Notes for srl item No 1 to 3 here in above:- (i) Major/Minor spare parts replaced by the contractor will not be paid separately except supply only items in Sch 'A' (item No 4 to 31). The contractor should note that all kinds of repair and replacement has been deemed to be included in rates quoted per month by the contractor this excludes replacement of ARD. (ii) Lifts will be handed over to contractor as and on basis, contractor have to make functional all lifts as per CA provision, the contractor is advised to visit the respective lift site before quoting the rate. (iii) The rate quoted by the contractor are deemed to be included for supply/fixing of the spare parts in lift for any type of spare parts/rewinding of the motors/fans. Labour for fixing these items will be deemed to included in rate quoted per month and will not be paid separetly. (iv) Lift mechanic should be present from 09:00 Hrs to 17:00 Hrs for attending complaints receiving through JE, lift incharge in IRDE. (v) LED Lamps to be provided as and when got fused. Rate for Lamps will be deemed to included in rate quoted per month and will not be paid separetly. (vi) General cleaning/servicing to be done on routine basis.

Supply only SMPS power supply (make- Delta/MAX) for OTIS/Thaison/ECE/Kone Make lift complete all as specified and directed

Supply only floor indicator 7 segment 12/24 Volt DC (make- MAX or equivalent) for OTIS/Thaison/ECE/Kone Make lift complete all as specified and directed

Supply only ARD instruction plate assembly with nut bolt and hardware complete all as specified and directed.
