Supply, fix, testing & commissioning HT 11KV, 3-phase 50Hz, indoor type, totally enclosed metal clad switchgear complete with Vacuum Circuit Breaker having rupturing capacity 250 MVA, overload and earth fault protection, ammeter, voltmeter and of rating up to 400 amp complete all as specified and directed.The VCB will consist of following features & specifications. a) BREAKER: 11kV, 400A, 26.3 kA, 110V DC TC CC, 230V AC motor spring charged mechanism type Vacuum Circuit breaker. b) CURRENT TRANSFORMER: 100/1-1A, Acc. Class-1, 5P10. comply IS: 2705 part I,II and III c) POTENTIAL TRANSFORMER: Ratio: 11KV/v3/110V/v3 Volts, Accuracy class is 1. Rated Burden 50VA. d) Meters: Demand controller of Accuracy class 1.0 monitoring all electrical parameters like per phase, voltage, current, demand, W, VA, VAR, all instantaneous, integrated and demand parameters, Neutral current, Frequency, PF, % load, Phase angle, THD working on MODBUS protocol. e) Digital Ammeter with Selector switch – 1 no. f) Digital Voltmeter with Selector switch – 1 no. g) RELAYS: The offered relays shall be multifunction numerical type. All Numerical relays shall have minimum following features: Relay shall be suitable for 1A CT secondary. Relay shall be draw out type Relay shall be provided with rear RS485 port for connection to remote operation. The communication protocol of the relay shall be MODBUS only. Relay setting change function. Relay Fault, Event & Disturbance recorder extraction. Reading the measurement values. Relay shall be provided with an alpha numeric LCD display and keypad for navigation and setting. h) High speed master trip relay – 1 No. i) Trip circuit supervision relay – 1 No. j) Phase sequence Indication arrangement to be provided. k) Accessories like local remote selector switch, TNC switch, Space heater with thermostat –2 nos., DC & AC control circuit through MCB, Indicating LED lamps, Spring Charged indication, DC supply healthy, Breaker ON/OFF, in service, test, disconnected position etc. should be provided l) The erection & commissioning work must be carried out under the supervision of OEM Note: Specification for item No. 02, 03 & 04 is also given in Particular Specification. Note :- (i) Earth lead beyond 7.5 mtr from electrode to earth terminal point/main switch & GI pipe light grade 15mm dia for protection against mechanical damage to lead shall be measured separately. (ii) On testing after completion if desired earth resistance is not obtained, the earthing will be redone at no extra cost.
