Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n. exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level )and removing unserviceable material, outside cantt area complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 35mm thick factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid decorative type flush door shutter comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moistur proof and fire retardant. WPC to be laminated with PVC foil of minimum 14 microns thick of approved design pasted with hot melt adhesive on both faces of shutter and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, all as per direction of Engineer- In- Charge. Note: stainless steel butt hinges and necessary S.S screws shall be paid separately.

S&F Factory made double riveted WPC (wood polymer composite) solid door frames/chowkat of size 65x125 mm of virgin PVC Polymer of K value 58-60(Suspension Grade) calcium carbonate and natural fibres (wood/powder/rice husk/wheat husk ) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threated star heads SS screw having minimum frame density of 750 kg/cum screw withdrawal strenght of 2200 N (face) and 1100 N (Edge)proof, water/moisture proo, minimum compressive strenght of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and serestance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water / moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F 250mm long mild steel sliding door bolts, stove enamelled mild steel anodised sliding door bolt with hasp staple, bolt type, and fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded sections & fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded section or cast aluminium alloy, ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 150mm long, aluminium anodised, barrel tower bolts, of extruded section ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Aluminium handles cast type anodised of size 150mm long ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only stainless steel wire cloth 0.56 mm nominal dia of wire and avarage width of aperature 1.18 mm dia complete all as sp & dir.

M&L Brickwork with sub class ‘B’ (old size) bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement sand mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection and similar works including finishing the surface of concrete topping even & fair, without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing rubbish off premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for joint free , Non- skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exe 0.18 sqm but not exe 0.38, as in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match incl 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 Set and jointed in neat cement slurry complete all as specified & directed.

M&L glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 450x350x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over 15 mm thick rendering (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description including raking out joints, hackisng for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for Rendering 15 mm thick CM 1:6 on brick or concrete surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in two coats i.e. 10mm thick in CM 1:6 and 5mm thick in CM 1:4 using water proofing liquid compound as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of external wall all as prescribed by manufacture of paint and applying two coats of exterior anti fungal acrylic emulsion paint over one coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of internal wall by application of wall care putty to remove the dent and to make the surface even and smooth by grinding or rubbing with sand paper and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of primer using roller all as specified and prescribed by manufacture complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of water tanks exc 500 ltr capcity but n exc 1000 ltr complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 1000ltr capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks triple layered white (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position and including 20 mm dia ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plasttic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed (Minimum weight 15mm-142gms/2.0mm-455gms/40-690gms), complete all as specified & dir.

S&F in repair vitreous china squatting pan 'orissa pattern 580 mm X 440 mm white with integral foot rests (excluding flushing cistern and flushing pipe but incl PVC SWR" S " Trap of dia 110 mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs PVC valveless, syphonic action type flushing cistern (Dual action ISI Marked), low level , white, with inlet ball valve, float and handle including brackets and flush pipe suitable for IWC of polyethylene of low or high density complete all as sp & dir.

S&F in repair Vitreous china wash hand basin in repair ,white ,flat back of size 550x400mm with PVC connection (15x450)mm long with PTMT nuts and PVC washer and including cutting for pinning in ends,pair of cast iron brackets and provision of PVC waste pipe 32mm of adequate length , waste coupling 32 mm dia of PTMT half or full threaded Min wt 45 gram,complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair PVC pipe 32/40 mm dia as in waste pipe to sink complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 600mm x 450mm beveled edge mirror of selected quality glass, mounted on 6mm thick commercial quality ply-wood and fixed to wooden plugs with chromium plated brass screws and cup washers complete supplied and fixed in repairs, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair CP Brass Tubular towel rail 20mm dia D-type 60 cm long between flanges, including brackets and fixed to walls, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair PVC connection 15 mm size, of length 450 mm, with PTMT nuts supplied and fixed in repairs complete all as specified.

S&F in repair 15mm Bib tap fancy type cast copper chromium plated alloy with capstan handle screwed down screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Stop Angle valve cast copper alloy chromium plated 15mm dia, screwed down, high pressure with capstan handle, screwed both ends for iron pipes or for unions and fixed, complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of old plastered surface of external wall all as prescribed by manufacture of paint and applying two coats of exterior anti fungal acrylic emulsion paint etc over one coat of primer complete all as directed.

Complete removal of exixting treatment of internal wall and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper using roller over one coat of alkali resistant priming to remove the dent and to make the surface even and smooth of all as specified and prescribed by manufacturer of paint and all as directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frames of any description with shutters (without taking off shutter from the frames) not exceeding 1.5 Sq.m each complete all as directed.

Demolition of stone slab and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, laid bedded and pointed in any mortar aprons complete all as directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting , any gauge thickness including Nanital or similar pattern roof covering all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling ballies, hard or soft wood, any position except in post and struct including taking out iron scraps, bolts and nuts etc if any type -I complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections,fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) confirming to Fe 410W(Gde-E-250 Quality) complete all as directed.

M&L for cement concrete type B-2 (1:2:4) (40 mm graded aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified.

S&F for plain aluminium sheeting alloy 3100 H4 in stepped flashing at roof of temporary bldg including climbing arrangement 0.71 mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18-20 mm thick laid over cement screed base 15mm thick in CM 1:6 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified& directed.

M & L for pre polished 18-20mm thick Granite slab white and black table rubbed in cooking plateforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match incl rounded exposed edge complete all as specified and including directed.over 20 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only 4.00 mm thick sheet glass, ordinary quality and fixing with aluminium door and windows in square not exceeding 0.5 square metre in each pane complete all as specified.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair sinks with drainage board made of stainless steel 1mm thick kitchen or laboratory with plugs, washers and wastes; including bedding in cement mortar to dwarf wall or including fixing cantilever brackets and connecting union to waste pipe, overall size 915mm x 460mm bowl size 410mm x 330mm x 160mm complete all as specified and directed.

Providing & fixing of windows made of pre-painted steel (Base steel as per IS 513 of 0.58mm thick “D” Quality galvanized as per IS 277 with zinc of 120 GSM). Primer coated with epoxy primer of 5-7 microns thick, finish painted with a polyester paint of 12-16 microns thick and back coated with 5-7 microns thick alkyd backer. Section for outer frame should be of 72x55mm, centre mullion should be of 72x50mm, section for fixed glass beading should be of 12x12mm and section for shutter should be of 52 x 25mm. Outer frame & mullion sections to have rebate for glazed shutters, fly mesh and 20 mm provision for guard bars/ grills fly mesh shutter section should be of 20x40mm. The sections are to be cut to length mitre joined with corner bracket. Centre mullions to be fixed with mullion cap. Shutter brackets with a inbuilt pvc lip to be fixed in a way that the lip overlaps the shutter corners and are not exposed . Elixir or equivalent stay, handles 2nos of heavy-duty stain less steel pivot hinges shall be provided per shutter. The windows should be panelled with 4 mm thick plain float glass and S.S. Mesh for fly mesh shutter (304 grade). Rubber Gaskets are provided all around the glass. The above frames should be fixed to the concrete/masonry wall by means of self-expanding, screws. Including 10mm square guard bars with 6” (152.4mm) pitch, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipe (SGSW /reinforced/CI /PVC etc)) of 150 mm nominal bore laid in trenches, set & jointed in cement morter, incl necessary earth work, all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggrs as in packing under and haunching against the sides of pipe or as required at site after the pipes are laid over the existing bed and tested for 150 mm bore of pipe all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Salt-glazed stone ware drain pipes laid in trenches and jointed as specified of 150 mm internal dia of pipe all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.
