Supply installation,testing and commissioning in replacement indoor type cubicle LT Pannel board suitable for 3 phase 4 wire 415 V, 50Hz, factory fabricated having mordern fabrication process powder coated having thickness not less than 100 microns provided with suitable rubber gasket to make it dust/ vermin proof with following specifications:-
OUTER SHELL: The outer shell be made out of 2.00mm thick CRCA and MS angle section 50x50x6 mm frame, factory fabricated with front and back openable, double door system (back side only) lockable/ openable by keys, louvers and air vent gasket for natural flow of air. The bottom of the outer shell contains a detachable plate having provision for entry of armoured cable of adequate size with glands. The dimenssion of the shell should be adequated to accommodated inner shell described below giving minimum 75mm space all around and shall be fabricated in such a way that the complete inner shell along with its control gears /accessories could be taken outside without disturbing outer shell. The outer shell shall be mounted on a zinc metal-coated stand having Zinc coating not less than 100 microns. Provision of threateded earthing stud at bottom and lifting lungs of suitable size at top to lift the panel safely shall be made. The degree of protection of outer shell shall be IP-54.
INNER SHELL: Inner shell shal be made out of 2.0 mm thick CRCA sheet duily compartmentalized for each control gear. Front and back openable single door system lockable/ openable by keys from both sides having louvers and air vent gasket for natural flow of air. Gasket shall be used to make the inner shell completlely vermin proof and to accomodate incommer/ outgoing MCCBs and TPN Alluminium bus bar of rating not less than 1.5 times the rated capacity of the incomer MCCB. The TPN bus bar shall be insulated with colour coded heat shirnkable sleeve and shall be mounted on suitable size 'F' class insulators made on non hygroscopic, non combustile, track resistant, high strength FRP/SMC/DMC material at an interval not more than 500 mm through out the length of the TPN bus bar.
The cubicle shall incomer MCCB as well as outgoings shall have aluminium TPN extension links of currrent carrying capacity not less than 1.5 times the rated capacity of individual feeders. The extension link shall not be less than 300 mm long supported on suitable size 'F' class insulators. The degree of protection for inner shell be IP-42 & carry the following items:-

Supply , installation, testing & commissioning of Silent engine generating set with accoustic enclosure as per latest norms CPCB-IV plus 415 volts 58 kVA / 46 KW , 3 phase 0.8 power factor 50 Hz, 1500 RPM self excited self regulated brushless AC generator including accoustic enclosure suitable for ambient condition and conforming to condition under latest BS/IS with and including the following:-
(i) The capacity of Generator set shall be net after all due de-rating factors as per relevant ISI design
(ii) Rate quoted shall be deemed to be inclusive of cable and terminations form Generator to the AMF Panel, with necessary holes to wall including making good to disturbed surfaces so as to match with the existing finishes all as specified and directed.
(iii) The quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of first fill of oil and final successful acceptance test
(A) Alternator :- Standard design alternator rated at 58 kVA net output at site after considering de-rating as per site conditions at 0.8 (lag) power factor AC, 3 - phase 4 - wire 415 volts 50 Hz, 1500 RPM, self excited self regulated screen protected drip proof IP 23 enclosure brushless design with winding in pole faces, insulating class 'H' and voltage regulation of +/- 1% at rated voltage from no load to full load. The alternator shall be conforming to latest BS/IS and shall be imposition to generate supply with frequency regulation with in +/- 1% tolerance. The alternator will be suitable for tropical climate and shall generally following :-
i) Insualation class - 'H‘
ii) Temparature rise Class - 'H‘
iii) Excitation : Self Excited
iv) Regulation performance: The voltage is kept constant with +/- 1%, manual voltage adjustment within +/- 5%

(B) Diesel Engine: - Adequate capacity of Diesel engine as accosted by the accepting officer basing on manufacturers technical details water cooled to drive independently above alternator and after considering de-rating as per site conditions after generating and reducing power consumed by accessories directly coupled through flexible coupling multi cylinder multi stroke direct injection, cold starting 1500 RPM, as per latest ISI/BS with an overload capacity of 10% for half an hour in 12 hours continuous running complete with standard accessories all as specified and required for safe handling and operation salient features of accessories shall be as under

ix) The enclosure should be suitably illuminated by CFL/FTL Lamp fittings.
x) The noise level should be 75 dba at 1m under free field conditions.
xi) The acoustic enclosure parts shall be of powder coated after pre treatment process. The powder coating shade should be Gen set Green. The base frame should be painted with epoxy based black shade
Notes :- (a) the engine and alternator shall be factory assembled. (b) Net cut out should be 58 KVA after considering due derating factor. (c) DHPP 'N' will be provided by the contractor for testing of DG Set for 12 hours continuos testing of full load . (d) The foundation of DG set shall be provided by the contractor as per manufactor specification and as directed by GE, the cost of the same shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted by tenderer.
