M&L for 25 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone agg) mixed with Liquid intergal water proofing compoud as per manufacturer direction and finishing the surface even and smooth with out using extra cement as in roof padding/ leveling course of slope over roof to receive roof treatment complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Liquid intergal water proofing compoud shall be measured and paid separately as supply only.

M&L for 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound (liquid type) @ 200ml per 50Kg of cement on concrete roof surface finished fair and even to maintain the proper slope of roof surface etc complete all as specified and directed. Note :- WPC (liquid type) shall be measured and paid separately as supply only.

M&L for roof treatment with APP based polymeric membrane, 3mm thick (minimum), weighting 3.5 Kg/Sqm reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (weighing not less than 160 gms/sqm) shall be applied over and including applying one coat of hot blown bitumin grade 85/25 confirming to IS-702 @ 1.2 kg per Sqm over a coat of bituminous primer @ 0.3 litre per sqm surface, application of APP modified membrane shall be by torch application. The overlaps shall be minimum 100mm on the transverse direction and 75 mm on longitudinal direction. One coat of aluminum paint @0.10 Kg/Sqm over the APP Modified Membrane shall be provided complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall surfaces including glazed tiles wherever exists including raking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water and removing unseviceable materials out side MoD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick plastering on fair faces of brick wall in two layers, Ist layer 10mm thick CM (1:4), and IInd layer 5mm thick CM (1:4), surface finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick Rendering on brick or concrete surfaces in CM (1:6) surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of external wall all as prescribed by manufacture of paint and applying two coats of exterior anti fungal acrylic emulsion paint (walmista of Berger paint or equitant in Asian paint, Nerolac etc having three years of performance warranty) over a coat of exterior water based primer of same make all as specified and prescribed by manufacture of paint/ distemper by using roller/ spray machine with and including application of wall care putty to remove the dent and to make the surface even and smooth by grinding or rubbing with sand paper complete all as specied and directed at site by Engineer-in-Charge.

Note:- (i) The newly plastered surface must be prepared in a manner so that there should not be any impression of dent and it should be made even all as per manufacture instruction before application of emulsion paint. The cost of all materials, T&P and labour required for preparation of surface are deemed to be included in the rates quoted. (ii) The work must be got executed through authorised applicator of manufacture after concluding an MoU with manufacture for company back guarantee by the contractor. The authorised applicator of manufacturer shall be got approved from GE/ AGE (I) before commencement of work. (iii) All the material to be incorporated in the work shall be brought by contractor to MES store yard which will be subsequently issued by deportment for incorporation in the work to ensure the quantity to be consumed all as per recommendation of manufacture. (iv) After carrying out preparation of surface the same shall be got approved from GE /AGE (I) before application of distemper for each building. (v) Before commencing the work, contractor will got the written approval from GE/ AGE (I) for the make and colour / shade (tint). (vi) The cost of Scaffolding wherever required are deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the contractor.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces on wall and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper over alkali resistance for primming to distemper over 1 mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only WPC integral water proofing compound (Liquid type) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of boarding of any deescription and fixed in any position with nails complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of timber scantling 40 sqcm and over in section, in any position as in framed work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for second class hard wood (sal) in timber scantling (clean sawn) as in framed work, roof truss etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 18mm thick prelaminated, medium density MDF, interior grade with one side decorative choice laminations and other side balancing white laminations, fixed with screw to timber/ steel frame work as in cup boards, drawer, etc with shelf and shutter incl PVC lipping to edges of exposed edges of same texture and shade with and including stainless steel cleat of suitable size for fixing arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer including preparation of new wood or wooden base surface over 10cm width or grith complete all as specified and directed.

S&F continuous (piano) hinges, mild steel bright finish or electro galvanised width of flaps (when open) 30mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F powder coated 100 mm long aluminium handles cast type complete all as spd and directed.

S&F hasp and staple, 75 mm safety type, aluminium anodised with mild steel hinge pin including bolt to hinge plate and fixed with screws complete all as spd and directed.

Disconnecting and dismantling of water storage tank and removing from the site of capacity exc 500 and n.exc 1000 Litres complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank, double layer construction, ISI mark (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position with and including 20 mm dia GI pipe medium grade washout pipe 450 mm long with plug and 20 mm dia GI pipe medium grade overflow pipe 600 mm long with fittings, of following capacity of tank complete all as specified and as directed:-

S&F in repairs for stainless steel non magnetic curtain rod of 20 mm dia with and including fixing brackets and decorative type knobs (as approved by AGE (I)/ GE both side of each rod complete all as specified and directed. Note: - Measurement will be taken between end point of knobs.

S&F in repair stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm fixed with tinned tacks or wire staples complete all as specified and as directed.
