Material and Labour for taking down existing roof treatment of roof, parapet, etc any thickness or description including cleaning all upto roof slab incluing removing debris from site and Material and Labour for providing roof treatment as per the following steps :- i) Filling cracks of roof slab with approved chemical sealing compound and applying 15mm thick renedering in CM 1:4 over neat cement slurry @ 3.00 Kilogram/Square Meter over cleaned roof surface with use of approved water proofing compound. ii) Applying a coat of bituminous primer @ 0.30 Kilogram/Sqm followed by APP modified five layer polymeric membrane 3mm thick, minimum weight 3.60 Kilogram/Sqm reinforced with ployester non-woven fabric (weight not less than 150 gms/Sqm) manufactured by approved make, laid as per the manufacturers instruction with side over lap of 75mm and end over lap of 100mm and finally finished with aluminium reflective paint @ 0.10 Ltr/Sqm. Note : The work of water proofing treatment shall be got executed thorugh manufacturer or authorised applicator only. Note : - The water proofing treatment shall be got carried out by the manufacturer or their authorised applicators duly approved by GE in writing. (ii) 2.5% amount of the total amount of water proofing treatment shall be retained as a guarantee and shall be released after 10 years. However contractor may deposit the FDR of same amount in favour of GE. If contractor fail to rectify the defect pointed out during this period in writing, the defect shall be got rectified at contractor risk and cost and the payment shall be made from the amount kept reserved or by encashing the FDR deposited by the contractor as guarantee. Contractor's quoted rate for this item shall deemed to be inclusive of this aspect.

Supply & fix in repair for powder coated Aluminium partition (Fixed) made out of aluminium powder coated section 83.00 x 44.45 x 1.54 mm including 5 mm thick glass/ACP Sheet complete with aluminium grill with mesh size 75 mm and aluminium bar 6 mm XPM type if directed, rubber packing/aluminum beading etc, complete including dismantling of existing partition any type complete all as specified and directed. Note: Iron grill with frame to be fixed with window (measured and paid separately)
