M&L for glazed coloured ceramic tiles, first quality (or approved class, colour and design/shade) of 350x 250x 7 mm/ 450X 350X 7mm thick in vertical surfaces, as in dado/skirting etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in coloured cement to match with coloured tiles, over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 rough finish to receive the tiles with and including Dismantling floor , hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing debrish and rubbish off the premises and stacking serviceable tiles complete all as specified and directed.complete all as specified and directed.

Granite 18 mm thick (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite with and incl Demolition of stone slab and tiles laid bedded and pointed in any mortor of any description or thickness in floor complete all as specified and directed.complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutter exc. 1 Sqm and n.exc 2 Sqm each and refixing the same opening after resecuring or easing and adjusting shutters of any description. complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frame of any description n.exc. 1.5 Sqm each (without taking off shutters from the frames) & remove off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down Shutters of any description n. exc 2 sq. m each of any description complete all as specified and directed.

Frame structure suspend fram roof by ceiling angle of size 25 x 10 x 0.55mm with and including dismantling of wall and ceiling boards any thickness including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting & taking down existing water tank of capacity exc 250 litres and not exc. 500 litres and removing from site complete S&F rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks 500 litres capacity (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted with and including 20 mm dia ball brass valves, high pressure with polythene float and fly nut complete screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed in position all as per SSR Part I complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 20 mm bore Stop valves, cast copper alloy, screwed down, high pressure, with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Running welding in repairs Thickness of metal to be welded n exc 6mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 2.50 mm thick homogenoues PVC tiles/ sheets,laminated plain coloured/textured , marbled mosaic or mottled finish, laid with approved rubber based adhesive in floors complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PVC SHEET WALL PANELLING of thickness 5mm solid consisting of panels of desired size stuck on inner frame work of 50mm wide strips of 5mm thick prelam PVC sheet. The panel & strips shall be of 600 kg / cbm density manufactured by an ISO-9000 certified company. The strips should two PVC strips. The PVC strip shall be fixed to the wall using 65mm long M.S screws through the groove in the strip by using PVC fasteners. The distance between two screws shall not be more than 200mm. A groove of 2mm may be left at the joint of two panels for aesthetic looks. The exact size of the panel and correspondingly of the grid may vary depending on the size of the wall. Optionally a U Channel at top, bottom and side edges and strips of 5mm thick PVC sheet of width 75mm feathered at the edges shall be stuck at the places where two panels are joined, using solvent cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note- Including all nesscesary fittings and scafolding for heighted site)

S&F powder coated aluminium sliding window three track with two glass shutters using 4 mm thick glass tinted modi guard and one shutter with stainless steel wire gauge wire cloth 0.31 mm nominal dia of wire and width of aperature 1.61 mm using aluminium powder coated section aluminiuj cleat, PVC track, bearing, handle, lock, rubber beading etc complte fittings. M&L for taking out old drapery rod and S&F vertical window blinds made up with vertical louvers, manually operated, with dust guard features, operated by wand control system, of shade and design as approved by the Engr-in-Charge incuuding necessary fittings complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cleaning of roof Slab/vertical, chajja, facia including picking sweeping cleaning and washing with water to remove dust including taking down of existing roof treatment and providing water proofing treatment under :- (a) Apllying a coat of STAR PROOF MB-602 with help of brushes on the cleaned RCC slab/chjja. (b) Laying a layer of fibre cloth on wet MB-602 coating and applying another coat of MB-602 (c) After drying of surfaces finaly appllying a coat of STAR PROOF SP-600 of any colour as per manufactures instruction. Note : (i) The work of above water proofing treatment shall be got executed as per manufacture instructions through expert team or authorised applicator of manufacturing MS STAR SS PL Make :- APURVA INDIA/STP/apply treatment by using DAMGUARD treatment of Dr Fixit as per manufacturer instruction and approved by GE . (ii) The work shall be excuted up height of 6 story buildings.

M&L for post construction ATT along the external wall below concrete or masonary apron using chemical emulsion @ 2.25 litres per linear metre incl drilling and plugging holes etc in apron complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for treatment of soil under existing floors using emulsion @ one litre per hole, 300mm apart including drilling and plugging 12mm dia holes with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement :2 coarse sand) to match the existing floors complete all as specified and directed.

M&L post construction ATT at points of contact of wood work by chemical emulsion (in oil or kerosene based solution) @ 0.50 litres/hole by driling 6 mm dia holes at a downward angle of 45 degree at 150 mm centre to centre and sealing the same complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair aluminium die cast body door closer hydrau lically regulated, designation No. 2, universal type, suitable for door shutters of 701 to 850 mm in width and of weight between 36 to 60 kg complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 110mm dia PVC(SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls incl Taking down Cast iron/PVC pipe of any dia and size fixed on wall or floor including all fittings complete all as specified.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) in copings, kerbs, channels, water through and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed chamfered necessary for work complete all as specified and directed.
