Replacement of old unserviceable/ damaged LT XLPE cable with new XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 Volts grade, cross-sectional area 10.0 Sqmm, 2.0-core, laid in trenches or passing through pipes, including suitable lugs and accessories for making connections at both ends, complete all as specified and as directed.

Replacement of old unserviceable/ damaged LT XLPE cable with new XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 Volts grade, cross-sectional area 25.0 Sqmm, 4.0-core, laid in trenches or passing through pipes, including suitable lugs and accessories for making connections at both ends, complete all as specified and as directed.

Replacement of old unserviceable/ damaged LT XLPE cable with new XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 Volts grade, cross-sectional area 35.0 Sqmm, 3.50-core, laid in trenches or passing through pipes, including suitable lugs and accessories for making connections at both ends, complete all as specified and as directed.

Replacement of old unserviceable/ damaged LT XLPE cable with new XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 Volts grade, cross-sectional area 120.0 Sqmm, 3.50-core, laid in trenches or passing through pipes, including suitable lugs and accessories for making connections at both ends, complete all as specified and as directed.

Replacement of old unserviceable/ damaged LT XLPE cable with new XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 Volts grade, cross-sectional area 185.0 Sqmm, 3.50-core, laid in trenches or passing through pipes, including suitable lugs and accessories for making connections at both ends, complete all as specified and as directed.

Earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5mtr below normal ground level, connected with galvanised iron strip, size 32x6mm as earth lead, by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel complete with 40mm dia GI light grade protection pipe, 20mm dia GI medium grade watering pipe with funnel including charcoal, dust, salt, PCC M-15, type B-1 in pit with precast RCC M-15(1:2:4), type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) in cover reinforced with XPM not less than 4.0 Kg per Sqm, test point etc. all as shown in electric plate No-3 of SSR Part-I (2009), complete with necessary earth work in any type of soil, removal to a distance not exceeding 50mtr, including testing on completion, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note: Earth pit chamber and RCC pit cover shall be painted with two coats of red synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer including preparing of surfaces.

Supply installation, commissioning, new LT feeder pillar box/ panel, in-replacement of old unserviceable LT panel/ feeder pillar box, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note: Detailed description and accessories/ equipments shall be as mentioned on serial page No- 21 of tender (CA) here-in-after.

Supply installation, commissioning, new LT feeder pillar box/ panel, in-replacement of old unserviceable LT panel/ feeder pillar box, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Replacement of old Gate lights with new Gate lights Crown shaped post top lantern in soothing opal finish made up of Polycarbonate, suitable LED lamp B22 base. including taking down old UNSV flood lights complete all as specifeid and directed. Make:- Havells model No.Upto 1 N x 20 W LED Lamp or equivalent in equivalent in Wipro/CG.

Replacement of old Brackets with new Bracket for street light fitting made out of GI tubing 40 mm med grade pipe 2' x 1 -1/2' 135 degree bend with cutting , welding and two MS bracket with nut bolts and washer bracing to pole/on fencing for street light fittings including taking down old UNSV brackets complete all as specifeid and directed.

Replacement of old water proof FRP pole box with new water proof FRP pole box of size 300X200X105 mm with cable terminals, clamps, nuts, bolts complete including connecting existing/new cables all as specifeid and directed.

Sand cushioning to protection of underground cables, laid 8 Cm before laying and 15 Cm after laying of cable, and punned to form an overall layer of 18 Cm thick, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Punned thickness shall be measured.

Sub class 'B' designation 75 old size common burnt clay building bricks , brick covering laid dry, flat, transversally along the length of cable on sand cushioning for mechanical protection of cable, with width equal to the length of the brick, complete all as specified and directed.

PVC insulated 2.0 core cable with multistranded aluminium conductor 2.5 sqmm for street light connections complete all as specified and directed.

Amount of Schedule of credit of RS 13,628.00 mentioned in Tender documents shall be deducted from quoted amount.
