Material & labour for earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 600mmx600mmx3.15mm thick burried directly in ground. (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr depth below ground level at any type of strata ) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5mtr below normal ground level surrounded with adequate quantity of charcoal dust mixed with salt to a packed thickness of 15cm all around the plate. connected by 20x3 mm copper strip as earth lead by means of brass nuts and bolt, thimbles check nuts, washers including concrete chamber of PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate with fair finish, internal surface of concrete chamber shall be given internal dia 300mm x300mm, 15mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:4 funnel with wire mesh, RCC pit cover of 320x320x80mm size (1:2:4) Type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate rainforced with XPM all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-1(2009) and specified including and provision of copper strip upto 7.5 mtrs long with 40 mm dia light grade GI pipe protection and watering pipe of GI 20 mm bore, medium grade, including all exavation and earth work and connecting the earthing wire to High mast & panel, including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed .

Excavation in trenches, n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth, for foundation / laying of UG cable/ erection of pole etc. or for shafts, well, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc n.exc 10 sq m on plan and n.exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil n.exc. 50 mtr and depositing as directed n.exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2, using stone aggregate 40mm grade as in foundation of poles and making of pit for bed concrete including necessary form work as where required and fair finish to exposed surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2, using stone aggregate 40mm grade as in foundation of poles including necessary form work as where required and fair finish to exposed surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2, using stone aggregate 40mm grade as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B2, using stone aggregate 40mm grade as in foundation of stays and coping of poles including necessary form work as where required and fair finish to exposed surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Air termination, single pointed aluminium rod 12mm dia and 300mm long complete all as specified and directed. Note :- All accessories for fixing of termination is included in the quoted rates.

M & L for Aluminium strip 25 x 3.15mm with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above ground complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for copper earth strip 20 x 3.15mm buried into ground complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hex. head screw complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, commissioning and testing of Deep freezer with glass top, single phase 240 volt, 50Hz capacity more than 320 litre and up to 400 Litre capacity, 5 star rated having double door complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 170 V to 250 V with output voltage stabilized at 230 V with accuracy of ± 2.5% and of capacity 3 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring Concealed, with 2.5 Sqmm single core (FRLS) PVC insulated multistranded unsheathed copper conductor cable including rigid non- metallic PVC concealed conduit 20 mm or higher dia, light grade ISI marked complete with all PVC conduit accessories / fittings and sunk switch boxes with 3 mm thick plastic laminated hard glossy surface sheet (white) top cover, including continuous earth wire of PVC insulated, unsheathed, green in colour 2.5 Sqmm multistrand copper conductor (FRLS) connected to all fittings, sunken boxes and common earth and connected to earth dolly , screwed with Brass screws, cup washers for one light point controlled by one, one way switch of 15/16 Amp complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring Concealed with 1.5 Sqmm, single core (FRLS), PVC insulated with multistranded unsheathed copper conductor cable including rigid non- metallic PVC surface / concealed conduit 20 mm or higher dia, light grade ISI marked complete with all PVC conduit accessories / fittings and sunk switch boxes with 3 mm thick plastic laminated hard glossy surface sheet (white) top cover, including continuous earth wire of PVC insulated, unsheathed, green in colour 1.5 Sqmm multistrand copper conductor (FRLS) connected to all fittings, sunken boxes and common earth and connected to earth dolly, screwed with Brass screws, cup washers for One Fan point controlled by one, one way switch of 5/6 Amps complete all as specified and directed.

S&F sheet metal enclosure with socket plug top and MCB with a two pin earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB 20 Amp complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing steel body exhust fan, 380 mm sweep, single phase, AC 230V, 1400 RPM, energy saving heavy duty totally enclosed, heavy duty moto with die cast aluminium rotor mounted on two ball bearings complete with louvers and shutters including cutting hole for fixing exhaust fan to wall /hanging arrangement made up of MS angle iron of suitable size and making good distrubed surface (including plastering necessary brickwork and distempering) to match with the existing specification, connecting electrically using 3 core 0.75 sqmm PVC insulated flexible coppler conductor cable over all sheathed all as required at site and as directed.

S&F Sub main wiring with two single run of 6 Sqmm (Normal cross sectional area) of single core unsheathed PVC insulated cable, 1100 volts grade multi stranded copper conductor drawn through with & including conduit of 25 mm dia or higher dia with and including necessary conduit accessories, surface/concealed type including 6 Sqmm stranded copper conductor PVC insulated cable as earth wire connected to common earth dolly, including taking down complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Three run of 6sqmm wire and PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit.

M & L for cutting existing steel water tubing 15 mm bore for alteration or addition (Each cut shall be measured) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for screwing existing steel water tubing 15 mm bore for alteration or addition complete all as specified and directed.

S & F GI water tube medium grade 15 mm nominal dia with fitting such as socket, bend and fixed complete to walls and ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

S & F stop valve/angle valve cast copper alloy screwed down, high pressure, with crutch or butterfly handle screwed both ends for iron pipe of for union and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S & F bib tap 15 mm chromium plated cast cast copper alloy, with crutch or butterfly handle screwed both ends for iron pipe of for union and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling, spreading, leveling, watering & well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm thick as in soil complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for dry clean Sand filling in trenches around underground cables for cushioning with a layer of sand 8cm thick before laying the cable and 15cm thick aftr laying the cable, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Depth of sand shall be measured after punning complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Brick protection with sub class ‘B’ bricks old size, laid dry, flat over cable, perpendicular across the cable in trenches complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F and laying in trenches/wall/ surface XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 25 sqmm 4 core core all as specified and directed.complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link MS galvanised fencing any size or type complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link MS galvanised fencing any size or type including line wires, any mesh, size and type of standard, rails, straining bolts etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 5cm but n exc 10cm long and 16-20mm diameter of neck complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Mild steel bars (Fe 410 W Gd. E-250 quality A or Fe-290 Gd. E-165) 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surface of any description exc. 10cm width or girth including preparation of new steel surface, complete all a specified and directed.

M & L for precast cement concrete block masonary with solid blocks type C1 1:3:6 20mm graded stone aggregate exc 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 15mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of brick/concrete surface of wall in cement mortar 1:4 finished fair and even including three coats of white wash on newly plastered surface of wall complete all as specified and directed.

Supply install testing and commissioning of BEE star rated ISI marked submersible pump set conforming to 1S:8034:2002 with Amdt No 1 (with upto date amendments) suitable for bore size 150/200 mm and 40 mm dia discharge pipe, not less than 8 stage (as per manufacturers design) discharge capacity not less than 70 LPM at 177 metre head motor rating 5HP, pump in multistage construction with radial or mixed flow impellers coupled with water filled squirrel case induction motor 3 phase 415 volts, stainless steel motor casing, pump impellers made of bronze (material of main parts of pump set shall be as per clause 6.2 of 1IS8034-2002 with upto date ammendments) for use in borewells for handling clear water having motor conforming to IS 9238:1995 with amdt. 1 & 2 (with upto date amendments) of wet type for continuous rating operating at 2900rpm synchronous suitable for 415 volts +/- 6% 3 phase AC supply. The motor shall be provided with suitable size 3 mtr length PVC copper cable flexible insulated and PVC sheathed 3 core flat type of ISI marked and supplied by OEM, including providing suitable MS clamp made from 10mm thick MS plate of 50mm width total length of MS clamp shall be 375mm to 425mm apprx with suitable drill holes two nos on each side along with suitable nuts/bolts/washers etc as required at site complete all as directed and specified by the Engineer in charge. Make of Pump and Motor : Falcon pump V4 SS 05.00HP/45STG TP OIL FILLED (DF-10) or equivalent MODEL of Kirloskar/Crompton /KSB. Note:All Testing arrangement of pumpset should be made by Contractors for which rates deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Supply, making joint , test and connect PVC insulated and PVC sheated flat submersible cable of multistranded copper conductors of size 06 sq mm, 3-core, 1100 volt grade conforming to IS 694 complete all as specified and as directed
