Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for

Dismantling timber scantlings 40 sq. cm and over in section, in any position.

M&L Rolled sections channel angle Tee section and in tubular section as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins,post where connected to common rafters and running rails and embbeded in concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel painting over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer on steel surfaces over 10cm width or girth including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement work complete all as specified and direceted.

M&L for brick work with sub class `B’ bricks, straight on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc raking out joints hacking for key scrabbing down water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces using WPC where ever required as per manufacturerer's instructions and finishing the surface even and smooth (without using extra cement) etc. complete all as specified NOTE -WPC shall be measured and paid separetely.

Supply only WPC complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work in CM 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete.

M&L for complete removal of existing surface and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of primer on old decorated/undecorated surfaces of walls complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Preparing new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion, white or tinted over & including a coat of chalk whiting complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in but of any description and in any position not other wise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 as in roof kerbs or mud stops rouded or chamfered on edges, saucer drain (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specifed and directed.

Dismantling of Wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) any thickness, including cover fillets but without frame work complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing of powder coated aluminium anodised snap grid frame work for false ceiling comprising of the following sections for making partitions of 605x605 mm size fixed to walls with rawl plugs & screws and hanged to roof with and including 2mm dia GI wire suspender of suitable length and butterfly clips, size of main tee shall be 37mmx24mmx0.3 mm thick , cross tee shall be 28mmx24mmx0.3mm thick and wall angle shall be 24mmx24mmx0.3 mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing 4mm thick non asbestos E-board cememt building board for insulation and accoustic purpose in ceiling, 600 x 600 mm size fixed with staples on snap grid as in ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick Plain Cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in path/floor/paving/hardstanding etc, complete all as specified

M&L for Cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete etc, complete all as specified

M&L 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm alloy incl finishing even and smooth w/o using extra cement.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) complete.

M&L precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in cover slabs (for manholes etc), shelves and similar articles with plain faces including necessary moulds and setting in cement mortar 1:4 including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed. (reinforcement to be measured separately)

M & L for mild steel TMT bars ,10mm dia and over , cut to length , bent to shspe required incl cranking , bending spirally for hooping for coloumns , hooking ends andbionding with (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia all a specified and directed

Supply , laying , connecting, testing and commissioning of 35 Sqmm 3.5 core under ground LT cable XLPE insulated screened, PVC bedded, armoured heavy duty electric cable with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 Volts laid in trenches, fixed to walls/ drawn through pipe and incl the disturbence surface of road making good with using PCC, fixing the cable with suitable size glands, crimping type lugs etc all as specified and directed.
