Taking down centrifugal pumping set alonwith base frame including disconnection of inlet suction and discharge pipe line, pump coupling for Centrigugal Pump Set of capacity range from 50 HP to 100 HP for repair the PCC foundation and after repair the PCC foundation the centrifugal pumping set alonwith base frame reinstall on fondation with proper alignment with motor and reconnection of inlet suction and discharge pipe line, pump coupling of Centrigugal Pump Set duly alignment and testing on full discharge complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling existing PCC and M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using (20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in mass concrete (for pump set foundation/DG set foundation/LT Panel foundation etc) and similar work including necessary frame work finished even and smooth complete all as specified and directed. Note :- PCC foundation shall be done as per existing and suitable for available centrifugal pump set.

Taking down carefully Unserviceable Street liight/Security light/High Mast light fitting of any capacity from pole/Structure and repair/replacement of worn out parts such as SPD/Driver/ toughened glass etc,cleaning of fittings,cover,copper wire,clamps ,nuts and bolts, mounting bracket and re assembling the same after repair,testing and refixing in pole/other location including provision of necessery T & P like ladder/Boom Vehicle, tools ets as required for taking down and refixing of street light/Security light/High mast light complete all as specefied. Note : Replacement of defective spare parts of fitting (to make functional ) will be measured and paid separately as supply only. However, cost of replacement screws, nuts, bolts, and cleaning of fittings shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Supply and fix in replacement driver for LED energy saving & enviornment area light fitting of 40 watt to 72 watts security light with active power factor correction (APFC) electronic driver. LED driver of suitable watt with existing LED secuity light fitting with operating voltage between 100-270 V of existing specifications & make complete all as specefied and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Cleaning outer surface of existing water pipe line including sluice valve or other type of valve fitted with the existing water pipe line, preparing the surface for painting and painting with two coat of synthetic enamel paint with existing color code / with approved color code, and including to make a direction mark (Arrow mark) with color coded paint of incoming and outgoing water supply system at water supply system all as specified complete of the following sizes at pump house / overhead tank Note :- (i) All existing water pipe line is laying vertical or horizontal to the ground surface. All areangements for painting/writing on vertical water pipe line shall be responsibility of contractor and cost of any arrangements or cost of rent of required T&P (if required) shall be included in the quoted rate of the item.

Cleaning outer surface of existing centrifugal pump set /monoblock pump set of any capacity any size any model including sluice valve or other type of valve fitted with the existing pump set also including base frame, preparing the surface for painting and painting with two coat of synthetic enamel paint with existing color code / with approved color code and work also including to write MES No/SM No of Motor and Pump set with appropriate size of letter with color coded paint on 3mm thick MS Sheet of 60cmx45cm size and fix will be on wall just facing of concerend pump set with proper fixing arrangement all as per directed by Engr-in-Charge. all as specified complete of the following capacity of existing pump set at pump house. Note :- (i) All areangements for painting of pump set shall be responsibility of contractor and cost of any arrangements or cost of rent of required T&P (if required) shall be included in the quoted rate of the item.

Painting to pit cover of valve chamber/sluice valve chamber with frame and applying two coats of black synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of surface by cleaning/brushing to remove flakes as directed by Engineer-in-charge for the following sizes of chambers:-

a) 600mmx600mmx600mm to 900mmx900mmx900mm

b) 120mmx120mmx120mm to 150mm x150mmx150mm

Dismantle the broken valve chamber of size 60x60x60cm to 80x80x80cm and construct of new brick masonry valve pit of internal size 60x60x60cm to 80x80x80 cm with 230mm thick brick wall built in cement mortar plain cement concrete 1:3:6 and base surface area of valve chamber shall also built in cement mortar PCC 1:3:6 with adequate plastering and plastering 15mm wall sides in cement mortar 1:4 and the pit covered with MS plain sheet 3 mm thick duly fixed to MS angle iron of size 40x40x3mm and duly embedded in plain cement concrete coping 5 cm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4mm type B1with opening and locking arrangements including painting with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer complete all as directed.

M&L for dismantling of unserviceable sluice valve of 150 mm size from water pipe line for repair and opening and greasing complete parts, all parts cleaned by Kerosene oil neatly with and including replacement of defective spare parts by news parts including necessary welding machine/ grinding work if required at the time of refitting of spare into sluice valve and refixing on existing water pipe line and testing on full discharge complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Cost of Spare parts which are required to be replaced during repair shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates of this item. (ii) During repair of unserviceable sluice valve one functional sluice valve of same size shall be fixed (without any extra cost) at the place of u/s sluice valve at site for smooth functioning of water supply system and contractor will ensure that no water supply breakdown happened at site.

Note:- (i) Cost of All welding work / jointing work shall be included in quoted rate of this item. (ii) During working period dewatering of sump shall be responsiblilty of the contractor.

Supplying fixing and testing and commissioning of open well monoblock submersible pump set of 10 HP capacity water lubricated and cooled complete with stream line non return valve directly coupled with motor of suitable capacity, 415 volt, 3 phase, 50 Hz, The open well submersible pump set shall be capable to deliver water 700 LPM at 40 Mtr head. The electric motor shall be of same make as pump set all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
