Supply install and testing of self priming multi stage submersible pump motor sets electric driven suitable for AC 415 volts 50 Hz,KS^C-1518,15HP,18 Stage, 50mm Delivery Size, 150 mm Bore Size- with pump and induction motor (capacity as recommended by the manufacturer for adequate discharge as per requirement), pump having minimum 180 ltrs per minute at 180 Mtr head including common fabricated channel frame of required capacity and length necessary PCC foundation as per requirement complete as per site requirement and making pipe line connections up to 50 mm bore GI pipes complete all as specified and directed.

Dismanteling of existing unserviceable/damaged CI Non return valve/Sluice valve/Y strainer of size 80 mm bore from its existing position ,and fxing under respective items as given in item no.6,7,8 ,Non return valve cast iron flanged and conforming to latest IS ,with gasket, bolts and nuts full threaded including joints complete for following sizes all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out existing unserviceable/broken/damaged CI sluice valve from its existing position and Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of sluice valve of size 80 mm bore (3 inch) cast iron body, class-I, both ends flanged & drilled conforming to IS-14846 (2000), PN – 1.60 with stainless steel spindle including all accessories such as nut-bolts, washers & fibre / rubber gasket as required at site with and including taking out old unserviceable sluice valve complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking out existing unserviceable/damaged CI Non return valve from its existing position and supply and fixing Non return valve cast iron flanged of 80 mm dia ( 3 inch) and conforming to latest IS 5312 ,with gasket, bolts and nuts full threaded including joints complete for following sizes all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for taking out existing unserviceable/damaged CI strainer Supply and fix Strainer Y type conforming to IS with gasket, bolt and nuts full threaded inculding joints complete for of size 80 mm (3”) dia as specified and directed at site .

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) including necessary form work for foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) including necessary form work for foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for foundation of pole or cable trenches etc and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in hard / dense soil complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing surplus excavated material (SOIL) to distance not exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.50 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down GI water tubing and connections of pipe and including fittings from trenches given as schedule of credit to contractor for following bore of sizes complete.

(a) GI pipe of upto 80 mm bore

(b) GI pipe of upto 65 mm bore

(c) GI pipe of upto 50 mm bore

(d) GI pipe of upto 25 mm bore

Supply & Fixing of 80 MM bore of GI tube Heavy grade/ ISI marked complete with all fittings (such as bends, elow, tees, connectors, caps, plugs, unions etc) including cutting, screwing as required laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing of 65 MM bore of GI tube Heavy grade/ ISI marked complete with all fittings (such as bends, elow, tees, connectors, caps, plugs, unions etc) including cutting, screwing as required laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing of 50 MM bore of GI tube Heavy grade/ ISI marked complete with all fittings (such as bends, elow, tees, connectors, caps, plugs, unions etc) including cutting, screwing as required laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing of 25 MM bore of GI tube Heavy grade/ ISI marked complete with all fittings (such as bends, elow, tees, connectors, caps, plugs, unions etc) including cutting, screwing as required laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking out existing unserviceable/damaged CI strainer Supply and fix Strainer Y type conforming to IS with gasket, bolt and nuts full threaded inculding joints complete for of size 65 mm (2.5”) dia as specified and directed at site .

Taking out existing damaged / unserviceable Gate valves of sizes 25 mm dia and Supply and fixing Gun Metal Gate Valve with iron wheel head, both ends screwed for iron pipes all as specified and directed at site

M&L for lifting of existing submersible Pump motor set along with column pipes of capacity 15/20 HP from the existing bore well / pump house including disconnecting of all electrical connections and all accessories and shifting to MES Store safely inculding transprotatin cost etc as specified and directed at site.

Material and labour for cutting and Welding of ERW pipe upto 80 mm dia required at any section at curve/connecting to bends length having depth Exc. 6mm but n.exc 9mm complete all as specified and directed at site by Engineer-in- Charge.

M & L Joint with rubber or fibre board gasket for 50/65/ 80mm dia GI pipe complete all as specified and directed

M&L for earthing as per IS:3043 with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6.0 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to galvanized iron strip 25x4mm as earthing lead protected by GI pipe medium grade 15 mm bore for protection of GI earth strip and 20 mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering with alternate layers of charcoal /coke and salt including all accessories like nut, bolts, reducer, nipple, wire meshed/screened funnel and making brick masonry finished chamber of internal size 300 mm x 300 mm x 300 mm with concrete base, covered with PCC cover which shall be embedded in the block masonry including excavation works, refilling, connected to main switch/MCB DB for feeding the electric supply to domestic quarters compete all as specified as shown in electricall plateNo. 3 of SSR Part-I and testing of earth resistance as required. M&L of couplings (flanged or spider) for L 13 to make the pump motor sets trouble free smooth running including replacement of nuts and bolts and rubber pieces etc complete all as directed

S&F in replacement of flat PVC Insulated & Sheathed Industrial Submersible Cables with Bare Bunched Copper Conductor for Submersible Pump Motors with Voltage Grade 1100 Volts generally conforming to IS 694/1990. of size10 Sqmm x 3 core including connecting both end with proper size of copper lugs duly crimped with die press crimping device complete all as specified and directed by AGE (I).
