Material and labour for brick work with subclass 'B' bricks, old size straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) (using old size bricks) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for joist, channel, angle, or tee section, fixed independantly, without connecting plates, etc. as in fencing post conforming to Fe 410 W (gde E-250 quality B) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Mild steel flat iron for securing of chain link fencing conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 in post and strut in fencing including fabrication i.e. cutting tops drilling holes notching for wire welding etc .complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions square, rectangular or polygonal for rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter flat rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix mild steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I.S 1161-1979 grade St. 240 as in frame work for sun shade, roof, projection etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour mild steel plain black sheet 0.8 mm in wall cladding steel gates and similar work cut to size, holes, punched .including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joint complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new untreated steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 8 mm thick Plates (plain or chequred channels, squares cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk forming holes, without any attachment complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone agg) in coping, bed plates and chamfered angles and throating etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work con- forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 including necessary welding, drilling hole complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) typeA1 1:11/2:3 (using 20mm graded aggregate ) as in columns, pillars, piers, post and struts complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for forming fair finished drain or channel 45 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitered / stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm thick in each layer as in soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated material (SOIL) to distance not exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.50 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour 15 mm thick rendering on brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:4, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for hardcore of broken stone or boulder gauge n.exc. 63 mm deposited, spread & levelled in layers n.exc. 15 cm thick watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base, finishing the surface even and rough to receive floor complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sand filling 25mm thick under floors or in foundations including spreading , levelling and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 60 mm thick pre polished rubber moulded coloured machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658- 2006 M-35 Grade with grey cement and no pigment complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 18 to 20 mm thick Granite(of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills,cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed.
