Dismantling unserviceable LT panel of any size from the site and removing existing concrete block complete all as specified and directed

Material and Labor for Design, supply, Fabrication, Installation, testing and Commissioning factory made, LT panel board, Out door type, totally enclosed, dust and vermin proofm suitably ventilated, floor mounted, 415 volts, 3 phase and neutral, 50 hz, AC supply system, fully compartmentalised, both side open able, made out of 3.00mm thick CRCA sheet steel, protection of enclosure IP-54 as per IS : 2147 of 1962 with pre-treatment and powder coated of approved colour including suitable frame work / support made out of suitable size of angle iron / flat iron, front opening type with provision for cable entry, with proper ferrule and cable glands, internal wiring with PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor FRLS cable of adequate size (minimum 1.5 sqmm 4 core), including required civil works/anchoring bolts for fixing, PCC foundation 1: 3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone as in foundation filling mass concreting et etc with and including following all as specified and directed : - (a) Busbarchamber : Electrically grade copper shrouded bus bar of capacity equal to 1.5 times of rated incoming control switch gear including interconnection of all switch gears, fixed on DMC insulators and provision of extension. (a) INCOMER : (i) MCCB 350 Amps, 415Volts, 4 pole 50 Hz, 36 KA with adjustable ,microproseccsor release in built instantaneous protection, Ics = 100%=Icu(1 sec) complete including phase spreaderall as specified and directed. 01 Nos. (ii) CPRI certificates short circuit with stand strength should be 50 KA RMS for 1 sec with initial peak of 105 KA. (iii) CPRI certification rated current for short circuit not less than 5000A. (iv) All the electrical switch gear like MCCBs, MCBs should be of same make, (v) Drawing of panel board should be got approved from AGE(I) before fabrication. (vi) Panel board should be fully compartmentalized in accordance to form 4 b of IEC 61439-1-2.

Taking out unserviceable / serviceable cable /UG cable of any size upto 240 Sqmm carefully from trenches/poles/ducts/LT panels, OH conductors at different locations all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and laying , fixing or passing through pipe, laid in trenches or fixed to pole/wall or fixed to LT panel board, insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, XLPE , 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area of size 120 Sqmm sqmm 3.5 core with all as specified and directed. by Engr-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil and n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth for ,laying under ground electric cable and GI tubing (where provided for protection of cables), stay and getting out, trimming the sides, forming bottom surface to required level in any type of soil complete all specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, any type of soil including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 250mm thick, in any tupe of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (surplus soil) to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning for under ground cable with layer of fine river dry sand 80 mm thick before laying of cable and 150 mm thick after laying of cable in trenches complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Punned (consolidated ) thicness of sand will be measured and paid.

Material and labour for cable protection with sub class ‘B’ bricks old size, laid dry, flat over sand cushining of cable, perpendicular across the cable in trenches complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down unserviceable Pin and shackle insulators from existing pole all as specified and directed

S&F pin type, porcelain, vitreous, brown, including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washer and one galvanised iron nut, 100mm height and 65 mm dia for 1100 volts grade all as specified and directed..

S&F shackle type,porcelian vitreous white, brown or green insulator including galvanised mild steel straps , washers, insulators bolts ,washer and nuts of size 100 mm height and 115 mm dia for 1100 Volts grade complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for road cutting for laying cable and through GI Pipe of suitable size making good with PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) of 150mm X 100mm inrespect of width and thickness complete all as directed by Enger -in- charge.Note: GI pipe should be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Supply and fixingin repair GI tubing light grade 50mm bore, light grade as in sleeving etc laid in trenches/pole post/under culvert/under load etc for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

M/L for trimming of branches of trees touching LT electric over head line and making clear about 3 mtr in radius by climbing up tree or by providing ladder, at a height of 9 mtr and above and carrying and depositing where directed not exceeding 50 mtr. Note : (i) Necessary T & P items arrange by contractor. (ii) While cutting the tree branches the fallen branch damaged the contactor, insulator, pole the contractor should be replaced the said items without any extra cost. If contrctor failed to rectify the complaint withing 4 hours of time period the penalty of Rs 10000 imposed per hour till rectify (iii) Cutting of tree consider in each span only not no of tree in one span have 10 trees it cnsider only one span.

M & L for jointing the LT cable with Cold straight through joint, by disconnecting the cable ends, removing the damaged portions of cable, by suitable means, joining by ferrules etc and testing for LT 1100 V cable of size 3.5/4 core 25-50 Sqmm all as directed and specified.

M & L for jointing the LT cable with Cold straight through joint, by disconnecting the cable ends, removing the damaged portions of cable, by suitable means, joining by ferrules etc and testing for LT 1100 V cable of size 3.5/4 core 240-120 Sqmm all as directed and specified.

M&L for cleaning of MES electric supply installations/campus inside Transformer chain linking fencing and from outer area of chain link fenicing i.e distance from fencing of 2 Mtrs by surface dressing or trimming of natural ground to remove small unequalities not exc 15 cm deep (including removing vegetation/ shrubs/brush wood/under growth) and carrying away the rubbish to a distance of not exc 50 mtr away complete at an interval of every month for the various sub stations.

M & L for PC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded mechanically curushed stone agreegate) for coping of pole and foundation for fencing post etc including necessary form work, finished the exposed surface fai with out using extra cement including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with galvanized mild steel earth plate (electrode) 600 x 600 x 6.00mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level surrounded with adequate quantity of charcoal dust mixed with salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm all round the plate using 32x6 mm GI strip earthlead welded and riveted to earth plate at one end and connected to main switch / control switch of the building at another end GI earth strip encased in and including 40 mm dia GI light grade pipe and 20 mm dia GI 'meadium grade' pipe as water pipe from earth chamber to upper edge of earth plate, CI funnel with wire mesh fixed on water pipe and PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in pit chamber and RCC pit cover 50 mm thick precast RCC 1:2:4type B-1 duly reinforced with MS TMT bars 8 mm dia @ 150 c/c both ways and with 10 mm dia MS bar in lifting handle , excavation , earth work including laying the GI pipe concealed in floor / wall all as described in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR part-I
