M&L Non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the tiles including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Glazed ceramic coloured tiles 450x350x7mm thick on vertical surfaces such as dados and risers to step etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the tiles including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Non skid coloured ceramic tiles 1200mmx600mm 8 to 10mm thick in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the tiles including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified & directed

M&L Glazed ceramic coloured tiles 1200mmx600mm 8 t0 10mm thick on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados and risers to step etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the tiles including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 25mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including point ing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick, PCC 1:3:6 type C1 finished even and smooth without using extra cement.as in plinth protection incl joints filling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sunken floor treatment as described as under (i) to (vii) :- (i) Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided or in any type of filling in sunken portion & cleaned the sunken portion incl vertical wall surface complete as directed. (ii) M&L to fill the sunken floor with PCC ( 1:5:10) type E-2 using bk aggregate over the treated surface complete all as specified and directed. (iii)M& L 40mm thick (Min) PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate with integral water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions on bottom of sunken portion with proper slope towards spout. Vertical sides shall be plastered in CM (1:3) 15 mm thick mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions. Plaster shall be extended over PCC coving when the same is green i.e. PCC & plaster be carried out at the same time complete all as specified and directed. (iv) After laying sewage/ plumbing pipes with fixtures in position 2 coats of OMIPLAS EP-101 epoxy compound shall be applied complete all as specified and directed. (v) Spouts of 25mm dia GI pipe light grade projecting 450mm clear of face outer a wall with mosquito proof cap on inner face of pipe shall be provided to drain out seepage water ,including cutting holes and making good if needed as specified and directed. (vi) Test again of water tightness by pounding for 72 hours & rectify defects if any till total elimination of defects complete all as specified and directed.The sunken portion shall be tested for leakage / seepage / dampness by pounding with water for 72 hours. In case any defect is noticed the portion shall be grouted with cement slurry mixed with suitable chemical & tested again. The process of grouting and testing shall be repeated till leakage / seepage / dampness is eliminated.

M&L Factory made single extruded WPC (wood polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ Ceosetory window & other Frames/ Chowkhat of size 45 x 70 mm comprising of PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wwod powder/ rick husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms ) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded stat headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/ cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900 N / mm 2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A catogory with property of being termite/ borer proof, water / moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/lugs / SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete all as specified and directed.(M.S. hold fast/ lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately).

S&F three track aluminum powder coated sliding window with three sliding shutter, the size of outer frame three track 100 x 37x 1.50mm (using two track for glazed window shutter and one track for wire gauged) , the section shutter size 37 x 18 x 1.2mm) and glazing with 5 mm thick transparency glass of poly carbone including all-around suitable rubber gasket and stainless steel wire cloth 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.4mm and fixed on aluminum flat and inserted in the frame of shutter with tracking arrangement each sliding window shall be provided with one number handle including locking arrangement & 2 numbers’s sliding rollers of nylon with including all necessary fittings complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Factory made precoated steel window and vents (Box Section) with glass shutter and fly proof shutter incl guard bars as per HQ CEBZ Drg No TD/158 of sh 1/2 & 2/2 with and including all precoated fittings complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: (i) Payment under this item will be make combined for steel frames, steel shutters and Guard bard/Grill, However unit rate quoted shall deemed to include cost of beading, fittings such as handles, hinges,Telescopic stays, locking arrangements and fixing of glass and wiremesh etc. (ii) Supply only 4 mm thick sheet glass and stainless steel wire mesh be measured and paid separately. (iii) Weight of Grill/Guard Bars, handle,hinges and locking arrangements shall not be accounted for payment purpose .

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick readymade plaster on inner/outer walls by adding 17-19% of potable water by weight of material for thickness above 15mm it is recommended to be applied in multiple layers. ready mix plaster shall complies with IS 1661-1972, IS 2250-1965, IS 2402-1963 and confirms the compressive strength @ 28 days 10-12 Mpa/Bulk density 1500-1600 Kg/m3. (Note : The rate quoted by contractor shall include cleaning of surface, application as per instruction and scaffolding upto 20 Mtr ht all as specified and directed)

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:3 and finished smooth and even in ceiling without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of New plastered surfaces & applying a layer of Birla putty on wall surfaces including cornics etc for proper levelling of plaster and two coat of oil emulision distemper complete all as specified and directed.

M/L for complete removal of existing treatment for preparing old painted surfacess and applying two coat of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L three coats of white wash on ceiling including all preparation complete all as specified and directed.
