M&L for forming contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound grade 'A' complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar and removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block 60mm thickness, M-35 Grade with pre-polished, coloured/ laquar finish any shape and size, as approved confirming to IS 15658-2006 with and including over 40mm thich stone dust/ sand cushining and PCC (1:2:4) type B1 side of path/paver block (kerbs), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repair to pot holes any depth not exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water scouring sunken surface in roads, path etc cutting around edges to at least 30mm in depth and making good by applying tack coat @ 5 kgs per 10 Sqm with Paving Bitumen VG-10 grade and including laying premixed bituminious macadam with Paving Bitumen VG-30 grade @ 4% by weight of total mix, well rammed and sealed with paving Bitumen VG-30 grade @ 9.8 kgs per 10 Sqm blinded with 0.09 Cum of stone chipping of size 6.3mm and again well rammed and rolled using 8 to 10 tonne capacity power roller (including supply of pre-mixed macadam, binder and chipping), depth of pot holes exceeding 30 mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing black top surface by brushing with brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc on black top/concrete surfaces than applying evenly priming tack coat with paving Bitumen 60/70 or VG-30 grade over the prepared surface by mechanical sprayer @ 5 kgs/10 Sqm of surface area complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete 40 mm thick (consolidated thickness) with 5.50% binder of paving Bitumen VG-30 grade, content by weight of total mix including cement filler, on surfaces, rolled compacted with using 8 to 10 tonne capacity power roller to achieve the required compactness, camber and gradient mixed in hot mix plant using design mix and laid by mechnaical paver finisher complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:-(i) The actual binder content used shall be as per optimised content based on approved job mix formula irrespective of what ever indicated in Sch 'A'. (ii) Price adjustment shall be done on MINUS side only @ Rs. 45,000/- per MT (without considering the permissible tolerance on minus side) with reference to binder content indicated in Sch 'A'. (iii) No Price adjustment for Bitumen shall be done for variation on plus side. (iv) Please note that SDAC to be laid immediately after laying of BM. In case the SDAC could not be laid within 48 hours of laying of BM, primer coat @ 3Kg / 10Sqm to applied over freshly prepared bituminous surface and nothing extra shall be paid by the Govt. on this account. No claim what so ever shall be entertained by Govt on this account.

M&L for preparation of existing bituminous surfaces, removing, dust, dirt grease and other foregion matters etc to receive the markign and M&L for thermo plastic (Reflective) line, dashes, arrows, letters etc of following size wide marking, having 2.5 mm thickness (average) of uniform surface finish conforming to BS 3262 (Part 1) 1989 read in conjunction with the MOST specification 803 clause 4.2.2 on bituminous surfaces in white/yelow clour and super imposed with glass beads confirming to BS 6088 read in conjuction with and MOST specification 803 clause 4.3.3 complete all as specified and directed:- Note: - MOST specification 803 shall be followed strictly for execution of work & suitable machine shall be used for the marking as approved by the GE. Shape & size/ patterns of marking shall be as approved by the GE.

Supply and fixing in repair high intensity prisimatic dual direction twin delinator having two 110 mm dia red coloured HIP intensity reflectors along with three additional HIP red reflector 25x75 mm over 300x165 mm oval shaped steel sheet 18 gauge head supported over steel tube 47 mm dia of 18 gauge steel support of total length 1000 mm having flared/ welded foot for firm grip to base. all steel part will be powder coated to make weather resistance complete all as spd and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair dual direction 30 degree angle high intensity reflective cat eye double moulded of impact resistance ABS plastic STUD 90x115x16 mm plain base having ultra voilet resistance colour having micro cube corner spark glow pc reflector (white/red/yellow)for fixing with epoxy or bitumen adhesive all as spd and directed.

Supply and fixing of convex mirror of 600 mm dia and made up of polycarbonate material provided with 75 mm dia MS pipe post of 2700 mm height duly powered coated with adjustable fixing bracket for MS pipe used for road turning intersection curves T junction Hospital Parking Lots etc and also ideal for surveillance with clear & defined mirror image having 130 degree of viewing angle with unbreakble & strong mirror complete all as spd and directed.

Supply and fixing solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. all as specified and directed

Supplying and fixing retro reflective Mandatory/ Regulatory sign boards of 900 mm diametre with support length of 3750 mm and made up of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - IV of ASTM-D 4956-01 in blue and silver white or other colour combination including subject matter, message (bi-lingual), symbols and borders etc. as per IRC ; 67:2001, pasted on substrate by an adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying heat and pressure conforming to class -2 of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same with suitable sized aluminium alloy rivets @ 20 cm c/c to back support frame of M.S. angle iron of size 25x25x3 mm along with theft resistant measures, mounted and fixed with 2 Nos. M.S. angles of size 35x35x5 mm to a vertical post made up to M.S. Tee section ISMT 50x50x6 mm welded with base plate of size 100x100x5 mm at the bottom end and including making holes in pipes, angles flats, providing & fixing M.S. message plate of required size, steel work to be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of required shade and of approved brand & manufacture over priming coat of zinc chromate yellow primer (vertical MS-Tee support to be painted in black and white colours).Backside of aluminium sheet to be painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint over and including appropriate priming coat including all leads and lifts etc. complete as per drawing , specification and as directed.

Supplying and fixing retro reflective Overhead informatory road signage and boards, made up of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet,face to be fully covered with high intensity and encapsulated lens type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - III of ASTMD- 4956-01 as approved by Engineer-in-charge,letters, borders etc. as per IRC : 67-2001 in silver white with blue colour back ground and with high intensity grade, pasted on substrate by pressure sensitive adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying pressure conforming to class II of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same to the plate of structural frame work by means of suitable sized aluminium alloys, rivets or bolts & nuts @ 300 mm centre to centre all along the periphery as well as in two vertical rows along with theft resistant measures, including the cost of painting with two or more coats of epoxy paint in grey colour on the back side of aluminium sheet including appropriate priming coat. The rate includes the cost of rounding off the corners,lowering down the structural frame work from the gantry, fixing and erecting the same in position complete as per drawings, specification and all as directed.(Structural frame work including M.S. plate to be provided separately. Rectangular area of the sheet only shall be measured for payment).

Supplying and fixing Retroreflective regulatory sign board of size 900 mm dia meter made out of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated lens type retro -reflective sheeting as approved by Engineer-in-charge . Letter, symbols, borders etc. will be as per IRC - 67 with required colour scheme on the boards and with the high intensity grade A. The aluminium sheet to be riveted to M.S. frame of angle iron of size 40x40x4 mm. The boards will be fixed to 1 No.50x50 mm square post made of M.S. angle 50x50x4 mm, 4 m long welded to the frame with adequate anti-theft arrangement .Sheet work to be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint over an under coat (primer) and back side of aluminium sheet to be painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint including appropriate priming coat complete in all respects and all as directed.
