Military Engineer Services Tender

To perform under term contract such services and execute works on the terms and conditions contained or referred to in the "MES Standard Schedule of Rates 2009 Part-I Specifications and MES Standard Schedule of Rates 2020 Part -II together with errata/amendments as applicable and upon the conditions contained in tender documents, as may be demanded, and as are enumerated in the aforesaid Standard Schedule of Rates during the period of one year from the date of acceptance at the rates contained in the aforesaid MES Standard Schedule fo Rates OR At such other rates as may be fixed under the privision of condition 62 of "General conditions of contracts (IAFW-2249)" 1989 print with errate/ammendments as applicable. Note :- (i) Tenderer shall insert percentage rate at the 4th row (Qouted rate in Figure-Select-Percentage Box) and 5th column of this BOQ Excel sheet. (ii) Tenderer shall refer and select the option Excess (+) or less(-) available at the 4th row and 5th column of this BOQ Excel sheet to quoted the percentage above/below MES Standard Schedule of Rates. (iii) Amount inserted by the MES under rate col and the total amount reflected in this page is a rought guidence and for referance only. Similarly the quoted amount worked out (based on percentage rate quoted by contracotor) shall also be treated as rough and for reference only. The acceptance of contractor's ) shall be done for quoted percentage rate on MES Standard Schedule of Rates 2020. The work orders for various works/service shall be placed for amount worked out/priced on the rates contained in MES Standard Schedule of Rates 2020 Part-II duly adjusted by percentage rate quoted by contractor.

(iv) Contractor's special attendition is invited to condition "4 (A) WORKS TO BE CARRIED OUT (APPLICABLE ONLY TO TERM CONTRACTS)" and condition "56 TERMINATION OF CONTRACT (APPLICABLE ONLY TO TERM CONTRACTS)" OF General Conditions of Contracts (IAFW-2249)". The provision of these conditions of "General Conditions of Contracts (IAFW-2249)" are strictly to be followed. (v) It is an express conditions of this contract that the amount of total works/service required to be done under this contract can very to any extant irespective of the amount worked out/mentioned in this BOQ sheet and contractor shall be bound to execute such work/services at the rates contained in MES Standard Scheduled of Rates 2020 Part-II duly adjusted by quoted percentage rate during contract period. No claim of the contractor shall be entertained due to increase or decrease in quantum of work required to be done /work done.
