in replacement air breather assembly complete with fresh blue colour silica gel suitable for indoor/outdoor transformer capacity upto 200 KVA of 11/0.415 KV Tfr connected to air column with conservator tank complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting worn out aluminium cable terminal lugs from the HT cable of size 120 to 300 Sqmm and S&F of new aluminium cable lugs of suitable size and reconnecting the cable with transformer, terminal stud including dressing of cable, excavation & surface dressing after providing sand cushioning and brick protection to match with the existing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Replacement of existing defective drain out oil outlet valve of any type & size suitable for outdoor/ indoor transformer complete all as specified and directed .

Taking down unserviceable rubber seal/sheet gasket (Cork sheet), S & F rubber seal for transformer HT/LT studs complete for any capacity of transformer, making from synthetic rubberized cork sheet gasket 6mm thick for top cover & HT/LT bushes at places for existing & new and also tightening well all the bushings and top cover to avoid any oil leakages for transformer of capacity upto 400 KVA complete all as specified and directed

M&L Taking out existing oil level invisible glass from conservator tank of transformer and Supply and fix new glass with gasket including replacement of silica jell complete all as directed

M&L Opening the top cover of voltage stablizer taking out the complete servo stablizer oil and keep it for reuse and taking out dimmer assembly and transformer assembly for checking the defects and carrying necessary repair work complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement copper wound dimmer state unit of capacity 100KVA servo voltage stablizer complete all as specified and directed

S&F in replacement electronic cards including replacement of all worn out following parts complete all as specified and directed(Note- Spare parts shall be measured and paid separately as supply only under respective items).:- (a) Servo motor complete with RC network complete all as specified and directed.

(b) Supply only Micro switch complete all as specified and directed.

(c) Supply only RC Network for motor complete all as specified and directed.

(d) supply only Carbon bushes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for HT steel tubular poles complete with cast iron base plate, final taper plug, bolt, nuts and screws as specified type 410 SP-55(11mtr long). Including painting pole with two coats of bituminous paint internally and external embedded portion in ground concrete and painting exposed surface with two coats of aluminum paint over one coat of red oxide primer including taking down of existing HT pole of any size and re-fixing of chanel, insulator and electric connection etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty HT electric cable with aluminium conductor 11000Volts grade Earthed ISI marked as per laid in trenches ducts or fixing or passing through GI pipe across the road/path/drains/along wall/floor/pole/equipment etc. cross sectional area including cable lugs of size 120 Sqmm 3 crore including taking down of existing cable complete all as specified and directed. (Note- Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately)

Excavating in trenches, not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m in depth for laying of electric cables or water pipe etc, not exc 10 sqmm on plan and not exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Rates includes removing of paver blocks carefully and stack properly for refixing after laying of cables) .

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed

Supply and laying in replacement reinforced precast concrete cable cover class EHV type-I flat of size300mm x180mmx40mm in cable trenches, as cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for river washed and screened, dry sand for cushioning of cable in trenches for cable protection including spreading, leveling and hand punning complete all as specified in SSR Part-I and as directed. Note :- Only compacted thickness of sand will be measured and paid separately.

Cutting/Boring of road/Hard standing to a size of 30 cm in width and not exceeding 60 cm in depth for laying of protection pipe/water line/Cable including returning filling, Including spreading and providing PCC in 1:2:4 B1 (using 20 mm grade stone aggregate) as in top 100mm layer, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying in replacement galvanised iron pipe light grade of size 80mm bore fixed to poles with steel clamps laid under road crossing, fixed to wall etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping for steel pole including necessary formwork complete all as specified.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in road/Hard standing and finishing the surface even and smooth woth out using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.
