Supply only LED driver for street Light 90 to 150 W as per sample or directed .

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil n exc 1.5 mtr in width and n. exc 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out all as required for laying of cables, foundation filling of poles or stays and for rerouting of cables.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide, exceeding 1.5 m Depth but not exceeding 3.0 mtr in depth for foundation. (Laying of under ground cables) in hard/dense soil and getting out all as directed.

Returning filling, including spreading ,leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm each all as required.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 meters and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point.

M&L for sand cushioning to under ground cables 8 cm thick before laying the cable and 15 cm, thick after laying, stretching and testing the cable

M&L for Sub class ‘B’ bricks old size laid dry flat over the cable abutting each other, length of cable equal to width of brick all as required.

Taking out carefully unserviceable LT UG cable up to 50Sqmm from trenches and relaying same after repairs in same or other indicated location and testing on completion complete all as directed.( Note: Earth work, sand, bricks will be measured and paid separately)

Disconnecting electrically and taking out old unserviceable LT UG cables any type of size 6 Sqmm to 16 Sqmm all as spfd and directed.

Supply and laying to wall or poles or fixing or passing through pipe, 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable with PVC insulated aluminium multistranded conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel wire or strip and overall PVC sheathed 10 sq. mm nominal cross section 2 core in service connections all as required and directed. Make of cable : Havells/Gloster/Grandlay. (Note : Incl making good all distributed wall surfaces/ flooring/tilling to match with existing specification)

All as per srl item No 13 but cable of size 6 Sqmm 2 core.

All as per srl item No 13 but cable of size 16 Sqmm 2 core.

Disconnecting electrically and taking out old unserviceable LT UG cables any type of size 25 Sqmm to 50 Sqmm core all as spfd and directed.

Supply and laying in trenches or fixing to wall/pole or passing through pipe PVC insulated heavy duty XLPE electric cable with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade cross sectional area 25 Sqmm 4 core. (Note : Incl making good all distributed wall surfaces/ flooring/tilling to match with existing specification)

All as per srl item No-17 but cable of size 10 Sqmm 4 core.

All as per srl item No-17 but cable of size 16 Sqmm 4 core.

S&F in replacement of cable jointing kit for 1100 volt grade cable for straight through termination heat shrinkable type complete with jointing material and accessories with full sleeves and thimbles suitable for XLPE/PVC armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 10 to 16 Sqmm 3.5/4 core. Make : Denson/ M seal/ 3 M.

All as per item No 21 above but for 25 to 50 Sqmm size.

S&F in replacement of service wire 6 Sqmm, 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connection.

Material and labour for GI tubing light grade 50mm bore with fittings laid for protection of cable under road crossing fixed to walls or pole cut to piece complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in replacement of street light bracket made out of GI tubing, light grade, 25/32/40mm bore, 1000mm long, bent to shape at 120 degree, fixed on pole by providing two sets of MS clamp made up of flat iron 40 x 6mm including bolts, nuts and washer of suitable size including painting the bracket & clamp with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling, cross arms, clamps, supports made of channels or angle section etc including nuts and bolts and setting aside all as required at site or directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F in replacemet cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections conforming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165) grade including necessary nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape and size as directed and including applying two coats of aluminium paint (under & finishing coats) over a coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer on exposed steel surfaces after preparation of surfaces, supplied and fixed in repair complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : (i) Sizes & types of members and shape of the cross arms etc shall be as required at site all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.(ii) Un-exposed steel surfaces shall be given one coat of red-oxide zinc chromate primer only. Cost of the same is included in unit rate of the item and nothing extra shall be paid on this account.)

Disconnecting, dismantling and taking out old steel tubular pole any size/ length and making good all disturbed surface to match with existing specifications all as directed.

Supply, erecting and installation of steel tubular, swaged, pole of overall length 9 meter having maximum tensile strength 42 Kgf/mm2 of type 410 SP-31 conforming to IS-2713-1980, single swan neck made out of 50 mm dia MS pipe 1.5 mtr long to be jointed on top of LT pole incl fabrication work for fixing street light. A through hole of 14 mm dia shall be provided at height of 2.5 mtr from base plate for inserting 2 core cable from junction box to top of the pole and top portion shall be fabricated for fixing street light fittings including earth work complete with cast iron base plate, having suitable dia of hole through the pole with nuts & bolts for earthing arrangement, bottom portion of tubular steel pole having 165.10 mm outer dia in 5 meter length, 4.5 mm wall thickness, middle portion having 139.70 mm outer dia in 2 metre length 4.5 mm wall thickness and top portion having 114.30 mm outer dia in 2 meter length, 3.65 mm wall thickness of pole wall, respectively, bottom MS square plate duly painted with two coat of black bituminous paint throughout, internally and externally up to planting depth and painting remaining portion of pole with two coats of aluminium paint to the entire exposed surfaces over one coat of red oxide primer making / pasting three nos circular strips each of 100 mm wide with one yellow and 02 Nos black colour strip synthetic enamel paint and marking / stencil writing of pole numbers with black paint including necessary excavation & earth work, removing excavated soil from site complete all as specified & directed. Note :- Necessary Excavation and earth work, PCC Work for foundation / erection of pole assembly will be deemed to be included in the unit rate.

Supply, fixing, testing and comissioning of automatic street light switch of capacity 8 KW in single phase using nature switch for automatic switching of street lights based on LUX level of natural light. The sensor (nature switch) along with suitable power contactor, MCB and support terminals enclosed in pole / wall mounted enclosure made of rust proof, electric shock proof, termite proof and FR grade SMC junction box (Make: Sintex) conforming to IP54, including mounting arrangement with suitable size of FI clamps 02 Nos with complete acessories as under including taking down old street light switch complete all as specified and directed. (i) Contactor rating (AC3) single phase, 50-63 Amp (ii) MCB 63Amps (SP),10 KA, 240 volts: (iii) NATURESWITCH-01 Make-Healer/IndoAsian/BCH

S&F in repair weatherproof junction box of size 317x265x160 mm outdoor type made out of thermo polycarbonat to accmmodated 04 Nos aluminium bus bar of size 25x6 mm rating 200 Amps and MCB SP 6 Amps IP-65 with hinged door and triangular locks water proof, shocked proof, rust proof, corrosion free, acid resistance/fire retardent and self extinguishing UV resistance complete fixed on pole with flat iron clamps of size 25 x 3mm, nuts, bolts, washers etc., including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of redoxide zinc chrome primer on iron/steel parts complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Sintex/ Hansel/Hager as approved by GE(I).

Disconnecting electrically, dismantling and taking out existing street light junction box any size/type from PCC/steel pole and refixing on same pole with flat iron clamps of size 25 x 3mm, nuts, bolts, washers etc after repair including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of redoxide zinc chrome primer on iron/steel parts and making electrical connection complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for painting of steel pole (swan neck type or straight type) up to 12 mtr height with cross arms, clamp of any length and shape for LT overhead line / for street light with two coat of aluminium paint after scraching out old paint, cleaning and existing surface rust free, preparation of the existing surface, including marking pole numbers in a 20 cm dia yellow circle with number writting with black syenthic paint & painting strips in alternate from bottom to top with three strips of black syenthatic paint & two strips of yellow fluorescent paint (up to 1.5 mtr height) through out the circumference of pole (width of each strip shall be of 30 cm), complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition & dismantling of cement concrete in ground floors and paving for making trench for laying XLPE cable etc including removing the debris from the site

Material & labour for plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C1, using 20 mm grade stone aggregate for filling the pavings / trenches / foot path etc complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting, dismantling and taking down old serviceable/unserviceable street/flood lights fitting any type from pole/wall all as spfd.

Dismantling and taking down old connecting pipe/street light bracket any type with all accessories from pole/wall all as spfd.

Refixing of street/flood light fittings any type received from srl item No 56 on pole/wall in same or other location and connecting electrically with the wire 1.5 Sqmm twin core all as spfd and directed.

Refixing of pipe/street light bracket with nut, bolts, washers and clamps any type received from srl item No 58 on pole/wall in same or other location all as spfd and directed.

M&L for MCB single pole 240 volts 5 to 32 amps, with rupturing capacity 10 KA, using thimbles of required size. Make : Legrand/ Schneider/Havells/L&T/C&S

Supply and installation, connecting eclectically & commissioning in replacement of LT feeder pillar box outdoor type of size 0.90 x 0.60 x 0.50 mtr size factory fabricated made out of MS sheet of thickness 3.15 mm front door openable with arrangement mounted on angle iron legs made out of angle iron of size 40 x40 x6mm, 1.5 mtr long, 1.0 mtr above ground level and 0.50 mtr embedded in PCC blocks of size 0.30 x 0.30x 0.50 mtr -04 Nos duly painted with two coats of synthetic paint over a coat of red oxide complete with 200 Amps rated copper bus bar suitable for 3 phase 4 wire supply system duly drilled holes and making all cable connection with proper thimbles mounted on epoxy based post insulators and one MCCB 200 Amps 4 pole 415 volts, 35/36 kA complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised cast iron earth plate electrode of size 600x600x6.3 mm thick as earth electrode with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5mtr below ground level using galvanised iron strip 32x6mm as earth continuity conductor connected to earth plate by means of GI thimbles nuts bolts washers all as directed including providing earth wire protection pipe GI light grade 40mm dia from earth plate to main switch board/panel, watering pipe 20mm dia with wire mesh and funnel at top, earth pit and RCC pit cover in PCC 1:3:6 adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt all around the earth plate, earth work in any type of soil reaming surplus excavated material all as required at site and specified in EP No 5 of SSR part I 1991 or directed by Engineer-in-charge incl testing on completion.

S&F in replacement of Cable jointing kit for 1100 volt grade cable for outdoor/indoor termination end joint heat shrinkable type complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for XLPE/PVC armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 16 to 35 Sqmm 3.5/4 core.

All as per item No 66 but for 6 to 25 Sqmm 4 core size.

All as per item No 66 but for 50 to 95 Sqmm 3.5 coresize.

All as per item No 66 but for 120 to 185 Sqmm 3.5 core size.

Supply and fix in replacement of aluminium strip 25 x 3.15 mm with saddles and fixing screws, insulators rawal plugs etc for conductor for roof and fixed on wall upto test point all as specified.

Supply and fix in replacement of galvanized iron strip 32 x 6 mm fixed with saddles & fixing screws, PVC dash fastners, insulators fixed from test point to earth on walls or burried in ground /drawn into hume pipe. NOTE : Excavation & earth work shall be measured and paid for seperately under relevant item of schedule. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of wooden block heavy weight of size 30x30x30 cm with hole of 20 cm for fixing of air termination rod of any size incl dismantling and taking down old existing unserviceable wooden block complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of GI tubes light grade, galvanised, 20 mm bore including necessary GI fittings, laid in trenches or under floor or fixed with poles/walls for fixing of air termination incl dismantling and taking down old existing unserviceable GI tubes light grade complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of five pointed air termination Aluminium rod 12mm dia, 300 mm long complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorous bronge 75 x 75 x 25mm of 6mm thickness drilled and screwed including 3 Nos 8mm dia 25mm long hexagonal head brass screws including box of size 90 x 90 x 90mm made of 1.6mm plain sheet and screwed to wall for protection of test point completed all as specified.

Dismantling from insulators and taking down ACSR conductor any size from LT over head lines.

Supply and fix laying & testing of aerial bunched cable 1100 volt grade stranded and aluminium conductor 4 core x 35 Sqmm,(three phase and one nuetral), 25 Sqmm (insulated messenger) , electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminum conductor including all fittings such as anchor clamp,suspension clamps,inline connector,cable protection and dead construction, in cluding taking down unserviceable cable all as per IS , specified & directed.
