M&L for preparing unsurfaced WBM surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly a priming with bituminous primer paving bitumen with viscosity grade (VG-10) at 10 kg per 10 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for premix bituminous, macadam with binder content of 4% by weight of total mix using paving bitumen VG-30 grade, laid/ rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Design Mix for bituminous macadam shall be carried out through an authorised testing lab and the cost of testing shall be included in quoted rate. (ii) Aggregates for Bituminous works shall confirm to clause No 20.B.2.5 of SSR 2009 Part- I (Specifications). (iii) Based on job mix formula, in case the binder content (i.e. Bitumen) is less than the content specified under these items then a minus adjustment @ Rs 70/- per kg of bitumen (less consumed) shall be applied on the quoted rate of contractor against these items, hence the quoted rate of contractor shall be reduced based on less content of bitumen required as per job mix formula. However, no price adjustment on plus side shall be made for increase of quantity of bitumen in case of required as per job mix formula.

M&L for preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer paving bitumen with viscosity grade VG-10 at 5 kg per 10 sqm on black top surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for bituminous premixed carpet, 30 mm consolidated thickness, with 0.41 cum of stone chippings mixed with 21.90 kg of binder VG-10, laid and rolled with 8 to 12 tonne power roller and compacted to required camber and gradient and sealed with premixed sand seal coat with 0.06 cum of sand (As per 4.4.7.2 grading Zone-I, tabler 2 of SSR Part-I 2009) mixed with 6.8 kg of bitumen, VG-10 applied and rolled to a uniform smooth surface complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Bituminous premixed carpet shall be mixed in Mechanical Mixol at work site and laid/ spread manually to uniform and smooth surface.

M&L for laying hot applied thermoplastic compound (paint) 2.5mm thick including reflecting glass beads incl cost of all materials, labour, machinery, T&P etc required for proper completion of work incl all other charges. The finished surfaces to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes as per MORTH specification No 803 as per IRC. Painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc on roads, pavements and the like exc 10 Cm wide with road marking paint, white or golden yellow complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufacturers instructions etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm in hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair stainless steel frame work as road sign board post with ends of bars shouldered and or reveted or forged into spikes, railings, ladders and similar articles works confirming to type 304 or type 316 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair fully retro reflective signage made out of 2mm thick aluminium sheet face to fully covered with 3m high intensity un-metalized micro prismatic grade retro reflective sheeting confirming to ASTM-D-4950-01 sheeting as per colour required the aluminium subtract by 3mm hand squeeze roller applicator machine sign letters & symbol shall be cut by computerised cutting machine & fabricated out 3m HIP grade sheeting board as to be supplied alongwith back supported angle iron frame of 35 x 35x 4 mm, back side aluminium composite panel shall be paint with ISI mark anti corrosive apex paint. Size of board shall be fabricated with in accordance with IRC-67-2001m and as per MORTH specification clause 801.1 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided and thrown away at low laying area, distance & location as directed by GE complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hard core of broken stone or boulders gauge n.exc 63mm deposited, spread and levelled in layers n.exc 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface of broken bricks aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm stone aggregate) as in sub base of floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness, M-40 Grade with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand for laying of interlocking tiles including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6, type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and direceted.

M&L for polythene film, 150 micron thick, laid over sand layer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 200 thick PQC controlled (quality) cement concrete work of flexural strength 40 kg/per square centimetre in field using 400 kg of cement per cubic metre as per design mix laid in bays to required gradient and chamber, mixed with triangular/ non circuler sythetic fiber reinforcement @ 0.25% by weight of cement spread and compacted by using slip form paver, and all specified and including formwork/ bull nosing, rounding of edges, finishing by mechanical beling/ brooming/ texture surface &curing etc all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Construction joint, dummy joint (contraction joints) and expansion joints shall be measured and paid separately under respective items. (ii) Polyster triangular/ non circular syhtetic fiber as secondary reinforcement mixed in concrete shall be measured and paid separately as supply only under relevant items.

Supply only polyester triangular fibres as secondary reinforcement in all types of concrete and mortars complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Fibres shall be uniformally mixed @ 0.25% (or at the rate as per manufacturer's instructions) by weight of cement (in case of cement concrete/ mortar).

M&L for forming Construction joint 200mm deep x 10mm wide (using diamond cutter) filled with sealing compound, Grade 'A' complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming Contraction/ Dummy joints 65mm deep x 6mm wide (using diamond cutter) filled with sealing compound, Grade 'A' complete all as specified and directed.

M&L finishing surfaces of concrete roads, pavements but by brooming complete all as specified and directed.
