M&L for submain wiring with 3 runs(1 run for Phase+1 run for Neutral &1 run for Earth, with approved colour code as per EI rules) of 4 Sqmm single core,PVC insulated, unsheathed, multistranded copper conductor FRLS cable 1100 volts grade drawn through and including concealed wiring with PVC conduit pipe of medium duty not less than 15 mm dia including necessary steel conduit specials and connecting with suitable size thimble, and making good surface of disturbed wall/ceiling/floor as match with existing complete all as specified and directed. Note:-3 runs of 4 Sqmm size PVC copper cable, and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit length.

M&L for earthing complete with GI or steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtrs below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 Mtrs below ground level connected to GI earth strip 4 Sqmm by means of nuts, bolts, thimbles, chuck nuts, washers of GI or steel, including PCC (concrete chamber) shall be PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, with fair finish internal surface of concrete chamber shall be given 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4, funnel with wire gauge of (0.68mm) 8 mesh per liner inch, 80 mm thick RCC pit cover 320 mm x 320 mm of RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with XPM, JALLI and charcoal dust and common salt all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I and specified including provision of earth wire protected by 40mm dia medium grade GI pipe and watering pipe shall be 20mm bore medium grade GI pipe, and including all excavation and earth work & connecting the earthing to an earthing test point /transformer nuetral/body/ Lt panel etc. and testing on completion, complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and Laying XLPE insulated galvanised steel strip or wire armoured elctric power cable with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 V grade of size 70 sqmm 3½ core after cutting to required length with necessary glands, nuts, bolts, and lugs complete all as specified and directed

All as per item No 31 here in above, but cable of size 16 sqmm 4 core

Excavation in trenches n exc. 1.5 m wide and n' exc. 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Sand filling in trenches with clean dry unwashed sand free from sharp particles, gently punning around the cables complete.

Bricks, old size sub class `B' laid in trenches with width wise along the alignment of the cable as protection complete.

Returning, filling of excavated soil, including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers, not exceeding 25cm complete all as specified.

Removing of surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5m above the starting point complete.

S&F tube 'Light' grade GI tubing with all fitting laid in trenches, fixed to wall and floor of 50 mm dia for cable protection complete all as specified.

Excavation in soft/loose soil as in post holes each not exc 0.5 cum & getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth in layers not exc 25cm thick, watering making good surfaces and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 mtr complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling, mass concrete, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F steel work in struts, poles and similar work including special shaped washer etc complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161-1998 grade St-240 quality-A complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends each screwed end to be fitted with washer and one hexagonal or square nut n exc 5 cm long (05 to 10 mm dia of neck) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint on new steel surfaces over a coat of red oxide primer of any description including preparation of new surfaces exc.10 cms in width or girth complete all as specified and directed.
