TMT bars 6 to 8 mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking end and binding with and incl mild steel wiere (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repairing of walls/Chhajja upto 12m with and including comprising of the following steps:- (1) Cleaning & drying thoroughly existing surface of walls/Chhajja for all foreign matters such as fungus, moss, dust, etc by wire brushing and removing the existing plaster surface (2) Apply 1st coat of Dr Fixit Raincoat Neo/Equivalent directly from the container (stir content well before use) with brush/roller on the vertical surface in SSD condition diluting 1 Ltr coating with 100mm clean portable water at the rate of 3-4Sqmt/ltr (3). Apply second coats of Dr Fixit raincoat Neo/Equivalent without dilution as waterproof top coat either by railer or brush with force at the rate of 3-4Sqmt/ltr complete all as specified and directed Note: 1.Work shall be carried out through authorised applicator of the product. 2.Qty of different Dr Fixit/Equivalent Compound must be use as the specifications by the company 3.Cost of formwork/scaffolding shall be deemed to be included.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of wall by removing existing putty/distemper till plaster level and applying two coat of Smartcare Hydroloc(by Asian) or equivalent and subsequent application of 2 Coat of Oil Emulsion Distemper over a coat of 2 mm Acrylic/WaterProofing Wall Putty(each Coat not less than 2mm). Note-1.Apply first coat of Smartcare Hydroloc (no dilution) with a forced coverage of 4-4.5 Sqm/L & allow it to dry for 6-8 hrs. 2.Apply 2nd Coat of Smartcare Hydroloc (no dilution) with coverage of 4-4.5 Sqm/L perpendicular to first coat & allow it to dry for 6-8 hrs. 3.The work of Smartcare Hydroloc treatment shall be got executed through expert team of manufacturers or authorised applicator of manufacturer. 4. Putty shall be measured and paid seperately under relevant Item

Taking down cement plaster of any description including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removing unserviceable material,outside cantt area distance not exceeding 1.5 KM complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for Rendering 10 mm thick CM 1:6 on stone masonry surfaces or concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M & L plastering in two layers consisting of 10mm thick in CM 1:6 and top layer of 5mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with liquid water proofing compound on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished the surfaces even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid seperately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound.ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of external wall all as prescribed by manufacture of paint and applying two coats of exterior anti fungal acrylic emulsion paint over one coat of primer on putty(where required)complete all as directed. Note- Putty will be measured and paid seperately.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of internal wall by application of wall care putty to remove the dent and to make the surface even and smooth by grinding or rubbing with sand paper and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion using roller all as specified and prescribed by manufacture of paint and as directed . Note- Putty will be measured and paid seperately.

M&L for 2mm thick Acrylic/WaterProofing Wall Putty in two coats (each coat not less than 1mm) and surface finished even and smooth with sand paper complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for repair to sunken floor by provide water proofing treatment to sunken floor surfaces of RCC slab by the following specifications as specified and directed :- (a) Provide PCC 1 : 1.5 : 3 type A with using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate in slope of average thickness 50mm on sunken floor slab mixed with and including integral water proofing compound manufactured by Dr FIXIT or equivalent as approved, finish the surface even & smooth without using extra cement. (b) Rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:3 mixed with & including integral water proofing compound on sunken floor and sides of (Vertical surface) sunken portion. (c) Applying surfaces of bituminous primer (conforming to IS-3384-1965) @ 0.40 Kg/Sqm complete. on complete sunken surfaces of floor & wall and provide necessary connections to soil/waste pipe from WC/ nahani trap etc including demolition of old sunken complete all as specified and as directed. (d) applying a tack coat of Industrial bitumen grade of 85/25 at the rate of 1.2 Kg per Sqm including cleaning surfaces (1st coat for bonding material below membrane and 2nd coat on top of membrane. Each coat would be paid separately.)

Demolition of brickwork or stone boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified.

M&L Brickwork with sub class ‘B’ (old size) bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement sand mortar 1:4 complete all as specified.

Mirror polishing on old marble/ granite/ Kota stone/ stone work where ever required to give high gloss finish complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15cm thick ( below or above ground level ) complete including removal of debries out side MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base, levelling course, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing rubbish off premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for scratch & Joint free Glazed (Porcelain) Vitrified Tiles (GVT)/Polished Glazed Vitrified Tiles (PGVT) 9mm-10mm thick (square or rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18sqm but not exceeding 0.36 sqm ie size 600*600 in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed. Note : 1.Size and pattern/texture of GVT(Matt Finish)/PGVT(Glossy Finish) must be decide by Engr in charge 2.Glazed Coating on GVT/PGVT must not be less than 1mm.

All as per item No 21 above but as in skirting/ dado etc with and including 10mm thik backing coat in cement mortar 1:4 an wall complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for joint free non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7-8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exec. 0.09 sqm but not exec. 0.36 sqm(400x400 / 600x600mm) in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to matchand including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1: 6 complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Pattern/Texture and Finish of wall Tile is selected by Engr-in - charge.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles (Matte / Gloss Finish) of size 450x300x7/200*300*6 mm thick as on vertical surfaces such as wall set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with coloured cement to match over 15 mm thick backing coat on fair faces of brick work in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Pattern/Texture and Finish of wall Tile is selected by Engr-in - charge.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for machine cut kota stone slab in flooring of steps 20-25mm thick laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 & cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing and laid over and including and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of Asbestos cement (corruga ted, semicorrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of timber scantlings as in fillets, rails, posts, rafters, purlins, etc. under 40 sq. cm in section in un-framed work complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 0.50mm thick (including coated thickness) pre-colour pre- profiled (Galvalume/zinkalume) sheets AZ 150 of required colour and design having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof sheeting/sunshade/ wall cladding, north light curves, fixed with zinc coated self drilling fastener including EPDM washer complete laid with one corrugation side laps and min 150mm end lap laid to slope all as per manufacturer / profile maker instruction complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GIbased Plainsteel sheet 0.50mm thick AZ 150 of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall/Valley Gutter fixed with necessary arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in for MS steel Hollow ,Joist, channel, angle, tee or tubular Section work in tubular trusses, purlins, rafter, tubuler column, where connected common rafter and running rails fixed with angle cleat or other connection plates including special shaped washer etc, complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming IS-4963,1993 and IS-1161-1979 grade ST-240 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F SS Railing includng all fixing arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantaling of Wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing E-boards, ceiling, 4 mm thick with J framed work with main Tee of size 24 x 28.5 mm made out of PGI sheet .3 mm thick double at web and single at flange, flange coverd with powder coated sheet 0.25 mm thick and wall angle 24 x 24 x .45 mm powder coated for ceiling , ceiling boards 60cm x 60cm x 4mm thick , suspended with GI wire 2mm dia and 2m average length with adjustable hanging device complete including plugging in brick/stone walls with steel rawl plug @ 600 mm C/C Ceiling board shall be pressed to the ceiling tee with staple clips at all four sides and painted with two coats of oil bound distemper incl making good all the disturbed portion complete all as spd & directed by GE/Eng-in-Charge.
