M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete glossy finish interlocking paver block any shape & size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness M-35 grade with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling incl cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises

M&L for 25mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.50mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base of floor complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Non skid Endura coloured tiles 8-10mm thick (square/rectangular) grade-4, area of each tile exc 0.06 Sqm but not exc 0.11 Sqm over and including 15mm thick screed bed in Cement mortar (1:6) in flooring, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Vitrified ceramic tiles of size 10 mm thick Double Charged light shade, area of each tile n.exceeding 0.36 sqm in floor etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed

M&L Vitrified ceramic tiles of size 10 mm thick Double Charged light shade, area of each tile n.exceeding 0.36 sqm as in skirting etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over & including 10mm thick rendring finished fair an even in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed

M&L Non - skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6.

Material and labour for glazed coloured ceramic tiles in vertical surfaces for wall tiles of size 450 x 300 x 7 mm thick as in dados, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match coloured tiles with joint free including 10mm thick screed bed in cm 1:4.

M&L Granite (of any type) work 20 mm thick (table rubbed and polished)in steps, jambs, pillars, windowcills, cooking platforms and like in over & including 15 mm thick cement mortar (1:4) pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match incl dismantling.

Demolition of cement concrete (Un-reinforced) in any position n.exc 15cm thick (above or below GL) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 40mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.50mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor finished even and smooth without using extra cement. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 , 75mm thick using 40mm graded stone aggregate over rammed earth as in hard standing /plinth protection finished the top surfaces even and fair without using extra cement including filing grooves with Grade A compound. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling timber scantlings 40 sq. cm and over in section, in any position for complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for

S & F Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161- 1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide or zinc chrome complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate)as in foundation , filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) soft/loose soil each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm complete all as directed.

Dismantling asbestos cement (corrugated, semicorrugated etc) sheets in roof coverings including ridges etc complete all as specified and directed

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 MPa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified and directed

S&F in repairs 2.0 mm thick fibre glass reinforced plain translant sheet green colour as approved and fixed to framing complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 MPa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, ridge etc fixed with self tapping screws as specified

Dismantling boarding, any description, fixed in any position with screw

Supply and fixing of armstrong ceiling system with fine fissured edge tiles having humidity resistance (RH) of 95%, NRC 0.34 light reflectance approx 84% Thermal conductivity K=0.052 - 0.057. W/mk colour white fire performance of class-I as per BS 476 part 6 & 7 in module size of 600 x 600 x 16 mm thick suitable ofr green building appliation with recycled content of 38-41% with Armstrong silhouette profile exposed grid system with 15 mm white flanges incorporating 6 mm central reveal in white/black colour. Silhoutte, main runners & cross tees to have mitred ends & birdsmouth notches to provide mitred cruciform junctions. The Tee sections have a galvanising of 170 gms per sqm & passed through 500 hrs of salt test. The main runner spaced at 1200 mm c/c should be securely fixe to the structural soffit using Armstrong suspension system at 1200 mm maximum c/c. The first/last Armstron suspension system at the end of each main runner should not be greater than 450 mm from adjacent wall. Cross Tees 1200 mm long should be interlocked between main runners at 600 mm c/c to form 1200 x 600 mm module. 600 x 600 mm module is fortned by fitting 600 mm long flush fitting cross Tees, Perimeter trim consist of Armstron wall angles of size 3000 x 19 x 19 mm secured to walls screws at 450 mm c/c complete all as specified and directed.

Seamless calcium silicate ceiling made out of 1800 x 1200 mm size board, 8 mm thick, of siliceous and calcareous material reinforced with cellulose fibre fixed to the ceiling section with 25 mm long self drilling and tapping screws having phillips head with under head cutter at 200 mm centre-to-centre, including finshing the joint of face board with specially formulated jointing compound and 48 mm wide fibre tape to provide seam less finish, with and including provision of necessary frame work as in false ceiling,two coat of distemper over a coat of alkali based primer and a coat of putty making even and smooth surface complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs 12mm thick wave free toughened clear glass as in doors and partitions with stainless steel spider fitting, fish mouth channel in bottom and top as required with and including provision of all other neccessary fixture,sun control film and accesaries, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth, for foundation, etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc n exc10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out any type of soil complete all as specified and directed...

Returing, filling in any type of soil including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick, in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material ( surplus soil) to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 Mtr above the starting point complete all as specifed and directed.

M & L broken stone or boulder hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and leveled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed..

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B0(Using 12.5 mm graded aggregate) as in Coping and similar work complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick work or stone masonry walls including rackingout joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of wall care putty on walls complete all as specified and directed

M&L 15mm thick rendering cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished the surfaces even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L applying 2 coats of Exterior emulsion Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm on wall of new plaster surface including cornices, plasters etc all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs PVC water storage tank cylindrical,triple layer vertical with closed top with threaded cover hoisted and fixed in position tank capacity 1000 Ltr with and including ball valve high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminum rod and high density plastic ball screwed for 20mm bore of iron pipe and making connection for inlet and outlet including dismantle of old water tank and removing from site. complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 20mm dia bore steel/Cpvc tubing and connections including cleaning for re-fixing or removal from site

Supplying and laying of 20mm outer dia CPVC pipes SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings in trenches complete all as specified.

Taking up or down 32 mm dia bore steel tubing and connections including cleaning for refixing or removal from site

Supplying and laying of 32 mm outer dia CPVC pipes SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings in trenches complete all as specified.

S&F PPR 32 mm outer dia gate valve complete all as specified.

S&F in repairs Anodised aluminium powder coated frame for doors window,partition and ventilatore with one or more rebates including joining cleat forfixing etc. complete all as specified

S&F in repairs Anodised aluminium powder coated door shutters,aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats,glazing clips, ruber neoprene packing,handles 2 Nos in each door, hinges,anodised aluminum snap beading screws etc. complete all as specified

S&F in repairs Anodised aluminium powder coated window and ventilators shutters sliding or fix type, aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats,glazing clips, ruber neoprene packing,including provision of lock in each door, rollers, anodised aluminum snap beading screws etc complete all as specified

S & F sheet glass 5.5 mm thick ordinary quality frosted on one side in n. exc 1.5 Sqm in each pan with rubber beading as in doors and partion.

S&F Prelaminated particle board 12 mm thick, exterior grade,prelaminated both side with decorative choice lamination &other side balancing white lamination,fixed with screws to timber frame work as in aluminium door and partion.

S & F sheet glass thick ordinary quality in n exc 0.75 Sqm in each pan 4 mm thick with rubber beading as in window.

S & F Stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.4mm and fixed stainless steel wire staples/xpm and fix by weld to steel windows

M&L for preapration of old concrete surface or unplastered surafces on wall with two coats of oil bound distemper on wall surfaces over a coat of putty complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preapration of old concrete surface or unplastered surafces with complete removal of existing treatment of kerb stone and the like and applying two coat of two coats of synthetic enamel paint of any tint over one coat of primer base paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing old steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 CM width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preapration of old plastered or unplastered surafces with complete removal of existing treatment of walls, concrete tiles,and the like and applying one coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.
