S&F for 2nd class hard wood (SAL) plain, solid, straight chowkhats and frames, wrought, framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints complete all as specified and directed.

M&L (125mm X 63mm Double Rebate) Factory made 100% solid WPC Door frame made from 100% LEAD FREE (Single extruded process) material with density 780kg / Cum and manufactured by an ISO : 9001-2015 certified company, all as per specification drawings as directed by the Engr-in-Charge The door frame should be water proof, Termite proof, Fire retardant and having excellent, fixed with fasters with sufficient holding capacity complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Solid (100mm X 63mm single rebate) factory made 100% solid WPC brown door frame made from 100% LEAD FREE (Single extruded process) material with density 780 kg / Cum & manufactured by an ISO: 9001-2015 certified company, all as per specification drawings as directed by the Engr-in-Charge The door frame should be water proof, termite proof, fire retardant and having excellent, fixed with fasters with sufficient holding capacity complete all as specified and directed.

S&F framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces etc complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering doors etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings and hanging, also fastening and fixing conforming to Fe 410-W (Gde-E-250) quality 'A' complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded aggregate stone aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided for in item 04028, water troughs and the like including weathering, holdfast, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel plain black sheet 1mm thick covering to door shutters complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates, hook and pintle hinges, large hasps and staples, chains, hand made sliding bolts, clamps, hold fasts, wall ties, hooks for hanging, fans, plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters, knee piece inserts, two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165

M&L 30 mm thick moulded plain WPC solid door shutter: Providing (30mm thick) MOLDED WPC Brown factory made 100% solid door (Conforming As per IS: 4020) made from 100% LEAD FREE single extruded with 2, 4 or 6 raised panel design on the front side with 10mm deep mould on single side with wood grain texture and back side plain with density not less than 600kg/ Cum. Manufactured by an ISO: 9001-2015 certified company. The door should be water proof, termite proof, fire retardant and having screw holding capacity complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 30mm thick brand factory made wire mesh solid WPC door shutter consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes of 19 gauge thickness and size of 20mm x 40mm for stiles and 20mm x 40mm for top, lock & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall have a coat of steel primers of approved make and manufacturer complete all as specified and directed. .

S&F windows made of pre-painted steel (Base steel as per IS 513 of 0.58mm thick “D” Quality galvanized as per IS 277 with zinc of 120 GSM) and Primer coated with epoxy primer of 5-7 microns thick, finish painted with a polyester paint of 12-16 microns thick and back coated with 5-7 microns thick alkyd backer. Section for outer frame should be of 72x55mm, centre mullion should be of 72x50mm, section for fixed glass beading should be of 12x12mm and section for shutter should be of 52x 25mm. Outer frame & mullion sections to have rebate for glazed shutters. Fly mesh with 20 mm GI flat beading for provision of guard bars/ grills. Fly mesh shutter section should be of 20x40mm. The sections are to be cut to length mitre joined with corner bracket. Centre mullions to be fixed with mullion cap. Elixir or equivalent stay, handles 2nos of heavy duty stainless steel pivot hinges shall be provided per shutter. The windows should be paneled with 4 mm thick plain float glass and S.S. Mesh for fly mesh shutter with 0.36mm dia of wire and 1.40mm aperture. Rubber Gaskets are provided all around the glass. The above frames should be fixed to the concrete/masonry wall by means of self expanding screws. Including 12mm square guard bars with 110mm spacing c/c (Horizontal bay) to be welded on FI 20x6mm alaround except runner portion complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 100mm size mild steel butt hinges medium weight ISI marked, cold rolled complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 250mm SS sliding door bolts, plate type, stove enamelled black, with bright bolt not less than 12mm dia with and including a minimum of 6 bolts and nuts, four on bolt plate and two on staple plate complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 150mm aluminium, anodised, barrel tower bolts of extruded section complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 150mm size aluminium handles, cast type, anodised complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel 160mm, ordinary rat tail rod pattern springs including roller and roller plate complete all as specified and directed.

S&F floor door stopper of aluminium alloy body and tongue, anodised, with hard drawn steel spring, fixed in floor 140mm overall length of cover plate complete all as specified and directed.

S&F solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm both side prelam PVC sheet and edges will be painted to match with the prelam sheet reinforced with MS square tube in opening incl necessary fixing arrangements as per specification and drawing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top and bottom rails. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded prelam PVC 'C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and both side prelam PVC sheet for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side as gap insert for top rails, bottom rail, panelling of both side prelam PVC sheet to be fitting in the MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles and rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and joined together with solvent cement in the frame at site as per specification and drawing complete all as specified and directed.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from wooden or steel frames complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 3mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty or fixed with cut and mitred beads in squares or triangular n. exc 0.5 Sqm in each pane complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair galvanised mild steel wire cloth, 0.46mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.18mm and fixed to steel window or wooden window inc welding flat iromn with tinned tacks or galvanized wire staples complete all as specifed and directed.

S&F in repair of 20mm dia MS drapery rod, fancy type,with SS fancy knobs and brackets, fixed in any length complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 18 mm thick with min density 600 Kg/Cum LEAD FREE PVC Celuka ply of one side and other side plain white colour fixed with screws, solvent cement/ adhesive to make kitchen/bed rooms cabinet sides top and bottom and shelves inside the cabinets complete as per manufacturer’s specifications complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 150mm Hasp and staple, SS steel, wire type, including bolt to hinge plate and fixed with screws all as specified and as directed.

S&Fauto closing hinge , mild steel, bright finished or electro galvanized, width of flaps (When open) 30mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair double action floor spring hydraulically regulated made up of minimum 1.25mm thick aluminium alloy sheet foundation box, main body with stainless steel cover, governing pivot made of brass, other parts made of mild steel heavy duty complete all as specified and directed.

Ball bearing runners 400 mm Telescopic (KA 5632) full extension load capacity 45 kgs complete all as specified and directed.
