Dismantling and taking down old existing exhaust system in various capacity of DG sets complete and removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody for reuse at site all as directed.

S&F, Installation,testing and commissioning of retrofitting of emission control device which must be fitted to the exhaust manifold siliencer of DG, the device having minimum specified particulate matter capturing efficiency of atleast 70% in 5 mode D2 cycle and also it must result in increase fuel efficiency, also reduce the exhaust emissions and particulate matter harmful incomponents of exhaust like carbondioxide (CO), Hydrocarbons etc at site all as directed. all as specified and directed. Note : The emission control device equipment must be tested from NABL Lab over a ISO-8178, 5 mode D2 cycle for equivalent KVA rating by one of the central pollution control board also under provision of Environmental(protection) Act, 1986 and Air (Prevention and control of pollution) Act 1981. Emission limit level should be as follows:- Oxide of Nitrogen + Hydrocarbon 4.0 Carbon Monoxide 3.5 Smoke Limit (light absorption Coefficient) 0.70 Particulate Matter 0.2
