Supply, install, commissioning & testing of prime rated silent type diesel engine driven generating set AC 415 volts,50c/s ,3 phase 4 wire CPCB IV+ compliant suitable to deliver 50KVA at Pithoragarh(UK) ambient conditions(NTP)complete with acoustic enclosure , antivibration pads with 75db noise level at 1 mtr ( MoEF/CPCB norms )distance from DG set and control system directly coupled complete with self starting system including accessories equipment control panel etc as detailed below:-(Note: The capacity of Generator set shall be net after considering all due derating factors for both Engine and Alternator as per relevant IS/BS standard design.) (a) Alternator should not be less than 50KVA/40KW output at 0.80 PF AC 3 phase 4 wire 415 volts 50 C/S, self excited self regulated, screen protected drip proof revolving field brushless type with two end sheild ball/Roller bearing with damper winding in each pole faces as per IS-4722 or BS 2613-1970 or IS/IEC 60034-1 ,insulation class H , advanced digital AVR for better voltage regulation and response time,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note: The capacity of Alternator shall be net after considering all due derating factors as per relevant IS/BS standard design.)

(b) Diesel Engine :- Diesel engine of minimum 70 BHP capacity suitable to deliver minimum 50 KVA power as per OEM design, water cooled and electric start suitable to drive above alternator independently, coupled directly through flexible coupling, multi cylinder , turbocharger intercooled,4 in line,cold starting, 1500 RPM industrial type as per BS-649 or IS-1601 with electronic governor suitable to regulate speed of DG set from No load to full load ,engine confirming to IS 10000 (Part 1-12)1980,IS 10001,IS10002 and confirming to latest CPCP norms complete with fuel tank of cap as per manufactrer recommendations, fuel lines, exhaust pipe extended upto and outside building duly insulated with asbestos rope and with support and silencer muffles etc for continuous operation and standard accessories, sump, pre heaters, Fuel tank of capacity for 12 hours running of DG set with stop cock, drain plug and necessary fuel pipe, manufactured out of 2mm thick MS sheet, performance class as per ISO 8528-5 G2etc , first fill of lube oil and coolant , battery charging alternator complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.( Note: Engine BHP should not be less than 70BHP considering the derating factor of Pithoragarh.) (c) Control panel :- The micro processor based graphical LCD display genset control panel powder coated for weather proof and long lasting finish consisting of control cubical fabricated sheet steel construction indoor type suitable for mounting accessories,bus bars with suitable capacity with incoming and outgoing terminals,instrument fuses duly wired and ferruled, controller shall monitor phase voltages and currents ,frequency,genset KVA,KW,KWH,KVAR,POWER FACTOR,Lube oil pressure,engine temperature,RPM,Run hours,Number of starts,Fuel level,Auto / Manual stop,Battery charge condition,AMF feature,Diagnostic features such as Battery charging failure,Over/Under speed,Over current,Over/Under Voltage,Over KW,Phase sequence,Phase missing,Mains Under voltage,Liow fuel level,Low lube oil pressure,High Engine Temperature ,Low/High battery voltage,Low Fuel level,Over crank protection ,Routine maintenance indicator,Genset test facility,Mains Frequency, indicator lamps LED type,communication compatible,.MCCB 100Amp 4 pole 25KA with short circuit protections AC/DC separation inside control panel for safety.

(d) Auto mains failure panel 415 volts,AC, 50 Hz made out of 16 gauge MS sheet cubical type floor mounted front and rear door open able with locking arrangement duly powder coated suitable for and including the following :- (i) Microprocessor based electronic control box for automatic switching ON & OFF of DG set and transfer of load equiped with microprocessor based controller 100% auto, 50% to manual and 100% by pass arrangement adjustable time delay to engine start, standard setting 3 second adjustable 0-10 seconds, adjustable time delay on tansfer to normal 0-30 minutes time delay (adjustable) to engine cool down 0-5 minutes, adjustable time delay on transfer to emergency 0 -15 sec As Per Manufacturer Recomendatation. (ii) Incomer MCCB 100A four pole 25KA ---02 Nos (iii) Heavy duty air break contractor 4 pole 415 volts, 100 A, 50 Hz, AC supply system with dust over and operating coil voltage 230V with 2 NO 2 NC aux contracts all as required for safe operation under over voltage. (iv) Voltmeter 0-500 volts, flush mtf 96 sqmm, digital type with selector switch suitable to connect volt meter to stand by or maint supply. (v) Ammeter 0-100 amps CT's operated flush Mfd 96 mm square digital type with selector switch and CT's of appropriate ratio. (vi) Digital frenquency meter 04 digital flush Mfd 96 Sqmm size for frequency range 30 to 55 Hz with built in transducer. (vii) Digital power factor meter 440 volts 5 amps with built in transducer flush Mfd 96 mm square size . (viii) Indicator lamp LED type 230 volts for Gen/mains supply ON/OFF indication and different relay position etc all as required and recommended by manufacturer. (ix) Bakelite fuse base carrier with HRC fuses 50 amps 415 volts suitable for and including knife type HBC fuse link-06 Nos. (x) DC operated relays as required for remote operation, fault indication and outo switching OFF in case of fault in DG set. Note :- (a) The AMF panel shall be integrated with respective LT distribution panel and all electrical connections done using copper cable of suitable size.
