Removal of surplus soil to a distance n'exc. 50 Mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion from natural ground and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) in hard/ dense soil, each n.exc 0.5 cum, getting out and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 m and making good surface complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of concrete (un-reinforced)of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B2 (40mm graded stone agg) as in mass concrete for embedding of post complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link mild steel galvanised wire fencing including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link mild steel galvanised wire fencing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts , including,securing or tying at crossings with and Provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc. as directed ( each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel screw bolts (machine made) dia of neck length 11 to 15 mm with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 22.5 cm and n exc 30cm long complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed. Note: 1. The unit rate quoted by contractor is deemed to be inclusive of cutting to dead lenth where required, notching, drilling, fitting, rivetting and/or welding or connecting with bolts and nuts (including rivets or bolt and nuts), providing and fiitings angle cleats, fish plates, gusset plate etc., also for welding plumbing, truing up and fixing complete. No claim whatso ever shall be entertained by Govt on this account. 2. Embedded portion of fencing post shall be painted to two coats of tar coal and provision of the same shall be deemed to be including in quoted rate.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) Type D2 (40 mm graded aggre-gate) as in foundations, filling and mass-concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC (1:2:4) Nominal mix (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles, raft etc and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC (1:2:4) Nominal mix (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars as in reinforcement, 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 5 to 10mm dia bars as in stirrups cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for formwork for rough finish to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for formwork for rough finish to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns square,rectangular or polygonal and stanchions complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 5mm thick plastering on brick or contrete surfaces, in CM (1:3), surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates, ladder and framed work of watch tower etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F framed work as in iron enclosure, doors or gate of angle iron or other section with gussets plate, rails, braces etc drilled for fixing of steel seating other covering, door etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel handing door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging, also fastening and fixing conforming to Fe-290 (Gde-E-165) complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The unit rate quoted by contractor is deemed to be inclusive of cutting to dead lenth where required, notching, drilling, fitting, rivetting and/or welding or connecting with bolts and nuts (including rivets or bolt and nuts), providing and fiitings angle cleats, fish plates, gusset plate etc., also for welding plumbing, truing up and fixing complete. No claim whatso ever shall be entertained by Govt on this account.

S&F mild steel round bars 8mm dia and over as in tighting of chain link fencing including cutting to shape, necessary drilling, bolting etc Fe-410-W (Gde E-250) quality -A or Fe 290 (Gde-E-185),welding complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of cement primer complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The newly plastered surface must be prepared in a manner so that there should not be any impression of dent and it should be made even and smooth all as per satifaction of Engr-in-Charge. The cost of all materials, T&P and labour required for preparation of surface are deemed to be included in the rates quoted.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of new steel surface over 10cm width or grith complete all as specified and directed.
