Material & Labour for Point Wiring for one light Point/one fan point one call bell point, controlled by one switch with 1100 volts grade single core conforming to (IS:694 /1990) PVC insulated unsheathed 1.5 sqmm multi stranded copper conductor cable (FRLSH) with contineous earth wire of 1.5 Sqmm stranded copper conductor cable (FRLSH) PVC insulated unsheathed, drawn in and including concealed PVC conduit, medium grade(ISI marked) ,duly concealed on wall/ceiling or above false ceiling with fittings not less than 25 mm dia medium grade (Color coding of wires shall be Phase, neutral and earth wire all as specified) sunk Metal flush box with and incl decorative polycarbonate frame for housing Modular Switches, sockets, fan regulators etc including white cover plate complete all as specified and directed. Note:- If the contractor fail to make good the disturbed surface of wall/floor etc and do not match with the existing surface of wall/floor to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge a recovery @ of Rs. 50/- per RM will be made from payment due to the Contractor. In case of any dispute the decision of accepting officer will be final and binding.

All as per item no 4.00 but for One 3 pin/5 pin /6 Amps socket outlet on same board with other switches, with cables 1.5 Sqmm size, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down ceiling fan of 1200/1400 mm sweep removing and cleaning of dust properly, oiling & greasing of bearing with and including replacement of washer and any other minor spare parts such as new screw, check nut, pin etc and refixing in position, connecting, testing complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out & removing old burnt-out winding of electric fans of size 1200/1400 mm sweep and rewinding of fan motor with appropriate size super enamelled copper wire as approved by the Engineer-in -charge including insulating material such as illuminous paper Leatherized paper, cotton tape,glass sleeving, insulating varnish incl ball bearing/bushes/hanging assembly if required etc testing at workshop and transportation to site,connecting and testing on full load to the entire satisfaction complete all as specified and directed.

S&F sub main wiring two single core 6 sq mm PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable (FRLSH) 1100 Volts grade drawn in & including rigid PVC conduit 25mm dia or more medium grade surface/concealed in wall along with 6.00 Sq mm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor cable (FR LSH) as earth wire and wire connected with main earth dolly including cutting chases and making good disturbed portion complete all as specified and directed. Note: Two runs of phase, netural wire and one run of earth wire and PVC conduit will be measured as one RM or one length.

S&F service cable 1100 Volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated stranded aluminium conductor served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connection suspended with insulating hanger not more than 1 mtr apart including 4 mm dia suspension wire alongwith 10 Sqmm twin core flat cable all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick burried directly in ground. ( earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr depth below ground level at any type of strata) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5mtr below normal ground level connected by 4 mm Gl wire as earth lead by means of brass nuts and bolt, thimbles check nuts, washers including concrete chamber of PCC 1:3:6 type C-I using 20mm graded stone aggregate with fair finish, internal surface of concrete chamber shall be given internal dia 300mm x300mm, 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 funnel with wire mesh, RCC pit cover of 320x320x80mm size (1:2:4) Type Bl using 20mm graded stone aggregate rainforced with XPM and charcoal, dust and common salt all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-1(2009) and specified including and provision of GI wire upto 7.5 mrs long with 15 mm dia medium grade Gi pipe protection and watering pipe of GI 20 mm bore, medium grade, including all excavation and earth work and connecting the earthing strip to panel, including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- (i) RCC pit cover shall be precast of RCC(1:2:4) type B1, 80mm thick rainforced with XPM weighting not less than 4kg/sqm in lieu of CI cover. (ii) Cost of additional GI wire more than 7.5 mtrs will be measured and paid seperately under relevant items.

Dismantling of exhaust fan 450/380 mm sweep of any make/ model, opening for cutting, taking out existing unserviceable winding wire, rewinding with super enamel copper wire of existing gauge, including varnishing and insulating material with washer, split pin, checknut, hanging clutch, condenser clamp, assembling, with required flexible wire 0.5 mtr and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down exhaust fans 450/380/350/300/250/200 mm sweep, removing and cleaning of dust properly, oiling and greasing of bearing with and including repair of washer, new split pin & any other minor spare parts such as new screw, checknut, pin etc and refixing in position connecting, testing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair of condenser 3.15 MFD exhaust fan complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair of plug top 3 pin, 15 Amp, 230 volts complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Wall Bracket light fitting (BIdg Security light) 20W housing made out of die cast aluminium alloy with tougned glass, IP 65 protection having clamp for mounting on building wall working en 240V AC 50 Hz, 20 Watts consisting, of reflective lens, wired with appropriate driver PF0.90 having over voltage protection up to 400 volts, surge protection level 7 - 10 KV, thermal short circuit protection THD10%, made up of long life LED chips (SMD) in modular with Ra70 and LED lumen efficiency 120 lumen Per watt, including fixed on wall with 02 Nos MS Clamps made of 40x6 mm Fl and bracket made of 40 mm dia light grade Gl Pipe bend to shape, not less than 1.2 m long including connecting with 02 single core PVC insulated copper conductor cable 1100 v grade size 1.5 sqmm complete all as specified and directed. Note: Connection to luminaire shall be done in suitable PVC connector within the bracket/luminaire end and are inclusive in above.
