S&F Factory made single riveted WPC (wood polymer composite) solid door frames/chowkat of size 65x100mm of virgin PVC Polymer of K value 58-60(Suspension Grade) calcium carbonate and natural fibres (wood/powder/rice husk/wheat husk ) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threated star heads SS screw having minimum frame density of 750 kg/cum screw withdrawal strenght of 2200 N (face) and 1100 N (Edge)proof, water/moisture proo, minimum compressive strenght of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and serestance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water / moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F 30 mm thick factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid flush SKELTON door shutter comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moistur proof and fire retardant. WPC to be laminated with PVC foil of minimum 14 microns thick of approved design pasted with hot melt adhesive on both faces of shutter and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, all as per direction of Engineer- In- Charge. Note: stainless steel butt hinges and necessary S.S screws shall be paid separately.

S&F 30mm thick molded WPC wire mesh factory made 1005 decorative type, moulded, solid door shutter, panel door shutter prepare to receive glass, gauze etc (single or two panel Including wire mesh(confirming as per IS: 4020) made from 100% lead free single extruded with 2, 4 or 6 raised panel design on the front side with 10mm deep mould on single side with wood grain texture and back side plain with density not less than 600kg/cum manufactured by an ISO : 9001-2015 certified company. The door should be water proof, termite proof, termite proof, fire retardent and having screw holding capasity.

S & F Butt hinges, 100 mm long medium weight, cold rolled mild steel, ISI marked complete all as specified.

S & F 250mm long aluminium alloy anodised sliding door bolt with hasp staple, bolt type, and fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded sections & fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded section or cast aluminium alloy, ISI marked complete all as specified.

S & F 150mm long, aluminium anodised, barrel tower bolts, of extruded section ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only 4.8 mm thick plain or tinted glass, ordinary quality including rubber gasket for packing and fixed to aluminium doors/window/partition incl necessary cutting / moulding and chamferrring of edges for service window/counters complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for galvanised Stainless steel wire cloth of 0.36mm dia wire and average width of aperture 1.4mm & fixed with tacks of stainless steel wire staples,etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling Wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and as directed

S&F 18 mm thick with min density 600 Kg/Cum LEAD FREE PVC Celuka ply of both side plain white colour fixed with screws, solvent cement/ adhesive to make kitchen/bed rooms cabinet and cupboard shutters and shelves complete as per manufacturer’s specifications complete all as specified and directed

S&F 18 mm thick with min density 600 Kg/cu.m LEAD FREE PVC Celuka ply of single side rigid laminate of approved color and other side plain white colour fixed with ss screws ans solvent cement/ adhesive to make kitchen cabinet shutters complete as per manufacturer’s instructions complete all as specified and directed

S&F 6 mm thick with min density 600 Kg/cu.m LEAD FREE PVC ply fixed with ss screws and solvent cement/ adhesive to make wall mount kitchen cabinet back sides complete as per manufacturer’s specifications complete all as specified and directed

S&F Auto closing hinges 35mm of 0 crank( KH-001) or 8 crank (KH-002) openable at 110 degree for kitchen cabinet shutters complete in all respect and fixed in position complete all as specified and directed.

S&F D-type cabinet handles premium quality, stainless steel 304/gloss chrome/SN finished 150mm long matt finished complete fixed in position all as specified.

S&F in Repair for 40mm thick second class hard wood boarding in existing Floors( in patches, including cutting out, piecing, heading joints etc) and Skirting Planed one side, with butt joints and fixed with nails & inlcuding all other fixing arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 18-20 mm thick Granite slab work(table rubbed and polish) of approved quality of required size in Floor,Wall,Cooking Platform ,steps/riser and like bedded and jointed in grey cement slurry and pointed with coloured cement(1:2) usig marble dust with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone laid over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) including granite polish to be done by mechanical grinder complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel framed work as in grills, gratings etc with ends of bars shouldered and riveted or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors etc, conforming to Fe-290, Gde-E-165 all as specified and directed

Supply and fix in repair 110mm bore PVC Pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed to walls and floor etc. as in waste and rain water pipes complete all as specified & directed.

S&F 1000ltr capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks triple layered white (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position and including 20 mm dia ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plasttic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed (Minimum weight 15mm-142gms/2.0mm-455gms/40-690gms),including dismantling of water tanks complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 500ltr capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks triple layered white (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position and including 20 mm dia ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plasttic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed (Minimum weight 15mm-142gms/2.0mm-455gms/40-690gms),including dismantling of water tanks complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair vitreous china squatting pan 'orissa pattern 580 mm X 440 mm white with integral foot rests (excluding flushing cistern and flushing pipe but incl fixing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 15mm dia brass CP wall mixer with provision for over head shower for mixing hot and cold water screwed down for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed.
