Material and labour for providing sand cushioning with dry fine sand including filling, spreading, levelling in layers in cable trench with approved quality of sand for protection of under ground cable complete all as specified and directed. Note- Only punned thickness i.e 18 cm shall be measured & paid)

Supplying & laying bricks sub class 'B' old size for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying in replacement 50 mm bore GI tubing light grade with all fittings laid across road or across PCC drains, along electric pole or floor/wall for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing of LT cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip, armoured aluminum stranded conductor under ground electric cable 1100 volt grade, cross sectional area 16 Sqmm 4 core, laid in trenches/through pipe /poles etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing of LT cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip, armoured aluminum stranded conductor under ground electric cable 1100 volt grade, cross sectional area 25 Sqmm 4 core, laid in trenches/through pipe /poles etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply , Installation (in replacement), comissioning and testing of CPRI approved type LT panel board factory made fabricated from 3.15 mm thick CRCCA mild steel sheet with epoxy polyster powder coating paint of shade Siemens Grey (RAL-7032), three phase, 415 Volts, 50 Hz , indoor type, free standing on mild steel angle iron legs, floor/platform mounted, dust and vermin proof cubical type, fully compartmenttalized design with 4 nos of copper bus bar of 300 Amps, witth front hinged opening double door , rubber lining , locking arrangement and supply & fixing the following:- INCOMING:-(a) 04 Nos copper bus bar 300 Amps capacity for phase & neutral duly supported on suitable size of epoxy insulators. (b) MCCB 100 Amps 35 KA, 3 phase, 4 pole , 415 Volts, AC supply , adjustable type - 01 No (c) Ammeter 96 mm square digital type with selector Switch and CT - 01 No (c) Voltmeter 0-500 V, 96 mm square digital type with selector Switch - 01 No (e) LED indicating lamp ( R-Y-B-) -01 Set

OUTGOING :- (a) MCCB 63 Amps, 4 pole , 415 volts, 25 KA breaking capacity adjustable type -02 Nos (b) MCB 20 Amps, SPN -01 Nos (c) MCB 10 Amps, Single Pole -02 Nos (d) Contactor 32 Amps MNX type -06 Nos (e) NO-NC push button for 20 HP motor - 04 Nos (f) Timer for star delta starter for 20 HP motor - 02 Nos (g) Phase Preventor - 02 Nos (g) Thermal Overload relay 35 Amps - 02 Nos (g) Timer for security light - 01 Nos (Note- LT panel foundation/platform shall be constructed as per manufacturer's instruction and cost deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Taking down /up of old LT under ground cable and relaying / re-routing of the same making suitable joints in necessary at site including jointing material and accessories, complete all as specified and directed.
