Cutting existing steel water tubing 50 mm for alterations or addition and screwing new steel water tubing for taking out water connections complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for construction of brick masonry valve pit chamber with 3 mm thick MS sheet cover and 40 x 40 x 6 mm angle iron frame embedded in PCC coping 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregates with locking arrangements of size 600 mm x 600 mm x 600 mm (internal size), brick work in cement mortar 1:4 using sub class ‘B’ (old size) bricks, internal walls plastered with 15 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 and finishing the surface even and smooth using extra cement, 40 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in coping, PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregates in foundation 75 mm thick with and including necessary excavation & earth work in soft / loose soil complete.

Supplying, installation, testing & commissioning in CPRI approved out door type LT panel of size 1.00 Mx0.8Mx0.50M depth,(HxBxD) panel suitable for 415V, 3 phase, 4 wire 50 Hz, AC supply system with short circuit withstand capacity 35 MVA for 1 second, IP 54 protection, fabricated with CRCA sheet 3.15 mm thick, factory made, totally enclosed having front and rear openable, powder coated, dust, weather & vermin proof, having TPN aluminium bus bars of rating 1.5 times that of controlling MCCB supported on 'F' class SMC insulators, bottom base channel of MS section not less than 75 mm x 40 mm x 5 mm thick, entire panel shall have a common aluminium earth bar of size 25 mm x 5 mm at the rear with 2 Nos earth stud, solid connections from main bus bar to switchgears with required size bus bars and control wiring with minimum 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor cable, cable alleys, cable gland plates, digital voltmeter and ammeter etc and mounted on suitable PCC foundation, necessary inter connection including following controls :-

Incoming:- One number MCCB 63 amp, 4 pole, Ics 25 KA, 415 volts, 50 Hz with thermal magnetic release adjustable between 40% to 100% against overload setting as per Legrand cat ref No.4200 56 or equivalent in Schneider or Hager as approved. Outgoing:- (i) Two numbers MCCB 40 amp, 4 pole, Ics 25 KA, 415 volts, 50 Hz, thermally adjustable between 70% to 100% against overload setting as per Legrand cat ref no. 4200 53 or equivalent in Schneider or Hager as approved. (ii) One numbers MCCB 40 amp, 4 pole, Ics 16 KA, 415 volts, 50 Hz, thermally adjustable between 70% to 100% against overload setting as per Legrand cat ref no. 420012 or equivalent in Schneider or Hager as approved. (iii) Three numbers CCB 25 amp, 3 pole, Ics 10 KA, 415 volts, 50 Hz, thermally adjustable between 70% to 100% against overload setting as per Legrand cat ref no. 420001 or equivalent in Schneider or Hager as approved.

Supply and fixing in LED Street light luminaries in a single piece, IP 65 powder coated pressure die cast aluminium SMD LED street light in white colour with heat resistant toughened glass, 60 Watt, with best in class design & Robust heat sink along with class leading IP, IK & Surge protections for long lasting performance.including up to 2.5 mtr twin core copper conductor for connection of street light fitting from LT OH line/ ceiling rose including taking down old UNSV street lights all as specifeid and directed. by Engineer-in-Charge. Make :-Havells model No.Superb Street Light 50W 6500 K IP65 or equivalent in Wipro/CG.

Supply and fixing in Gate lights crown shaped post top lantern in soothing opal finish made up of Polycarbonate, suitable LED lamp B22 base, including taking down old UNSV flood lights all as specifeid and directed. Make:- Havells cat. part No. LHDC10115099 or equivalent in Wipro/CG/phillips.

S&F Bracket for street light bracket made out of GI tubing 40 mm medium grade pipe 2'x1 -1/2', 135 degree bend with cutting, welding and two MS bracket with nut bolts and washer bracing to pole/on fencing for street light fittings including taking down old UNSV brackets complete all as specifeid and directed.

S&F water proof FRP pole boxes of size 300X200X105 mm with cable terminals, clamps, nuts, bolts complete including connecting with cables all as specifeid and directed.

Supplying and laying old size bricks, common burnt clay building bricks sub class 'B' designation 75 laid in trenches over sand for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.
