(e) Rectangular copper bus bars (01 Nos for each phase, neutral and earth terminals) of adequate rating duly coloured coded with heat shrinkable PVC sleaves. (f) 2 Nos contactors of suitable rating ( 01 for DG set and 01 for AC mains) with over load relay. (g) Under voltage relay for mains. (h) Potential free contact for extention for alarm - 06 Nos (i) Instruments and control fuses. (j) 05 Nos indicating lamp to indicates 'mains On', ' Load On mains', ' Set running',' Load on set' & 'Battery charger on'. (k) Set of indicating lamp for three phase (RYB) - 01 Nos (l) Sleep mode (m) Battery charger having electric circuit consisting of rectifiers, capacitors and resistance etc. The batery charger should be able to charge all batteries of 12 Volts for this DG Set as per manufactures design at a time. Battery charger complete with voltage regulator, Float or booster selector switch, On/Off switch. (n) Any other switches, instruments, relay or contactors etc. essential for smooth and trouble free functioning of DG set with AMF panel. The following alarms, tripping and indications are to be made available in control panel through LED display :- (i) Over load, (ii) High temp. (iii) Over/under frequency. (iv) Over/under volt. (v) Battery voltage low. (vi) High oil pressure. (vii) Low oil pressure. (viii) Low fuel level. (ix) Earth leackage. (x) Hight temp inside enclosure. (xi) Mains fail (xii) Over speed (xiii) Under speed. (xiv) DG fail to start (xv) DG fail to stop (xvi) Fire alarm

(D) OTHER FITTINGS :- (i) 12 Volts batteries suitable Nos and suitable capacities as per manufacture design with battery lead (Copper strandard cable) of suitable size with brass thimbles and terminal. (ii) Fuel tank of suitble capacity as per manufacture recommendation but not less then 08 Hous run at average 80% load. Fuel tank mounted/fixed inside acoustic enclousure with connected pipes up to fuel pump and over flow pipe from engine to tank including level indicating guage duly maked and drain valve and air vent plug etc. (E) DG set shall be supply alongwith acoustic, original enclousure of manufactured suitable for 100 KVA DG Set as per CPCB IV norms. Two point lifiting for easy handling at site. The acoustic enclousure design on modular construction, having surface treatment and shall have powder coated finish. The acoustic insulation shall be high quality, high density capable of withstanding a temp of 450 degree. The enclousure should be suitble for tropical climate. Acoustic enclusure shall be specified as per PS. DG set shall be obtained conformity of protection (COP) verification certificates for noise limit and certified by ARAI or equivalent.

(F) Foundation:- PCC foundation for DG Set shall be all as per manufacturer instructions/recommendations for required at site or as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Cost of the same shall be deemed to be included in the lump sump cost of DG set quoted by the contractor. Note :- The engine shall be affixed with level meet on the followig requirements ( The lavell shall be durable and legible) :- (i) Name and address of the engine manufacturer. (ii) Statement that the engine confirms to enviorment (protection) Rule 1986. (iii) Type approval certificate number. (iv) Date of manufacturer engine. (v) The complete generating set inclusive control panel base frame coupling etc shall be from the engine and shall be assemble and tested at engine manufacturer workshop and test certificate shall be provided by the contractor. NOTE : - Rate for supply,laying of PVC insulated multi strandard copper conductor single core cable for suitable size for DG set panel to existing main supply cable upto AMF required for connection incuding thimble,flexible conduit pipe shall be included in the quoted rate of this item. Installation of 100 KVA DG Set shall be inside existing DG set Room. Contractor shall be responsible to installation of DG Set in side existing DG Set room without any extra cost and required necessary arrangements for the same deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of silent diesel (Acoustic Enclousure as per CPCB VI + Norms) engine driven water cooled radiator type generating set 30 KVA, 0.8 pf lagging, 1500 RPM, 415 Volt, 3 phase, 4 wire directly coupuled to diesel engine mounted on common base frame AVM pads, vibration damper with factory made AMF panel stuitable for 30 KVA DG set alongwith connected accessorries, relays, engine as per CPCB IV norms of capacity not less than 42 BHP and alternator of 30 KVA rating as per IS 4722 generator set complete with relay panel for automatic starting on main electric supply failure, control panel having meters, sound proof canopy with AVR control exctation, power factor 0.8 with suitable rated batterries. Acoustic enclosure fabricated out of 1.6 mm CRCA steel after nine tank process, surface pre treated with foam materials, confirming to IS 7888/IS8183 and pure polyester powder coating complete as per CPCB IV + norms, sound level 75db(A) at one meter from enclousure surface in free field condition as per letest norms suitable for using with AMF system and foundation etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge and comprising of the following. DG Set shall be capable and including the following :-

(A) PRIME MOVER :- Diesel engine of suitable capacity water cooled (Radiator mounted) closed circuit as per CPCB IV norms, IS-10000/10001 direct injection type with turbo charger. The diesel engine shall be capable of running 24 hours continiously with10% over loading for 01 hour in every 12 hour as per BS 5514/-BS 649/- engine shall be equiped with all standard fitting as per manufactures recommendation mounted on common base plate from through flexible coupling. The engine shall be fitted with electronic governor suitable for class D-1 as per IS 10000 and the engine shall be fitted with a heavy dynamaically balanced fly wheel suitable for constant speed governor duty and having anti vibration pads of required numbers. (B) ALTERNATOR :- Alternator of capacity 30 KVA at NTP, 415 volts, 50 C/S,1500 RPM, 0.8 power factor, self excited, self regulated, screen protected with self excited field brush rotating fixed designed to the coupled with above engine through flexible coupling and shall be complete with the excitation system, automatic voltage regulation under/over speed protection. The alternator shall be confired to 4722 of BS-2613. (C) AMF PANEL (CONTROL PANEL) :- (i) Automatic mains failure (AMF) control panel, factory made shall be able to start up the DG Set and transfer the load on to the DG Set on mains failure without requirig any human intervention. Similarly on restoration of main supply, it shall be able to transfer the load to main supply and swith off the DG Set automatically. (ii) The AMF panel shall be an enclosure with IP- 53 degree protection confirming to IS/IEC 0947 (PT-1)/2007,fabricated from minimum 14 SWG thick CRCA sheet duly pre- treated and asthetically finithed. AMF/control panel having internal wiring with copper conductor for 30 KVA, 415 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer. The AMF control panel shall have the following instruments :-

Supply, lowering, installation testing and commissioning for submersible pump set suitable for 300/250 mm dia casing pipe water lubricated and cooled complete with stream line non return valve directly coupled pump set with and including required submersible motor suitable on 415 Volt,3 phase,50 Hz AC. ISI Marked having discharge 1900 LPM, head 122 Mtr. The pump and motor shall be same make complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Discharge case shall be fitted with suitable adopter at 150 MM dia 0.6 mtr length threaded at one end and flanged at other end to match with column pipe duly fitted with 02 NOs flat iron supports. The adopter shall be welded to DI/CI/GI MS pipe outlet and studded with discharge case.
